My regular Chinese restaurant closed due to COVID-19, so we were in the market for a new place. The reviews for this place were great, so we decided to check it out. They only offer dine-in (buffet style) and carry out. The restaurant is very elegant on the inside and the staff was helpful and friendly. The food on the other hand was awful. One of our dishes came with pork instead of chicken. The rice tasted like it had a filler (maybe cornmeal) in it that made it taste bad and far stickier than fried rice should be. My wife's pork was good, my beef was mediocre. The egg rolls were good, but very greasy. I might come back to try the buffet, but no more orders to go. read more

Came here for lunch today. I was pleased the place was not crowded. There were same offerings as all other places. Nothing stood out on the sushi. I will say I was expecting crab legs but there were none. Maybe there's a particular day they offer them on. The shrimp was over cooked. Dessert options were not good. Where can I find a decent Chinese buffet place around here? Definitely not here. I came for the seafood and all their seafood didn't taste fresh. The little octopus at the salad bar seem like it has been sitting for days. The crab was so mushy. Crawfish barely had any flavor. Salt and pepper shrimp was ok BUT this is just another place that doesn't clean the shrimp before serving. Very gross! Waiters didn't come around much to take care of our dirty plates or refills. This is my first time coming here and it will also be my last. As you can see from the pictures (I came with my boyfriend and our son ) we didn't eat much of anything because the food is really that unsavory. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the selection of food because I will admit, they do have a great selection of food. However, I tried a lot if it and didn't like anything but the Chinese donuts. Literally nothing tasted good to me: the fried rice was bland, the lomein was very sticky indicating it is either very old or undercooked, the egg rolls were undercooked, and the seafood was just...God please don't make the mistake I did. Please go in with average expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone however, the service was amazing so I had to at least give them 2 stars based on that. We came here to eat last weekend at the buffet and it was nice. They kept the buffet refreshed and stocked. Although this was a nice experience I still order mostly delivery through DoorDash...almost once a week. My go to is the honey chicken, sesame chicken, and any of the soups. I'm giving Asian Buffet 5 stars because while it's not fine dining, it's an excellent super buffet. My mom is elderly and doesn't get out much, so I took her there for lunch. She loved everything she tried except for one of the cookies. The quality was great considering the price and that we got there about 2:30pm. One of the better Buffett's in the Ft. Worth area- while they are a little slow to refill food options, they have many to choose from. Tip- if you want crab legs or crawfish, be quick! As soon as I entered through the door the staff were giving me very aggressive stares and then proceeded to tell me I need to pay. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. The food has no taste, it clearly is not fresh. I had the teriyaki chicken and it was burnt. Staff is not the same as before when they were friendly and attentive. I wanted to have some hibachi grill, no one was there, mind you this in diner time. I patiently wait and nothing, finally another employee saw me and told me "one moment" she went inside the kitchen I'm assuming to call someone, a few moments later this Asian guy comes out all annoyed to prep my hibachi plate, he made me feel quite uncomfortable as it made it seem as if it was me inconveniencing him. They offer crab legs here and apparently it's "the thing" to get because it's like a swarm of people once they drop them off. Buser was nice and dishes were removed after a small stack was accumulated.
