Garlic sauce with chicken. Very pleased to see the addition of eggplant which I don't normally see in this dish other places.
Christina C.

I was tickled by this little find that was close to the harbor and my hotel. When I talked in a woman was attacking a huge amount of fresh green beans on the table which I took to be a good sign and I was right! The food is fresh and took about 10 mins to prepare as promised. Service was friendly and helpful. She answered questions about the size of dishes and brought out bowls to show me the difference between small and large. I overheard her on the phone patiently explaining the types of veggies in a dish in detail. I have a lot of food in this one order but if time permits I will come back before I leave Baltimore.

Garlic sauce tofu (no eggplant, add mushroom)

I've ordered from Asian Harbor a few times and they exceed expectations every time. The portion sizes are filling and the sauce is so flavorful. The tofu was also a nice crispy texture and I loved every bite. 10/10 meal :)

Maki 3 Sushi Rolls Combo - salmon avo, spicy tuna, salmon skin
Cara B.

Great, cheap sushi! Ordered takeout and the combo is a great deal. Delivery was right on time for what it said on Grubhub. The salmon avocado was the best, the salmon skin was a little more hard than crispy. Got a spicy mayo side for 75 cents and that was definitely necessary. Would order again

No noodles in the chow mein
Erin D.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I am Chinese and ashamed that these people consider themselves a Chinese restaurant. I ordered the chow mein combination dinner, and it turns out these are not noodles! I was just appalled - google "chow mein" and that's what you get! When I called, this is what the restaurant said: Them: There are no noodles. This is the east coast, and we call this chow mein, but on the west coast they call it chop suey. So, it's really a chop suey not a chow mein. If you want noodles, you should order lo mein. Me: If it's chop suey, then call it chop suey! I have been to every state on the east coast, travel about 3,000 miles/week, and you are the ONLY Chinese restaurant to call this chow mein instead of chop suey. Them: Well you ordered under the entrees menu, and the noodle dishes are under the noodles menu. Me: Lo mein is also under the same section as the chow mein in the combinations section, so does this mean lo mein are not noodles? Them: No, lo mein is noodles. Does anyone else see the fault in their logic? If noodle dishes are only under the noodles menu, then lo mein needs to be removed under the combinations section as well. Thankfully I ordered via yelp's eat24 system, so I was able to get a refund on the entree. So, don't order from the restaurant directly in case it's wrong! Furthermore, the rest of the food was terrible. The shumai was sour (who knew this was possible?), and the egg drop soup was so gelatinous it stuck to the spoon. The soup was very difficult to eat, it was so sticky. The fried rice was dry and bland. The shrimp in the chop suey was dirty and not deveined. My delivery was 25 minutes later than promised & did not contain chopsticks as requested. The driver called because he read the wrong address. I also had put my hotel's name in the instructions, so I suppose he failed to read that too. If you have the information, cross check! The meal comes with a salad. When I took a quick glance in my bag, I said to the driver, "I didn't order salad!" He said, "You ordered a dinner right? It comes with it." I should've known this was my first omen. What Chinese restaurant includes salad in a dinner meal??? An egg roll, sure, but salad? Definitely a highly Americanized restaurant! Shu Mai $4.95 Root Beer $1.65 Chow Mein (Dinner) $8.50 Make it With: Shrimp Choice of Rice: Fried Choice of Side: Egg Drop Soup Subtotal $15.10 Delivery Charge $2.00 Tax $0.91 Tip $1.80 Total $19.81

Absolutely hideous gravy! Look at the number of broccoli in one gravy dish. This could be the worst chinese I have ever had

I got the eel roll and the spicy tuna roll. Both were bad and the tuna tasted very old. I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning.

There is ample seating whether you want to be at bar, have a larger party or need something more intimate. The staff was very kind. For my entree I ordered the Hot Chili Oil Beef Stew. It was massive. Lol our waiter said that the bowl made it look larger than what it actually was and that it was manageable for one person........ that was like something you could order for the table. Or you can order individual servings of rice and finish it with at least 2 people. The flavor was amazing. The level was spice was perfect, the aromatics were present and fragrant. If you're a fan of spice and savory goodness, I highly recommend. My boyfriend ordered the Wuxi Sweet and Sour chicken. He liked it, I tried it as well. He said he would rate it an 8/10. We both agreed that if the chicken was a lil crispier it would've been even better but flavor of the sauce was nice and the chicken was juicy. His meal was definitely able to be finished by one person. He finished the whole dish while I left with a massive to go container. For drinks we shared a Sake and then I ordered the NiHao Lady, which was very tasty and he ordered a spicy margarita (I think). Either that or a mojito but he enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back for their dim sum/Chinese tapas.

On day one, we wanted a light lunch to save room for dinner. We ordered the prawn with snow peas and wood ear mushrooms, along with the veggie pan-fried dumplings. Everything was incredibly light, fresh, and delicious! We paired it with the hot ginger honey tea, which was wonderfully flavorful and soothing. The staff was also so kind and accommodated our request for a quiet meal by seating us in a peaceful, closed-off section. On day two, we were craving those exact same flavors, so we re-ordered the prawn dish, the veggie dumplings, and the hot ginger tea--but this time, we added the beef lo mein. It was absolutely amazing! Honestly, it was the best lo mein we have ever had; we've never tasted anything quite like it. The food here is spectacular, and the service is incredibly accommodating that we forgot to take photos. Peter Chang will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we are back in Baltimore!

After several appointments at Johns Hopkins and having a break between them, I decided to stop in for lunch. I really like the setup here. If you're dining in, you place your order at the counter and receive a number to place on your table so the food runner knows where to bring your meal. I also appreciate that guests are responsible for grabbing their own plates, utensils, and water, it keeps things simple and efficient. There is plenty of seating available for those who prefer to dine in. For lunch, I ordered the Egg Scallion Rice, Stir-Fried Prawns with Broccoli, and a Super Tropical Mixed Fruit Tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Egg Scallion Rice is a standout and something I'll order every time I visit. I definitely recommend this location, and if I'm in the area around lunchtime again, I'll be back.
