Contacted them through Yelp. They were very responsive and asked then a tech could come look at the job. I responded back to them and told some time slots that worked for me. The following day, they told me they don't do the type of work that I'm looking for. Wait, what? Did you not read the very detailed description of the job before you contacted me? I asked them what type of work they did if not do the scope I was looking for. They told me they did HVAC installation/replacement/repair/maintenance but no duct work. This made no sense to me as HVAC installation always included duct work. I pressed them on it and then they said they do duct work but only on other jobs. Again, this made no sense. They then said they couldn't come until the end of the month even to look at the job. Very poorly run business and this is coming from a contractor who also runs his own business. We all have busy seasons but this doesn't excuse for bad customer service. read more

My bakery display case thermostat and compressor stopped working . The display case was freezing not cooling. The wiring in the compressor was bad and non-operative. I found them on google, called them on Friday afternoon. They immediately booked my appointment for the following day. They provided me a 2hr range of 3-5. Vincent called and asked if he could come early at 2 (even better) had all the supplies including a new thermostat in his car. Fixed my display, even cleaned my compressor wires and cleared the drain tube . Very good customer service and attention detail. Vincent answered all my questions, very knowledgeable would recommend. He was done by 3pm. Even tested my defrost timers before leaving to make sure the entire display was working as should. 10/10 read more

Vincent showed up on time with a mask and shoe booties to protect the carpet and was very kind and knowledgeable. Regarding my washing machine which was leaking, he quickly diagnosed the issue (left to get replacement parts) and corrected the problem. He was honest about the price and broke down how much for labor vs parts. After completion he checked for leaks and was finished after less than an hour of work. Very accommodating. I was shocked, but the technician stayed very late to get my refrigerator running again. He proposed a alternate fix that solved the problem 75% of the time, but was less than HALF the alternative. I gambled, and I think it's working. I'm very grateful for the work done. Highly professional and skilled team were able to figure out a very difficult repair for my front loading Electrolux clothes dryer. This company returned my call for service promptly, and arrived (on a Sunday) at the appointed time.
