I have been a customer of Royal Nails for the past few years. Sadly, in July 2025, I walked in only to find that most of the old crew had moved. Nam was not only my nail tech, but also for family and friends. I am deeply sad they moved! When I asked the new people where the old crew moved, they just said they moved. Basic pedi starting at $30, and I added on that parrafin stuff for $10 and I felt like I was getting the top tier with the massage and the callus scrub didn't tickle and he got all them dry spots without me asking! Feel like a princess AF bc they lifted my legs and feet for me instead of me using my core to help them out, took their time, complimentary drinks, and didn't feel out of place with an awkward language barrier. I visited this location by recommendation of a friend. I had a mani and pedi done. The atmosphere was really nice, and although they were busy they were welcoming. I did not feel rushed during my pedicure nor did I during the manicure. I had a dip powder manicure. I usually do my own nails with dip powered in which I am aware of the process but decided to get it done there. First, the gentleman that did was my mani had trouble with the products necessary for the dip powder it was clumpy however he managed to find one that worked enough to get the powder to stick. The manicure looks nice, however it has only been 2 going on to 3 days and I have 3 cracked nails it is very disappointing considering the totaling cost. First visit, I had a pedicure and the polish was thick leaving my toe nails looking clumpy, the guy would have left it like that if I hadn't brought it their attention. Second time feet felt rough after leaving, the guy didn't take his time and I felt rushed, I didn't complain because I felt like they didn't care if they don't know you.
