After my doctor recommended eating more authentic beef bone broth, I have developed a bit of a Pho obsession! I have tried their Beef Pho, Shrimp Pho, and combination of the two. All are absolutely fantastic!! I was a little worried about the broth when ordering the Shrimp Pho, but it is their spot on traditional Beef Pho broth w/shrimp in it! The small is more than enough for one person...unless you want leftovers (more economical) and you can reheat the next day, simmering in a sauce pan on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, and it tastes just as good as when you got it! You may want to pair it with a sandwich this time, though, as the Pho noodles will harden in the fridge, and therefore are not doable for the next day. The Spring Rolls w/their peanut sauce are also amazing!! Years ago, I used to get either the Veggie or Chicken lomein, and that was really good as well, but once I went "Pho", I cannot go back to anything else! read more

I drive out the way 50 miles to try this place. Ok, so it was the only place within 50 miles to try but it was well worth the visit. It was easy to find. Easy to get into the well maintained parking lot and there was plenty of parking. It's in a strip mall, and the outside is plain, but do not judge a book by the cover. Walking in, I was greeted immediately. In the age of covid, there were warnings on the door about face coverings and hand sanitizer at the door. Tables were limited to provide social distancing and all of the staff were wearing masks. The smell of the cooking food was intoxicatingly delicious. My drink order was taken as I was seated at my table. I had a sweet tea which is standard here in this part of the world. For an appetizer I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and then spied an appetizer pho. What a concept that other Vietnamese places should take note of. I LOVE pho and I almost always defer to it even if there are other items I would love to try on the menu. Because I could get an appetizer portion and try other items, I mean how could I pass this up? The pho was delicious. Others have reviewed the broth as too much this or too little of that. I thought it delicious. Every place has their own flavor and every person their own preference. I enjoy the differing variations and I was not disappointed. Because of covid the sriracha was served in a small container with hoisin. This was a perfect amount and combination for the serving size and I had plenty of basil, cilantro and mung bean sprouts. I just wished that they had an option for tripe since it is my favorite in pho. For my main course I had the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice. It was different than I expected, but as I said before I enjoy different variations of dishes and I was pleasantly surprised by this. I was well taken care of by the server and hostess staff. There was nothing I could have asked for more. The price was very reasonable for what I ordered and I was full from the ample servings. Even took some of the king pao home there was so much. Since she's the only one that takes the orders it can slow her down. But she's fast and makes recommendations if you ask her. We've had several of their plates. Bun Thit Nuong and egg rolls (vermicelli with grilled pork) were tremendously tasteful. My all time favorite dish would be the Pho Xao, which is stir friend noodles, was filled with flavor.
