Takeout from here has been nothing short of amazing for years, but a friend and I dined in the other day - this was my first time eating in here. It's very small and cozy, and the employees are very caring and kind and go the extra mile to ensure we're receiving not only the exactly what we ordered, but the best food possible - everyone is full of recommendations! It's a small area to eat in at, but my friend and I had a great time. We ordered salads, dumplings, lo mein, and chicken and broccoli - everything hit the spot. Their fare is consistently solid in a WYSIWYG way - what you see (or expect) is what you get. Portions are generous, prices fair and the language barrier never interferes with order accuracy. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to find a place with well made tofu, crisp veggies, and excellent house made sauces that can cater to your spice preferences. Yumm! I have been ordering delivery from this place for 3 months now and haven't been disappointed yet by the food. I usually order pescatarian items which include sushi and anything with shrimp or tofu. I have had curry tofu; which was huge and piping hot when it arrived. Shrimp Pad Thai was so good and again a huge portion. The last time I ordered there was a problem with the driver not having enough change for $40 for my $24 order (which already included a tip). He offered to go back to the store and get it but I didn't want him to go out of his way. He gave me what he had and even came back from his car with quarters. I'm not sure if this was a way of getting a bigger tip or what. But I expect delivery drivers to have at least $20 in change when they go out. read more

We just moved to the area from a bustling suburb of DC a few months ago. After trying New Win Long and J & Y, I was starting to feel I would have to go closer to a bigger city to get some decent Sushi/Chinese food. We decided to give Asian Taste a shot today, and I was so pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the owner brought us a roll on the house to try while we waited on our other rolls. This is the best Chinese food in the area and they have a variety of selection. They do a lot of business through takeout so sometimes that'll be busy but the restaurant inside has no one actually sitting there eating. I tend to get a combo general toas (comes with pork fired rice & egg roll). They are always friendly and willing to do substitutions for example the combination comes with pork fried rice they're willing to do a vegetable fried rice instead. I also really enjoy their fire cracker sushi roll. Everything has always been fresh with great flavor. The TV is normally on news or cartoons. read more

Truly amazing food and so much variety! We like very different foods and it was wonderful to be able to get exactly what we love from the same location. We definitely over ordered as we had more than two meals out of it and the price was incredibly reasonable. The free edamame was a very welcome surprise that we ate first. Ordered my food to go and it was ready when they said. The food was delivered to us, in a paper bag and was delicious My only negative is that when I got the bill it had a tip of $5,00 included. So why the tip? There was only one person in the front handing out the food and the cook. The reviews may be mixed for Asian Taste, but i give it a big thumbs up! The food is genuinely good, not overly greasy or enhanced with MSG. Also, i love the vegan/vegetarian options - Try the Veggie Delight! Also, i like that they will sub tofu for meat in most their dishes, giving veg peeps so much more to choose from! Only thing - check your bill/food before you leave when picking up! There is often miscommunication when ordering over the phone. Once i was charge more for a dish i didn't order, just to find out what i did order was in the bag! Oy! read more

This place is the best. I love their thai red curry, their sushi and crispy beef, crab meat wontons general tso. I could go on but i wont. I drive 35 minutes to come here when i have at least 5 Chinese places closer to me. My only complaint is they do not have options for kids. I have asked several times for just chicken and white rice but have never been able to get it. If my daughter wants to get Chinese we have to go to one of the places we don't like as much. They are a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Also, while i was pregnant this is the only place i trusted to use separate knives and cutting boards for sushi so i wouldn't be consuming raw fish or deal with cross contamination. read more

I am picky when it comes to Chinese food. I got takeout last week and it was among the best I've had. I got General tso's chicken and it was all white meat, not heavily breaded, and lots of broccoli. My girlfriend got the sesame chicken and loved it. Ate there for the second time tonight, and it was also fantastic. Got the crab wontons, very good. I would absolutely go here again. Better than pf changs. If you live in the eldersburg/Clarksville/Marriottsville area, make this your first choice for Chinese food. They take pride in their food, and it shows. read more
