This is a long overdue review for Leo and his company! In August, last summer, I had a house full of guests, in 95 degree heat and the AC blew out! I am a recovering fire victim from the Eaton Fire and so much had already gone wrong last year, so I was completely overwhelmed and stressed. I called Leo around 11pm and he actually came out at midnight to help me. Midnight!!! I'm from NY and when I heard that familiar accent, I was relieved because I just knew he would be honest with me and I could trust him. We went up on my roof, in the pitch black dark of the night (since we are one of the few homes that survived and there were no street lights yet). After thoroughly testing everything, he told me the compressor needed to be replaced...but because my unit was over 13 years old, it was going to be difficult to find the replacement, not to mention expensive. He truly had compassion for my situation and instead of replacing the compressor, he found me an amazing deal on a brand new condenser with a 10yr warranty for half the price of what a new one would cost. He guaranteed that if we had any issues with it, to just call him. Today, I did call him at 8am and he was here at 3pm! Same day! I thought something was wrong with the HVAC because cold air was coming out instead of heat this morning, but after checking everything, he told me the unit was actually fine and explained that condensers go through a defrost mode sometimes, when the weather is colder. I felt bad, but he was completely understanding and only charged me a very reasonable service fee, unlike some of the local HVAC companies that give you an appointment fof a week out and then charge you a lot more just to walk in the door...plus labor! I truly appreciate the extent that Leo goes to in order to make his customers happy and earn their business. Don't think twice, call Leo at LC Heating and Air! He will take care of you! read more

I had a really great experience with LC. I had a 14 year old packaged unit on my roof that was giving me a lot of problems and not working well. A couple other companies said it was a refrigerant leak and wanted me to spend thousands to find the leak and fix it. LC came over and figured out it wasn't a refrigerant leak and rather an issue with the compressor. He explained to us that he could fix it and if it didn't work, we could apply the cost to fix it to a new unit. Which I thought was really amazing to offer. Because he was so straightforward and honest, we decided to just replace the unit. Leo gave us a very fair price, sourced the unit and had it on our roof in less than 48 hours. He ensured that the job was done right, with permits and passed all inspections. What I feared would be a nightmare of a process ended up being easy and pain free. Leo was amazing. Had a leak from our ac unit in our babies room, closest flooded. Noticed when i came home from after 5pm. Our usual go to company couldn't come out for 3 days. This was stressing us out as we have a 1 year and 3 year old that share a room on the 3rd floor of our townhome (it gets super hot up here). Called leo at 530, he came at 7 after his work day finished. He diagnosed the problem but unfortunately used up his last part at his previous visit that we needed to fix our unit. He called a friend of his that works at another company and got us set up with them to come the next morning. They did the work in the price he quoted. Also he didnt charge us any diagnostic fee even though he came after his day ended and knew he wouldn't be paid to fix it our unit since he referred us to a friend. Leo from LC heating and air came out to help me fix my heater Dec 2023. The motor had died, but since it was a fairly new unit he told me the part would probably still be under warranty. He helped explain what he thinks happened, and was very patient with my questions. He was able to get me a new motor and replace it quickly since it was getting very cold in LA! We were extremely happy with the work Lior and Team did to replace our two 100-year-old furnaces in my mother's 1928 home with a new forced air furnace. He responded quickly, and immediately noted that all the duct work was covered in asbestos. First rate company. I contacted them in the middle of an extreme heatwave. Leo, their technician, was at our house within a couple hours. He diagnosed the problem and voi la within 90 minutes everything was fixed. We had a gotten a pricy estimate to repair it, along with a pretty hard sell job to replace it, from the first company that looked at it. Luckily, our HOA management company recommended LC Heating & Air, and I'm glad they did. I contacted LC on a Saturday and they came out the very next afternoon - on a Sunday! I expected a pricy estimate like the first one we got. But Leo's estimate was much more reasonable. And I appreciated that he didn't try to make it seem like the old system was on its last legs and should be replaced. I was only expecting to get an estimate that day, especially since the first company wanted to replace the fan, which is probably not the kind of thing you carry around on the truck.
