But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. We were there the whole time and could see and hear his progress even when he was under the house. He went over his findings with my agent and me after his inspection. We received the report in just over 24 hours (earlier than quoted timeframe). They have been great to work with. We are scheduling the Section II work with them soon. They were a bit pricey for the inspection but we require a special form for VA loans We paid 280 for the inspection
