The food was fresh and a great value. The only small complaints I could make is my bun for the junior size was just like a plain hamburger bun versus my husband's larger sandwich came with a much nicer toasted sesame bun and they didn't have the onion rings available. I did not know it was the owner, but I asked the guy if I could grab a picture of it and in an Italian accent, he said get a picture from over here you can see inside. I asked the waitress while looking at the menu, I saw that they said some homemade pasta. She told me that they make all their pastas, breads, sauces, and pizza dough on site. We will have to come back and try some other meals, but the wood fired pizza was phenomenal. I had seen this place on the socials, and one time working my way back home when the expressway was shut down...I drove by it, and would've never noticed it if I hadn't known the name. The place is definitely doing the business, but you need to go. It is a hidden gem. One of the better pizzas in the drivable area for sure! The owners are from Italy, need I say anymore. Oh, I almost forgot that they have a nice selection of beers on draft. Seriously, reef donkey for five dollars. It only made the pizza that much better! And the sidenote when you get mushrooms on your pizza, you get a mixture of delicious mushrooms, all fresh, even shiitakes. Service is good and friendly. Most recently we went there for Drunk-O-Shrimpo our favorite. Great price, fresh and good amount of large fresh shrimp, a tangy/spicy sauce with rolls for dipping. Also had the pork nachos which were large and good. So large we took home leftovers. Their daily specials are good deals and fun like Taco Tuesdays and Wings & Wine Wednesdays. Also, they have the cutest bird, Ollie, who is often around and loves to be fed. Always enjoy it here and will be back soon!
