This place offers some really delicious Chinese food. I'm from San Gabriel, CA where there are at least six Chinese restaurants on every block with 20 mile radius. We have been here a couple of times and have had take out a couple more. The food is decent. But the last time we dined in we had the worst service! Our egg rolls came out super fast but weren't hot (I think they had been a mistake from before we got there). We then waited for 30 minutes for our entrees (fried rice and Kung pao tofu) the server brought them and NEVER came back! We had to call across the restaurant for a box and our check. Historically known for it's large portions of mediocre food (any chicken dish is served with a soggy breaded goo coating that is not appealing to the eye or taste) and reasonable prices. All that changed for the worst in the fall of 2021. Servers come and go so repeat diners are usually served by well intentioned yet incompetent and untrained help. Our experience of mid-November 2021 became the breaking point and we will never return. We ordered from the menu and asked for the check. The bill totaled $46 for two diners and covered two entrees and one soft drink. We immediately assumed an error and asked for a menu to check prices. The item prices on our check ranged from 35%-50% higher than the printed prices in the menu. We asked that they revise the check to the printed prices. The waitress said that "the owner was intending to raise prices but the newly ordered menus had not been delivered". We asked why she did not advise us of the higher prices. She responded that "the owner would not allow the wait staff to tell customers of the change or to revise the bill when customers complained about the unexpected price increase. When we requested to speak with the owner, we're advised that the owner had left for the day after ordering wait staff to not revise the disputed checks or to call her at home. What a horrible directive to issue these orders to a well intentioned wait staff. Other diners were engaged with disagreement with the two waitress' . I and others demanded revised checks. After a 5-10 minute wait, the revised checks were delivered. Our revised check totaled $27. Frustrated and will never return. read more

The service is exceptional - possibly the best anywhere that I've experienced. But I'm not a big fan of the food itself. I really didn't enjoy the egg rolls nor the hot and sour soup which are usually just the starters. Not that I won't try different menu items but the Mongolian Beef is just okay, nothing to rave about. In fact, it seemed a little starchy to me. The egg roll should be a tell-tale sign of a Chinese restaurant and the vegetables just seemed overcooked and stringy with little actual egg roll taste. We live in Windsor and eat here numerous times a month. The food is always great, the staff always friendly and the owner always says hi. They know I like chopsticks and chili sauce and deliver it to my table without my always asking for it. I highly recommend Asian Pearl. read more

I've read the reviews and maybe I just got there on a bad night, the food was inedible. The atmosphere was very nice, except when we went it was early so we got a nice booth, about 10 minutes later a family with small children was seated in the booth right next to us! Really, a whole restaurant to choose a table and they put noisy 3 yr olds right at the adjoining booth! That did it, noisy kids and over cooked greasy food, never again. read more

Stay away!!! Terrible food. Cashew chicken, and sesame chicken were dull,bland, and tough. Chicken dry and over cooked. Sesame chicken was hardly edible. Hot and sour soup was sour....not hot. Coworker I was with really liked the place too. Second visit (recent) was a take-out order I'd called in, everything about the experience was great except I didn't really care for the dish I chose. Slippery chicken, not recommended. The chicken was over-cooked (it was sliced super thin) and the batter left a weird texture and a starchy flavor in my mouth which was the main thing that ruined it for me. This place makes me so sad. The food is outstanding. The lady that owns the place is extremely nice. The problem is the server. There is one man, an older asian gentleman that is just terrible. This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. When I went and picked it up, there was no one in the restaurant and I had a bad feeling I was in for a terrible dinner. After spending nearly $40 on 2 dinners I came home and ate the cardboard fried rice and the hardest sweet and sour pork I've ever eaten in my life. Was excited to try this place after it topped our favorite Thai place in the Best of Windsor contest. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. The restaurant is attractive and service was fine but the food was forgettable. The egg rolls were almost 100% cabbage and had no distinctive flavor and the beef and broccoli was average at best. I ordered take out for the family here on a Thursday evening hoping for some tasty Chinese food. This was not at all what happened. I ordered the Moo Shu with the vegetables, the lo mein, the sesame chicken with fried rice. We also got a side order of fried cheese wontons and pork rolls. Lets start out with the worst to the best Moo Shu vegetables- I ordered it without meat for a reason. It came with this thin sliced meat that I can only imagine was chicken and NO Vegetables, It also seems that it was old. The sesame chicken with the fried rice was alright nothing special, the fried rice was just white rice with some soy sauce, no eggs or veggies. The Pork Rolls had some white looking filling that may or may not have been pork, but was fairly disgusting and dry regardless. The lo mein was the better of the dishes it was flavorful The Fired cheese wontons are exactly what they sound like and were tasty Over all I would not visit this restaurant again. read more

My family was looking for a new Chinese food place around after South China in Fort Collins closed. I pretty much figured we would never find anything like it around. My family is all gluten free, so it's pretty rough to find good gf Chinese food (that isn't PF changs). We loved the food here, the service was great, and the gf options are awesome. They even had Sizzling Rice Soup! We had a large party 8 adults and 3 kids and the service was fast. I'm glad we found this place and it's way closer to home!!! read more

I was semi-hesitant to try because I am SUPER picky about my Chinese food. There is a little Chinese food place in Fort Collins that I always go to, and I have my whole life. Feeling like crap and not wanting to cook or Drive to Fort Collins I tried Asian Pearl Bistro. I was EXTREMELY impressed. Not only do they have amazing deals, they taste amazing. My 3 year old said "Mom this 'licious!". We got a Beef and Broccoli/Chicken Lo Mein Combo Deal. We opted to spend a bit more to get egg drop soup for both. Not only was it EXTREMELY affordable (under $15) the customer service was exceptional! We did take out, and we got there to pick it up, and the hostess was so nice! She offered to send another cookie with us (for my son), but rather than asking him she cleared it with me first (which is GREATLY appreciated most just offer it to him, and then you have to say yes). All around I was very Impressed. I just wish they delivered! Considering I'm a Single Mom in college, going out is not something we do often, or even ordering take out. But the next time we do, it will DEFINITELY be from here! HIGHLY recommend! read more
