Whenever we come here and the manager is the guy with curly hair, we receive poor service. There's no on in front taking orders. When we come in and no one is in front he is the one working. He runs a HORRIBLE shift. On this particular day, we stood at the counter for 2 minutes and no one came. I decided to order using the kiosk. I've eaten at this Panera a few times before. Today I read all the negative reviews so I decided to post my own. I can only say I've never received any bad attitude from the staff, my food was ready within minutes of sitting at my table. The restaurant was very clean as were the tables. As for food, I ordered the value meal, half Napa Chicken Salad sandwich and Wild Rice and Chicken soup. The soup hit the spot on this cold winter day. The broth was creamy and all veggies and chicken cooked perfectly. The chicken sandwich was good too. I do agree with other reviewers that the sandwich could have used a bit more chicken salad thus the 4 star rating. Who knows, maybe the managers are reading these reviews and addressing issues they may have had. read more

I'm writing this for my mom. She doesn't have yelp but wanted to write a review. I went to lunch with my brother in law and we ordered the same sandwich. It was the Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich. After a few hours I experienced some stomach discomfort and realized I must of had a bad case of food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea... not to be graphic but it was terrible! I found out my brother in law had the same symptoms. I tried calling them to let them know they served a bad batch of food, but no answer. So I decided to leave a review to let people know they need to be better about food preparation. So disappointing!!! I would give it another try but don't want to risk my health, what if it was worse and I ended up in the hospital. No thanks! read more

We ordered delivery so we can't comment on the service they provide in-store as the other recent reviews. However, the food we received was good, both soups were nice and hot, the baguettes were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the Frontega sandwich was alright. There was more onions and tomatoes than there was chicken. The delivery driver did not read directions, so there's that. But food wise, it was good. They're not at the top of my list but it was convenient to order delivery through their app and it was lots cheaper than using DoorDash. read more

I ordered a thick-cut rustic sourdough bread from Panera Bread for my child's lunch last night. However, when I arrived at the drive-through to collect my order, I was informed that they only had thin-sliced bread left. In urgent need of the bread, I decided to take it anyway. This was the second Panera Bread store I visited to get this bread. However, this morning when I opened the bag, I was surprised to see that the bread was not only thinly sliced, but it was also cut in the middle. It appeared that the bread they sold me may have been sitting in the back for a while, waiting to be used for the "pick two promos." I don't have an issue with the thin slice, but the store should have been transparent about the product they were selling. They should have included all the essential information about the bread, especially since it was ordered through the app. read more

Placed an online catering order for delivery two hours prior the scheduled delivery and they cancelled the order 1 hour later. Very unprofessional you shouldn't have took the order in the first place if you could not complete in two hours. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

No matter which Panera I go to I order my usual. You pick two turkey bravo sandwich no bacon substitute avocado. (Since I don't eat pork plus no charge for substitutions) and Asian chicken salad I ordered dine in & I love that they actually tossed my salad without request. Also they have perfectly fresh baked baguettes which I've never experienced at any other location & I've been eating Panera for over 7 years. I won't lie: reading the reviews before posting this one made me a bit upset. All my experiences have been positive! Ever since I've had Panera in this location, food has been warm and accurate. But you can't overlook the hygiene and customer service aspect: I'm sure this Panera can do much better In my favorite visit, I got the broccoli cheddar soup (which is a must try) and a sandwich. Also, coffee is A1. I took advantage of their 3 month free coffee subscription. I order their coffee some mornings w an item from the menu. I wait in my car, and click through the app it's ready. For the first time ever, I ordered dinner from Panera Bread. I ordered the combo sandwich, salad, and pomegranate hibiscus tea. The sandwich was simply bad. The salad had fruit, but rather disgusting, the fruit was all from cans. I do not eat canned fruit at home, so had I known this shortcut at Panera, I would have never ordered that salad (or the sandwich)! Just as disturbing is that my tea was never delivered, and Gio, the manager, was little to no help. He would comp me a tea if I went to Panera, which will never happen. We have been ordering lunches and breakfasts from this place for several months now. The quality is always consistent and the food is usually delivered a few minutes early. The fruits in the fruit salad change from time to time, but other than that everything is consistent. The cookies are also pretty good for cookies made in masses. read more

Double check your receipts when ordering from this Panera! I placed a catering order last week for pickup Saturday morning. Saturday came and I picked up my order, without hassle and everything was correct with the order. The issue didn't occur until I got an email at 8:45pm that evening advising me that my order had been changed and here was my final receipt. The only change was double the original tip amount, even though my paper receipt attached to the catering bag showed the original amount that was also in my confirmation email when I ordered. I've tried calling this store over and over with no answer. They do not answer the phone and often the line just disconnects the call. I called corporate and they said that I would be refunded the entire tip amount to my credit card and they would address it with the store. I have yet to receive the refund and I will be calling corporate back next week if it still doesn't post to my credit card. But this is a warning for everyone else! If they felt it was ok to do it to me then how many other people have had this happen to them, and did they even notice??? A horrible scam and I'm highly disappointed! There is no way that was accidental, it was definitely intentional. The modification on my order was for double the original tip! read more

Carmen, Swanton is what hee hat stated. The cashier. I can't say that I've ever experienced bad service at the panera other than waiting a long time. Today the lack of customer service was disappointing. I was the only customer in line but was asked to pull into the curbside waiting area was a bit much. I think it irritated the cashier because upon handing me my food there was nothing said just handed my bag and closed the window. I asked if I had the option of chips vs the bread when she reopen the window and she told me I didn't ask for chips, I asked if she was the person who took my order, she said yes. I have been coming here pretty frequently for late lunch or dinner from work and I really enjoy having a nice place like this available nearby. I am setup for the rapid pickup and I usually place my order while driving there and it's usually ready by the time I pull up - so about 5-9 minutes. All their stuff is really good but I'm stuck on the 4 cheese grilled cheese. Won't be my last time here! Big inside and free refills of course. Uncaring Staff! Panera has good food but this location has an uncaring, disinterested and staff with terrible customer service. If you can go to a different Panera location do not support this location. This is not the first time I have left with my to go order swearing to not return to this location. I was the only customer inside placing a takeout order. I used the order kiosk since with masks it is easier to customize items using the kiosk. After placing the order I decided to add 4 cookies which I did at the register. Rather than charging me .99 per cookie witch is the price when ordered with an entree I had to pay $2.25 per cookie. The person at the register did nothing to try and solve the problem. I should have canceled and replaced the order and saved $5.00 on cookies. When I went to the prep area my name was not on their digital board as "being prepared" or "ready" the person said only orders from the kiosk or register appear on the board when I mentioned I ordered at the kiosk she said I will announce when it is ready. When the order was ready she placed the bag on the counter with other to go orders no announcement. After 5 minutes I asked about my order she said I forgot you were standing waiting here it is. No apology nothing. As I said, Panera is good just not this location.
