Made an orthodontics appointment for my two youngest kids on 2/9/2018. I even missed work to go and they even confirm my appointment a day before and the day. Walking in first thing they wanted my dental insurance. I told them I wanted a quote first, after I refused to give them my insurance information. They told me that the dentist wasn't able until Monday, but they would take my X-ray and to comeback on the following Monday. I wish they of told me this the day they called me, my oldest Daughter had her braces there in 2012. I remember the staff was friendly and really helpful. I will never go back there. read more

When I went to the office for the gum recession, Dr and her staff told me that I have a very serious infection and I needed an implant as soon as possible but I'd walked out and went to get the second opinion from another doctor, I found out that I don't need an implant and the infection was very minor. fraud fraud fraud. avoid place at all costs. went in for some deep cleaning they said my insurance didn't cover it, which it doesn't. they pressured me into having it done by scaring me and saying my teeth are so bad and its going to lead to heart and gum disease. they over charged me, i went to other dentist and they agreed. over charged to the max. i paid dr noor off which was a little more the $1,000. i got this done about a year ago maybe less haven't been back since, yet they are trying to bill my insurance for something i paid out of pocket. still have my receipt cus i knew something like this was gonna happen. insurance keeps denying and they keep trying. told them i no longer want to be a patient but they're still calling. this "dentist office" is so money hungry they can care less about the persons needs. dr noor also said i needed braces and all these extras. and her assistant dr papusha (don't know how to spell it) kept pushing me into care credit agter i repeatedly said no, my own mother had to intervene cus she did not understand what no meant. they wanted their money at that very moment. well, i paid and yet they still want more. moral of the story do not come here unless you like being ripped off, lied to and giving an arm and a leg. read more

Your Right, She only cares about your money! There are situations where you can honestly say first and last. First and last time I trust the dial a dentist website. And first and last time I trust this dentist and any dentist with a first opinion. After almost 4 years of paying a UGLY Care Credit card that this office opened and charged, with out work being completed, I'm happy to move on with my life. The way this office operates is charge now and provide service later. You can't dispute something after you've signed. ( I was so young and Stupid! And too trusting) Don't trust the staff, they smile at you because they feel sorry for you that your their next sucker!They know exactly how to extort your insurance company to get paid for what they call treatment. The will push False diagnosis and scare tactics so that you agree to them. Yes I'm a little bitter you could say. You would be too if you paid almost 8k in cavities after interest. Ridiculous !!!! I gotta say my teeth were doing really bad and I've been trying to get them fixed for years. I do not have the best insurance but this office was very patient and helpful with me setting up care credit and the emergency problem on the bottom right side of my mouth was taken care of the same day. Dr. Noor is very patient and sweet and any Doctor would have made me feel worse about the condition my teeth are in but she was very understanding and was able to get 3 teeth extracted with me barely feeling some pressure. I will keep this very brief. My family's insurance company was falsely charged for work that was never done and I was given a surgery paid out of pocket that was unnecessary (though I only found out afterwards through another opinion from a doctor after inspection). This is damage I'll have to live with for the rest of my life, and I fear for others who have to financially suffer like we have. And yes, she does talk down to her employees but will smile at customers and treat you sweetly. Lesson for your health and well-being: never settle for the first, second, or third opinion. The good thing about the place is the administration representative called Cristina, very attentive. Paid for x-rays two types $$$ and waited an hour past our scheduled appointment to be seen. My surgery went great thank god, I was nervous but Dr. Noor did great. She was very attentive and would always ask me if I was ok during the surgery. Wow! these reviews confirmed my suspicion that Dr. Noor and her "dental practice" are criminal. I also felt much pressure to opt for VERY expensive dental work. She diagnosed me with no X-rays, said I would lose my teeth in months if I ignored her warnings. The doctor and her staff just don't seem sincere. They act like used car salesmen. Dr Noor is the Best Dentist, I have ever met! She really cares about the health of the patient first before anything else. She always updates herself on the latest dental procedures, and the office is always clean! The staff are very friendly and gentle. I have been a patient here since 2012 and had no issues at all. I wish I can give this place a 10 out of 10. Sheila that works at the front desk is so funny! I always have a good laugh when talking with her. This group of workers have definitely grown on me. I wish I would have read these yelp reviews I would have NEVER let my family step foot in this office. They have over billed me and I received a bill. I sat down with her office staff and was very clear I only wanted work my insurance allowed, and of course that wasn't the case, she's billing for special procedures that did not happen!!! I wish I could select zero. Listen to the reviews and check your insurance statements closely. On a recent statement that we received included work that was never done or even discussed. I called the office to question the procedures that appeared on the statement that never happened, I was told that it was only an estimate. A short time later we were asked for additional monies after initially being told that the 18K already paid covered everything so we tried to leave. They said that we wouldn't be charged since a previous root canal wasn't done so they could use the funds for what was needed, which means someone was charged for something that never happened. We were also previously convinced that braces were desperately needed. I can't believe we fell for that, we've spent thousands out of pocket plus the ins. I dont care what all these haters say about Dr. Noor! Best dentist I've ever been to. I had a terrible toothache -and I mean terrible!- I couldnt even breathe it hurt so bad. Dr. Noor performed a root canal and I didnt feel an ounce of pain during the whole procedure! As I sat in the chair whilst she worked on me, I anticipated much pain and thought "any minute now the pain will start". I thought she was joking when she told me she was finished! Lol. Dr. Noor is one of the nicest people I have EVER met an we still talk (even though my new insurance doesnt cover me there). I recomend her to anyone -especially if you're not a big fan of pain. I'm regretful to say i did not listen to the advise of the previous reviews and i do deeply regret not listening to the warnings. The only thing Dr. Noor and her staff are good at is smiling. Don't let that fool you! I was in great need of dental attention. So i looked up online dentist near the area that can provide affordable dental payment and that are flexible with my schedule. i ended up at the Norwalk Dental Village because of a website called 1-800Dentist. they scheduled my appointment and i went in for consultation. I explained to Dr. Noor that i needed flexible payments and that I would pay as the treatment was done. Dr. Noor staff performs my x-rays. I was in her office 3 hrs, when Dr. Noor comes to tell me the price she gives me an Estimate of almost 10k!. she gives me a laundry list of things that are wrong with my teeth and throws in treatment for gums and braces and 3month cleanings and 6month deep cleaning and says i have 18 cavities. Feeling the pressure and the fear that if what they were saying was true (that i would develop sever gun decease) and i would lose my teeth i started treatment. i modified the plan to be more reasonable. They ran my credit and i did not qualify for there care credit card (do not ever get this credit card!!) and kept asking me if i had dental insurance. (at the time when i started my treatment i did not have dental coverage), 3 months after starting my treatment and getting some of the big cavities out of the way I was starting to become uneasy. i started calculating that there were no price differences between small cavities(ones that were small the size of pin needle) and the one that were bigger the size of ball point pen. this raised some alarms and i called to ask for an itemized receipt. which they did not give me. Noor did they give me copies of the work they would be doing as i was requesting. It was making me more and more uneasy knowing that i didn't know where my payments were being made to. i work for a brand name insurance company as a representative, so i purchased my own dental insurance and gave Dr. noor and her staff my insurance information. for some reason they weren't s able to find my file. when i called them to ask them a month later the statures, they told me that they couldn't find my insurance information. I was very upset because they were still not billing the insurance company and they did not bother to call me, to notify me of the problem. the problem was that i had not given the dental office my correct social security. Maria, informs me that the plan that i purchased would pay very low payments for the first year. She than ran my credit for the credit card that i had applies for when they first did the consultation, and told me that i was now approved. I explained that i did not want to owe interest on a credit card, and she insisted that it would give me a big discount on my dental work. I made an appointment with Maria, because apparently Dr. Noor advised her to handle my file. I was convinced to sign the Care Credit Contract under false pretenses. My under- standing was that they were only going to bill for the treatment perfumed and nothing else., Maria also said that my first payment would not be until the first month of the new year. Maria "sign here and this will guarantee that the discount that you will be receiving on your cavities, and cleaning" She also assured me I could change the my dental treatment if i felt i did not need the routine 3month cleaning. They booked my appointment. i few days before my appointment i received my bill for the Care Credit. for 4,045.98... when i went to see Dr, Noor i told her i did not want the cleaning. to Just take care of the cavities, the one that were discussed in the cover sheet of the contract. Dr. Noor started my treatment and started drilling. she said that she would take care of all my cavities at a very good price. all 18 of them. As she proceeded to do my cavities i suddenly became worried about the cost. i told her i didn't want to pay any more money. that thats why i was removing the treatment. she said. Don't worry, there will be no additional cost to you. According to my basic knowledge of math, i didn't have that many cavities, i just didn't know how many because they could never give me an exact answer. (i should of stopped her) i didn't understand exactly what this meant. honestly i was already becoming numb, and as much i should of stopped treatment, how would i resolve this issue. she assured me again and again that there would be no more cost to me. before i left her office that saturday she asked me to sign a hand written note that said that, Dr. noor would take care of all cavities and that would not be charged for any co payment. I was numbed, and just wanted my visit to be over. Before i left she signed me on to three different websites to rate her office. and as compensation she gave me some whitening gel. Was searching for a new Dentist. Thought I would try this office. Called and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Love they are open Saturday. Dr Noor makes sure she explains everything throughly and in detail for there isn't any misunderstandings. During my visit she made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I would recommend this Dr for all your needs. Previous dentist would only have me in the chair for an hour, but Dr Noor was able to do a lot of work in one day rather then keep having to return several times. read more

Well I had a different experience than the last two reviewers. The staff has always been helpful and Dr. Noor has made sure I understood all treatments that were going to be done to me. I had several questions and yes spent a lot of time there but I came away with a clear picture of what was going to be done and how long it would take. I'm extremely happy with the work that was done and as I type this my wife is getting work done herself. She may not be the cheapest dentist out there but this is a case where you get what you pay for. I've gone to the cheap dentists my whole life and was skeptical about the pricing here but the difference between Dr. Noor and a "cheap" dentist is like night and day. I've recommended her to several people already and I don't recommend anything unless I'm fully satisfied. So from me Dr. Noor gets 5 stars! read more

I will never trust Noor. I remember coming here as a teen, they would make me wait forever to be seen. I would fall asleep in the dental chair waiting. It took over 2.5 years of braces and my teeth are still crooked. I asked to take them off early because I was leaving for the military and I felt like they were milking us. The longer they stayed on the more my dad paid. If one of the brackets came off they would put another on and make me wait till the next month before connecting the brace wire. They seemed upset that I asked to take them off but whatever. The Naval Dentist who examined my teeth years later was furious that Noor left the glue on my teeth. The glue that holds the brackets onto your teeth, they told me it would go away which it never did. The Naval Dentist used a drill and grinded it off in minutes. I won't even mention the time she shattered my molar while trying to remove it, it happens I know but she left shards of my tooth in the socket.
