Woo, some amazing indo Chinese food. The spiciest I have had in a while in the Bay Area. Each and everything made me appreciate the flavors and the spices a lot. Favorites include veg momo: tasty and ample portion size. The chutney is amazing Schezwan veg chowmein: good portion size and the noodles are really spicy. That's the way Schezwan should be. If you can't handle the spice, plz order the normal veg chowmein noodles instead Baby corn Manchurian: this was also amazing and with good blend of spices Place is a food truck with seating space located inside a gas station. The gas station parking lot also has lots of other food trucks-Chaat and Mumbai street food type and a Hawaiian one. Will definitely return to this place and look forward to trying out more amazing food from the

    Chilling chicken and chilli momos...

Good tasty food and great fast service. Second time we came for momos and there manchurian is good as well. Veg and non veg variety. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place to sit and eat outside as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Decent service good food and good vibezz. The momos were pretty good I am not sure what was in the filling but it tasted yummy. The sauce was a little too tart imo less soy saucy which is expect from a Manchurian sauce. There's tables and lights around the truck to sit and enjoy your food and it's open till 10 so is a nice late night hangout spot. There's also 2 other food trucks in the same lot!

Oh My God. Literally will never go to another Nepali place in Cali ever again. I'm nepali and I have been searching HIGH and LOW for an authentic place. This is it. The food is, dare I say, on the same level as my mom's food. The service feels like home, no better way to describe it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a food truck so I don't know what you want from the Ambiance but if you've ever been to Nepal, you know that this place takes you right back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] **I ate so much food but literally forgot to take pics after the MoMo bc everything was just too good to not gobble up.

As a vegetarian it can be challenging to find dumpling places that offer veggie options. It's rare that I seek out a food truck because they often move to a new destination, but I'm glad to have found Asian Momo through Yelp! |LOCATION & SETTING| Situated in a spacious parking lot with a few other trucks, it felt like a food truck oasis. Except this truck was the only one that was operating on a Saturday! They have outdoor seating with tents overhead. The only downside is that the tables were quite dirty and it just didn't feel sanitary. Their hand sanitizer dispenser was also empty. |FOOD & ORDERING| Ordering was straightforward and the food was fair for the amount. I paid for two boxes of dumplings and samosas which came out to be around $32. We waited about 10-15 min after ordering before we got our food. Included were two sauce containers with our dumplings. The brown sauce was milder than the red sauce, for those with a lower spice tolerance. The amount of dumplings were incredibly filling and substantial! Flavor, filling, and texture-check! I also enjoyed the samosas, which were filled with curried potatoes. The outer texture was crunchy, as well. I am pleased to have found this place to satisfy my dumpling cravings! I'll be returning in the future.

The food here at this nepalese food truck place is absolutely on mark. I always enjoy the nepalese cooking style with some Indian flavors to it. This was recommended by one of my friend and coming back again for sure. The chicken jhol momo with the sauce in it is super good as you can taste the sauce and momo in every bite. The sauce is also not too saucy, it got exact texture for the momo. The other items we ordered were egg fried rice, chicken chow mein and gobi manchurian. Its been a while that we tried the authentic Indian-nepalese fried rice. I highly recommend the chicken jhol momo and chicken fried rice.

I had the best Chinese food here at this place! Loved all their food items. The spice was perfect for my taste buds but it might be a little spicy for others. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved their outdoor seating[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the service was pretty quick!

The veg momos were undercooked and cold. Didnt feel like it was steamed at all. The paneer chilli didnt taste anything like paneer chilli and was underwhelming. Only good thing was the veg chowmein. Giving extra stars for quick service and nice seating area

It's located in a gas station parking lot with other food carts. We got chicken chilli and vegetable chow mein. The chow mein came with a lot of vegetables and they were perfectly cooked, crispy without any hints of rawness. Normally the veggies in a vegetable heavy noodles tend to overwhelm the noodles but not in this case. The noodles were bouncy as well and not weighed down by a lot of grease. The kids loved the chicken chilli, I personally don't like any hints of sweetness in chicken dishes though.

Not really liking the food here after first few times. The momos and Manchurian are too tangy for my liking and samosas are extremely oily .

Weight of the two containers in grams!!

So, I went to this place because I got a BOGO free offer from them on FB. I asked for the deal based on the FB app etc. Both the guys operating the food truck seemed FoBs and could not converse in English- so I switched to Hindi and told them I wanted Chicken Fried Rice BOGO offer and made the payment. I waited a short while and got my order. Since it was a ToGo order I made sure there were 2 food containers and off I went home. Upon arrival my wife got the containers out and looked at me and asked if I ate some while driving!! It looked like one container was not filled fully. I weighed both and found one of them less by a quarter pound!! Photographs attached!! BTW, good food though. I loved the taste. The only reason for the ding in stars is because- when you offer BOGO - you mean it to be of equal or lesser price not quantity!! Please fix this issue- as it can be seen as cheating the customer!!

They have interesting dishes with paneer and chicken as well. We ordered two dishes- Leela lasun keema - This dish was intriguing, with cheese, grated egg, and a rich, spicy gravy. The portion size was generous; a single person won't be able to finish it with just three breads. It was very filling, we took back home the leftover and enjoyed it later with some rotis. They have another version of this- "kachu" with runny eggs instead of grated eggs.. well thought option! Volcano egg biryani- The dish is as interesting as its name suggests. The base is an omelette, and the rice is flavorful with bell peppers, finely chopped veggies, and aromatic spices. The center is with a tomato-based curry. The cheese on the side was amazing, and I loved it. The spicy guava drink is super refreshing with a playful mix of spice, salt, sourness, and the sweetness of guava. I really enjoyed it! They have music playing and the place is lit, creating a total vibe for spending time in the evening on a lazy weekend/ after work, or post-workout. The food is pure indulgence and covered our protein requirements with eggs, along with some fat to burn off. Kinda guilt free. Also, they have games, garba events and other many interesting things going on at different times. Superb vibes, never disappoints! Conveniently located in Sunnyvale - easy to find parking. Ask the owners for their recommendations based on your preferences. They take card, but there's an up-charge for it. The order: Super Burrito (asada) $12: I'm not playing on the price, check the photos. Delicious burrito that was a nice size and excellent price point. The tortilla tasted so nicely toasted and had a crisp at the edges. Along with your choice of meat, the burrito has Spanish rice, avocado, onions, salsa, beans. What else do you need? The length was almost my entire forearm, might have been actually. I was also given two sauces: a cilantro green sauce and (chipotle maybe) a red sauce. I did not receive the orange sauce mentioned in other reviews. Remember to request what you'd like. The second time I went, they gave me red sauce and orange sauce. Minus 1 star because of slightly inconsistent quality. When I went the second time, the fillings were still great, but ratio was different than the first time. It made the burrito taste different, no crispiness. Still good, but seemed more like a mid burrito I wouldn't have been raving about. BUT I did go right before closing compared to right after opening, which I can understand could make a difference.

The best of the bunch was the dahi batata puri, but it still didn't quite hit the spot. It was definitely on the sweeter side and I felt like the dahi/yogurt wasn't as creamy as I prefer. The chinese bhel was okay, but didn't have much flavor. Lastly the ragda pattice had so much potential. The flavor was there, but it was insanely spicy- even as someone with a med/high spice tolerance. You could feel the burn traveling down to your stomach. Yesterday, I ordered a Vada Pav, Shalimar Egg Mughlai (on their recommendation from their list of egg dishes), and a Veg Frankie -- and honestly, none of it lived up to the hype(5 stars currently) or price point. Vada Pav: It was okay. The "mirchi" served alongside was literally a raw Thai green chili. Really? At least pan-fry it with some salt and oil to enhance the flavor. For over $10 with taxes, this was already pricier than better Vada Pavs you can get at places like Elco Drive, and yet it offered nothing exceptional. Frankie: This one made me genuinely angry. It was a soggy maida roll stuffed with the same aloo masala from the Vada Pav, plus a few sad shreds of cabbage. That's it. And they had the audacity to charge $12 for it. ($1.50 for cheese, lol I am glad we didn't add)This isn't a Frankie -- it's a lazy repackaged Vada Pav with no flavor or creativity. They threw in some pickled jalapeños on the side, which only added confusion. If you're running a fusion menu(well partially), at least mention it upfront instead of misleading customers. Egg Shalimar Mughlai: At $13, it was passable but still not impressive. The bun on the side was not toasted or anything. Better than the Frankie, but nothing I'd recommend or return for. I was so excited for trying this place but, overall, this place is overpriced, underwhelming, and frankly disappointing. If your Vada Pav and Frankie are practically identical, maybe inform customers before they order both. I wouldn't recommend Maya Kitchen -- save your time, appetite and money and go somewhere else. When paying by credit card, the machine presents fairly high default tip options, and with someone holding it right in front of you, it can feel like pressure to quickly choose one of the 15%+ options. As others have mentioned, the total adds up quickly. For two regular burritos and a manually entered $3 tip, we paid $27.50. For really solid burritos, that price would be fine.
