We have been using Aspen for a couple of years now and are very pleased with their service. We first called them because of an infestation of carpenter ants and ended up having them come out for regular maintenance. We had mice in the garage for the first time last year which they promptly took care of. While the agreement is for quarterly service, they will come out in between the regular service dates when needed. I have found all the technicians efficient, polite, professional and able to answer any questions we have. I trust them to be able to take care of any pest issues at our house. Aspen pest control is amazing. I have been using them for a couple of years and I could not be happier with the results. I do not have critters or bugs at my house anymore. They were excellent in keeping ants and stinkbugs away from my house! The technicians are very friendly and thorough. They listen to any concerns that you have and take care of it for you. I used to get huge spiders in my house all the time, & I haven't seen ONE in the house since getting treated by Aspen. I haven't seen ANY pests at all. We got nailed with elder beetles last year so badly that nobody wanted to go outside. We'd had plenty of wasp nests too. Aspen has been taking care of us for about 4 years. There was one year where we thought "meh, we could probably do without." We were wrong. The toddler and dog were being harassed by hornets. After the dog was stung a second time we re-solicited their services and have not had problems with hornets, ants or a ton of silver fish since. No fuss. No muss.
