We had our normal pest control folks do rat exclusion on our home back in 2014/2015. We didn't have…read moreany rat issues at the time but based on our experience in our old home we wanted to do an exclusion in the root/attic areas right off the get go. Several months ago we started hearing loud scratching noise in the roof/attic area - even during the day which clued us in that it may not be rats but possibly squirrels since we have a few in the back yard between our home and neighbors. We had our normal pest control company come out to assess the work they did back in 2014/2015 and their response didn't sit well with me so I decided to spend some time on Yelp to review other companies and their customer experiences. I selected Wildlife & Rodent Removal based off my assessment and gut feeling. Jason contacted me almost immediately along with the other companies following in his foot steps. I went with Jason's company and scheduled him out the next day to talk about it all and have him assess the yards, roof, and attic. He was very personable and easy to talk to. You can tell he had a lot of experience. We identified some exclusion work to do and traps to set and scheduled the exclusion work and further inspection the following day. Jason installed a couple of traps the first day he came out. Today is day #2 and they just finished a final inspection of the roof area while completing some exclusion work up on the roof. Sure enough a couple of additional entry points were found and that exclusion work was also completed. Jason is a straight shooter and I appreciate that because that's how I am. I would 100% recommend this company for doing any kind of wildlife/pest removal. Pricing is competitive with the others I researched but I think where they exceed is in the delivery of their services and the quality of their service. Great job and thank you.

In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company.
