Decided to order some lunch via Uber Eats and was really craving some good orange chicken that tasted similar to Panda Express. I read some of the raving reviews here and on google. I was very disappointed when my food arrived. The shrimp fried rice tasted burnt and the eggs in the fried rice were actually burnt the shrimp was overcooked. The orange chicken was hot when it arrived but it tasted overcooked rubbery and like they gave me food that had been sitting under a heating light for hours. There's nothing better than fresh orange chicken right out the wok but this was not that. Asian City if you see this review please for the foreseeable future do not give your customers food that has been sitting for hours. We want our food made fresh to order! That food tasted so bad I threw it all in the trash after taking two bites inedible. I really do not understand the 4 star rating. read more

Stopped in for the first time last night. Ordered the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. The orange chicken was great, the teriyaki chicken didn't taste like teriyaki at all! The service was horrible, we asked a couple of questions and were given an eye roll and one word answers...won't be back just for that. I went here because someone gave a review saying that the food was as good as east coast Chinese. Clearly he was wrong. Food looked good but was tasteless. It lacked spices but had a good amount of protein (meats). Soup and egg rolls were mediocre at best. This is mostly a takeout restaurant with 4 or 5 tables, strofoam plates, plastic utensils, and help yourself drinks, napkins, soy sauce, etc. There are better Chinese restaurants in lthe area. read more

My wife and I order from here frequently. We usually get the family meal with the hot and sour soup, egg rolls, crab rangoon, fried wonton, fried rice, and choice of three entrees. The food is consistently excellent. It is not overly greasy, and the real standout for me are the properly cooked fresh vegetables (nice and crunchy) in each of the entrees. I recently discovered this place and it has quickly become THE chinese takeout for our family. In terms of flavor, it's by far the best in the Queen Creek area in my opinion. The portions are plentiful. The service is friendly and courteous. The inside looks clean, but the place seems mostly geared for take out rather than sit-down dining, but there are tables if you prefer to eat there. I love their won ton soup. You can tell they make the dumplings fresh. My kids love the egg drop soup. The fried rice is excellent. There is a good variety of entrees to choose from and all the ones we've ordered have been great. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for your local Chinese fix. read more

I love Asian food so a new place that pops up and has the word Asian in the name I had to try! First time I went I had the Pork in Garlic Sauce. Fresh as it can be!! Maybe lacking slightly on heat which I love Pork in Spicy Garlic sauce as my go to dish and I am going to ask them to spice it up next time! I took my wife Sunday for a revisit and I believe you can do one of my favorite dishes almost right I will try something else. 2nd dish was the Mongolian beef. Honestly, 3 of 5 stars. Still fresh but lacking... I wanted something more. I love the Mongolian beef at PF chang's and Pei-Wei. Full of flavor in the beef, this dish just didn't have it. My wife had the Kung Pao Chicken and it was good. Not off the charts but solid good. I will be going back for the Pork in Garlic Sauce. read more

This place is so amazing! The vegetable Lo Mein was amazing I got a garlic sauce to go with it (which was spicy) along with fried tofu (which were strips of crispy deliciousness) added to it. The vegetable fried rice was amazing. It was like something I have never had before, my son absolutely loved it. Orange chicken is a must tangy yet sweet. Now the vegetable foo young is a game changer put one of those patties on top of rice and to that off with the gravy. It's the absolute meal. Vegetable spring rolls were creamy and full of veggies and crispy outside. The crab Ragoons had a creamy sweet filling with little chunks of crab inside and a soft yet crispy outside. The two ladies that gave me the food were very sweet and patient with me given that I had forgot my number. I told them my order payed for everything and went on my was. One of our favorite local mom and pop Chinese spots. The family owned and operated restaurant has very friendly service. Everything we've had at Asian City is as good as any other local place. We haven't had a bad dish yet. What keeps us coming back is the Jalapeño Chicken. It's very crispy, with a sweet (but not too sweet), spicy, and mildly savory sauce. This place has the best Chinese food we have found so far. Tons of flavor in all of the dishes we have tried. We have never been disappointed in their food and it's always hot and fresh. Really like that they only use white meat chicken for their dishes. We typically get either the 3 or 5 dish family meal deal and you can't beat the value and price for what you are getting. We've tried the sesame chicken, orange chicken, egg foo young, lo mein chicken, lemon chicken (was eh), Mongolian beef, chicken with mix veggies, garlic chicken, crab Rangoons, spring rolls, fried rice and probably a few more over the years and everything was really good. Crab ragoons are filled nicely and have a thick consistency. To top it off, they are very friendly and the place is always really clean inside. read more

Crab rangoons were also good. Beef & Broccoli was pretty decent. Cashew Shrimp dish was not good - either old shrimp or cooked & reheated. Either way, we will wash the sauce off & the dogs will get a good treat. The Pad Thai was way to spicy to eat... and I like spice. Saw this place on Yelp and it had great reviews so we decided to give it a try. We drove down to get some take out and unbeknownst to us, it was Grand Opening weekend. We ordered our food and it came out pretty quick (10+ minutes waiting). They offer duck sauce packets, which isn't common a lot of places out here, and give fried wontons for their soups. The gyoza (pot stickers) were very flavorful and had a very good dipping sauce with them. My wife enjoyed her wonton soup and my egg drop soup was very flavorful and didnt have a lot of extra ingredients to mute the flavor. I had the General Two's and, despite me liking more heat to it, it tasted really good. Fried rice and egg roll that came with it were on spot, too. My wife loved her yakisoba house special. We wrapped up with crab Rangoon which was delicious and had that light sweetness to the cream cheese that I grew up eating back east. We definitely enjoyed our meal and will bring the kids to try it next time. Recommend you go try it for yourself if you're in the area. read more

Food tasted like my high school Asian day. We ordered pad Thai and orange chicken and we didn't even finish it because it was dead wrong. The white rice tasted like minute rice. Don't recommend. And to top it off they served the meals in to go containers even if you dine in. read more

The people running this place are very nice and helpful. We got sweet-and-sour chicken, lo mein with chicken, and beef broccoli. All were very good and freshly prepared. The fried rice was excellent, the white rice is the high quality sticky rice, not the mush served at most Chinese restaurants. This rice is great for dipping into chili sauce.
