The hand pulled noodles are good but they don't always use the veggies that are pictured on the menu which is a pet peeve of mine (see pics). You'll see they only used green bell peppers instead of red & green and they're overcooked & soggy. I haven't tried the soups yet. The rice dishes are good. I liked the Orange Chicken and the broccoli was nice & crisp. I really like the Salt n' Pepper chicken too! I haven't tried the hibachi yet.

Everything was clear, but the helpful guy behind the corner was ready to answer any questions. My only disappointment was that most of the their fountain drinks were not working and they had no tea available. I didn't know that until I ordered a drink. My wife ordered water, which was free. Our orders were brought to the table quickly. That justifies my "fast food" tag. Being fast doesn't mean it's not great. It just means it's quick and hot. Nothing fancy, but well prepared and served in an appealing fashion. I had kung pao chicken and my wife had sweet and sour chicken. She said hers tasted great, and especially liked that all of her chicken was white meat. Mine was very tasty also. I've had this dish at many places and some are "sparse" with maybe some green onions, peanuts, sauce and chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to find squash, with red and green bell peppers. Everything is prepared in the open kitchen so it's easy to see all of it is fresh. The fried rice had plenty of egg, tiny dices of carrot and peas. What I received was the Mongolian beef. I didn't want to wait on them to fix the right entree, so I ate it. It was okay. I ordered water with lemon and I guess they were out of lemons.... We were watching them take forks out of the dishwasher and place them into a pitcher of clear liquid. Not sure what that was about. My wife got the chicken lomein and the chicken was soggy and greasy, she only had a few bites. Brought it home, and my 17yo son wouldn't even eat it. I really liked this place when it opened.
