For the price, it's not bad for a buffet. Nothing special, basic Chinese dishes. Service was good, not a lot of options but it's ok for the price u pay. At this time of posting it was around 12ish bucks for lunch as an adult. read more

Its the only asian buffet around. It's pretty small and food wasnt "to die for" but, it wasn't horrible. I ate a little bit of everything including sushi and didn't get sick. Its a buffet so service was pretty good. Prices are reasonable. Its a hole in the wall kinda place. But very comfortable, friendly and quiet place. I will return again. read more

Went on a Sunday evening. The selection was good for a small buffet place. You could tell some items had been sitting for a while, but other items were replenished when they got low. Food tasted fine. Used plates were removed regularly from the table. Restrooms were clean. read more

I'll start with the service was good, that earned them the one star I'm willing to give them. This had to be my worst eating experience with an Asian buffet. I sampled many different items on the buffet and they were at best bad and at worst, well I spit it into my napkin (which has been something I have rarely done in my life). The "better" sauces tasted like they came out of a jar. The General Tso's Chicken tasted like a bad orange chicken with a hint of spicy flavoring. The hot and sour soup smelled bad and tasted worse. The egg rolls had an off putting, unidentifiable flavor to them. I'm not sure what was in the cheese wontons, but it was not just cheese and had a slight flavor of Sweet and Low. Honestly, the experience depends a lot on who's working the front of the restaurant. Most of the times I've gone, it's been who I'm guessing is the daughter/daughter-in-law. She's very nice and friendly. The mother is less so. It seems like she's annoyed whenever a customer comes in. The food is your run of the mill Chinese food. The sushi is decent - but not like what'd you get at a sushi bar. Everything is cooked or meat free. For Woodstock, this is a decent buffet and the place to go when you're craving Chinese. read more

I Don't judge food by it's price! Contrary to previous reviews, Asian Spice offers a TINY Buffet compared to most Chinese Buffets in the Country. Yes, The price is Cheap, however, the food Choices are extremely limited, and not worth the trip. I would look elsewhere. Service was very good. Sorry, Just my opinion! read more

I would never walk back in here again. The Asian woman at the reception desk acted as though it was an inconvenience for her to get up to seat us when we came in. Then it was obvious she expected us to eat the garbage on the buffet because she didn't bother to offer us a menu until after we sat there for 5 minutes. The table was sticky. The food on the buffet was old. Most of the trays were nearly empty and you could tell the food had been sitting there a while. That which was left had no selection to amount to anything. very disappointed the last two visits. This was a favorite of ours that for some reason gone downhill on us. Maybe just a fluke that the last two visits were bad but we won't be going back, it appears maybe they lost their original cook? Any way food was not hot nor fresh and sushi was not cold or fresh. After taking one bite of the food I noticed a long black hair I took it to the waitress and told her it was cooked with a shrimp on one end of it this was found on the buffet bar I have short hair so definitely wasn't mine actually I have no hair I didn't even get a sorry what I did to get as have to pay for two meals when I set there for 20 to 30 minutes and had nothing. Friendly atmosphere. A clean, quiet place. An Asian food buffet (think "mostly Chinese" with some rather exotic additions). OUTSTANDING food. Fresh, delicious and well-prepared ... sure hope they can keep this up (you know how many buffets begin to lower the quality + amount + freshness of their food after it gets a following). Anyway, as long as these nice folks are able to keep up this level of excellence at these reasonable [not dirt cheap, but reasonable] prices, we will continue to eat here. read more

I went there when they first opened and was disappointed. It's been quite awhile so tonight, I gave it a second chance. The limited selection was no better. Everything was dry and appeared to have been reheated at least twice. The shrimp was not deveined and even though it was early in the night, the food looked as if it had been there for hours. Just had a great buffet lunch here today. This is a nice little place. The buffet table was pretty impressive. All sorts of beef, chicken, shrimp, pork dishes. California rolls, fresh egg rolls, vegetables, great looking soups, and a not fancy but impressive quantity of desserts and fruit. The lunch buffet was advertised as $6.25 per person, but when the bill came the total was 13.75 for two people. We were a bit perplexed, but paid it and tipped anyway just because the food was so good and fresh. On the way home we surmised that they may add a 10 percent gratuity. At any rate, the place was clean, the food great and replenished often, and represented a really good value. We'd most defititely consider eating there again. They also seemed to have menu based specials in addition to the buffet, at 5.25 per person with rice, and soup or eggroll. read more

In town on business. Stop by to get something quick to eat, and was completely surprised at how fantastic the food was. Got the moo shu chicken. Full of flavor, and way more than just one person can eat. Relatively inexpensive, and the staff is super friendly. If I'm ever back this way, this will definitely be a place to eat. read more

This is my go to Chinese food take-out place. Always quick, always fresh, always hot and never any issues. Very nice people and a good deal.
