There was a group of three men drinking from two mimosa towers who were noticeably intoxicated and being loud. While the noise was annoying, what happened next was completely unacceptable. These men repeatedly went behind a nearby pillar and urinated on the ground just a few feet away from where guests were eating. I brought this to my server's attention and asked him to notify management. He told me that he had informed the manager. When I asked whether anything was going to be done about it, he simply said "no." I was shocked that management apparently chose not to address customers urinating near dining tables. No one should have to eat a meal while people are relieving themselves next to the dining area. Beyond being disgusting, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and customer safety. The fact that staff and management were aware of the situation and failed to intervene made the experience even worse. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of disregard for basic sanitation and guest comfort is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future guests do not have to experience what I did.
