It has a wide selection, very nice people good food. They even have pizza there and very good deserts and sushi. Give it a try

If you go during the busy times, the food is fresh and tasty. Not a bad price either, but the quality of the ingredients offered has gone down since first opening. Example: imitation crab instead of real crab meat in the seafood delight. read more

My husband and I were once loyal customers of this establishment but it has declined, especially the "sushi." After two occasions of smelling ammonia (apparently used to preserve freshness) we won't patronize it again. We currently go to Super Buffet on Galloway, Mesquite. It is a fabulous deal on weekdays, but more expensive all day on Saturday. A very good selection and fresh. Let's hope it does not go the way of Asian Buffet! read more

Wasn't greatly impressed. The sesame chicken was really good. Didn't eat any seafood or from the hibachi grill. Rice and noodles were good, tasted like any other Chinese restaurant's. Dessert bar leaves alot to be desired, but they do have ice cream in several flavors that you can dip yourself. I've been to other Chinese places that I liked better. The food seemed like it was setting for awhile. Would not go back. Bathroom was a mess. I felt like I was going to be sick after eating. And why would anyone want to eat icecream everyone had their hand in. Seems like an easy way to catch a flu or contact germs. Everything was dry, over cooked and bland. A bit pricey too. $30 for three with wster for drink. $10 a person would not be too bad if you coukd eat the food. read more

Me and my boyfriend went to this restaurant tonight and it was horrible from the very beginning. When the manager sat us down she was very rude and threw our silverware and ticket on the table and walked off. I was ready to leave then but my boyfriend said to give it a chance..... I went to get me Sushi and as me any my boyfriend sat down to eat our dinner just as I was about to pick up a piece of Sushi I see a black curly hair in that piece of sushi.... grooooooooooooooss... I have short red hair so there is nooooo way it could have been me. We will never eat at this place again. read more

I really wanted to post a review to help other people before they waste their money in this place.Today we went there for lunch as i was severing myself i notice a cockroach in the rice I notified one of the waiters and all he did was scope"only' the cockroach and dispose of it. Today I found a piece of metal scouring pad in my food. When I called the owner over to the table he snatched it from my hand and said I'll give you a discount. We sat there a minute and watched to see what was being done to fix the matter. The owner did NOTHING to remove this dish from the buffet. He was too busy seating customers. We waited until he was back up at the cash register and went to talk to him about this discount. We were told NO DISCOUNT PAY AND LEAVE! We had just started out lunch! I have never reviewed a place of business but after last nights meal I really wanted to post a review to help other people before they waste their money no matter how cheap the buffet is. We've been wanting to try this place out for awhile and we finally had the chance. This was our first and last time to eat here. We can say been there done that and never again! First they they seated us at a table that had water all over the seats, then we had to walk thru extremely sticky nasty floors to get to the sushi and hibachi grill. The sushi rolls were ok as well as the hibachi but after trying several things on the buffet we both decided that the food tasted old or wasn't hot. It just was not good. Another annoying thing was that you had to eat while 2 grown kids (maybe 8-10) ran nonstop all around the place and constantly past the table. I assume this is an ongoing thing because someone else said the same thing in their review. My opinion is save your money and spend it at the neighboring restaurants such as Kaze, genghis grill, or panda express. To me they all offer a better quality food and a more peaceful dining experience. read more

If you have little to no expectation for Chinese food you will enjoy Asian Buffet. I eat Chinese food often and there are times when you encounter differences in cooking styles. Be it so, every place will have something you like. When I arrived for Sunday lunch service, all of the items were old and picked over. I purposely sampled a spoon tip full of different items see what would be good. Not one was good. Some of my choices included Chicken Broccoli (very bland), Broccoli Beef (good taste, but the beef was undercooked), what was supposed to be Lo Mein (closer to spaghetti), and old, dried rice noodles. The only dishes that were at least tolerable were the Sesame Chicken and the Stir Fried String Beans (once a fresh pan arrived). There were other observations I made of foods I didn't sample that were questionable, but for the sake of time and your faith in Asian cuisine, I will refrain. I brought my concerns to the attention of the waitstaff and they were shared with the manager and for one reason or another I was not dealt with directly. The bottom line: Even from dollars and cents aspect, it would be to your advantage to pass over this place and go to Chan's in Mesquite or (even better) BoBo China near 635 & Plano Rd. While they are not buffets and you will spend $1-2 more total (especially the latter), you will walk away from your experience totally satisfied looking forward to your next experience. This is by far the worst Chinese buffet we have been to in a while. At one point, the server came by and asked if everything was okay; we said, "No, not really." She just said, "Oh, okay," and walked on. I guess she'd heard it before. The food was old, dried out (probably from lunch), and not very hot. The honey chicken was fatty, the black pepper chicken was sweet rather than spicy. The dumplings, in an uncovered steam basket, had sat so long they were hard and glued together. The rice was bland and every bite had a grain or two that was dried-out crunchy hard. We requested vegetable roll sushi, which I consider a staple variety. The sushi guy wasn't familiar, so we told him what it is; he made something similar, but not what we asked for. We told him again, and he said he couldn't make it since the sushi bar didn't stock carrots! The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour. It tasted more like egg drop soup with mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu added. Cashing out, the hostess asked if everything was okay; we told her no, it wasn't, that it was the worst we'd had. There was an apology, but no "come again as our guest" coupon offer, no discount, or anything to make amends to a very disappointed customer. Just as well, because we would never use it.
