Ok, so I've been here a couple of times and I'm finally able to review them. Price: Ever time I have been to the establishment I've gone for the lunch specials, so for me $9-$12 (including tip) wasn't a bad deal. Service: We always go in groups of 2-6 and they are very attentive, even when they are busy. They ask if you have questions, automatically refill our drinks, and ask if we need to-go boxes. No one has ever been rude to us. Appearance: Overall they look like a clean establishment. Lunch time is usually when a restaurant gets slammed but it's always been very tidy. Quality: The food isn't anything spectacular, but at the same time it isn't bad. Like if I had to pick between Panda Express and here, you'll like this place more. I've never had issues with my food being cold, so not sure what that's about. There was only one time that I had a beef plate and the meat was super chewy. Is this a must try? No. But like I said earlier fast food Asian or a little better quality? Well you make that choice. But there are definitely more genuine restaurants out there than Asian. So for that reason, I give them an average score of 3 stars just because it's nothing that I haven't tried elsewhere. read more

I asked the waiter way a gratuity was added if there were only 4 people in our lunch party and that I would like it removed as we were all going to tip individually. the head waiter removed the gratuity and I paid the check. The waiter then came to our table and started yelling at me about not wanting to pay the added gratuity. I asked him politely to lower his voice as people were starting to stare. He refused and I again asked him to leave my table. He again refused. This was such a horrible experience and we will never be returning to the restaurant. It was taking a long time, so I asked him for a small cup of water for my toddler in the back seat and he told me it was a dollar, I asked him to add it to my ticket but he said it had to be cash because he already ran my card. If you're looking for convenience and a large quantity of food this might be your spot to check out. I wouldn't say it's anything to write home about but I wasn't all that disappointed. I think overall it is just lacking the general Asian flavor you get at most other Asian restaurants. They do have a drive through option and some interesting combination platters you can choose from. Prices are different and the amount of food differentiates between lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a flavorful soup the hot and sour we got here was quite delicious and when you order a veggie dish they don't just give you one kind of vegetable but a variety which I honestly really appreciate. While on vacation we stopped by this plane to eat and we were not disappointed. My husband had the Mongolian Beef and loved it, my daughter had the Honey Chicken and loved it, and I had the Beef Lo Mein and loved it. The dinner portions are huge! I was pleasantly surprised the breading on the chicken wasn't as thick as thought it was going to be when I tried my daughters dish. My husband's had a lot of bamboo shoots. Mine had plenty of noodles and Beef! The waiter, although not the friendliest, was still attentive to our needs. The location was nice and clean. I also had the wonton soup which was good and my husband had the sweet and sour which he liked. Would not recommend this place to anyone. First time coming to this place and it will definitely be my last!! I'm pregnant and very sensitive to certain smells, mind you I've eaten this dish before at different places so I thought I should stick to what I know and ordered the sesame chicken. However, I saw a "Pho" sign and was like bam let's try it, the service, interior, and staff were all on point and offered excellent accommodations. The Thai tea is amazing, as well as their regular sweet tea. They have a full sushi bar, lobster tank, and a few TV's to watch. I got a Rainbow roll and some Pho with beef, it was all very good.
