I'm really happy with my service. I had originally called for rodent prevention and Lorenzo pointed out there was termite damage around the outside of the house. He was very professional and respectful- pointed out all the signs and explained in detail what they meant. He coordinated all the prevention installations and procedures and was very attentive to the billing, making sure I was not billed for any surcharges. Inspector Ken provided me with valuable information on subterranean termites, wasps, and dry rot, which was incredibly helpful as a first-time homeowner. He explained Pinnacle's process and their warranty in detail. After receiving all this information and an affordable quote, I decided to hire them for the termite treatment. Technician Thomas added several additional points that either Ken didn't mention or considered unnecessary. Although Jesus arrived a bit later than Thomas, he demonstrated the same level of skill in the tasks I observed between my work meetings. Overall, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Had Pinnacle out about 4 yrs ago to deal with bed bugs. The initial service DID NOT take care of the problem. Had to reach out to the Mngr / owner for customer service. The problem was eventually handled. Had this issue again recently. An inspector from Pinnacle came out for an inspection appointment. Spoke with him on front porch prior taking him into the room we had seen bed bugs and explained that this was a recurrence from 4yrs ago. His question to us of did he need to go in and do the inspection made him seem to be a bit put out. We had explained that we thought it was a bed bug problem again, but we were not professionals in this field. We'd made sure to explain what we had seen, but needed this inspection that we had scheduled. This inspector came into the house and looked around the bedroom we'd seen the bugs in. It seemed to be a quick inspection. We'd made a comment to possibly having more bed bugs in the laundry area/basement. He did not seem to have any interest to inspect that area, or any of the rest of the house. We had a different company come out for an inspection the following day. This inspector was very involved. She asked questions to gather as much information as possible. We then took to the bedroom to inspect, and appeared to be a very involved inspection. We then took her to the laundry area/basement to continue the inspection. While walking through the house each room was inspected. This was then followed by inspection of the outside of the house. While this company quoted a higher price it did appear to include much more service. Compared to the quote from Pinnacle this higher price was acceptable. Additionally the demeanor from this other companies inspector was much more friendly/impressive. Having used Pinnacle in the past, wanted to use them again. However this inspection & experience made us much less interested in using Pinnacle again. Pinnacle has various good reviews, but I think I found a better option that I can use & suggest to others. Would suggest to others that they simply consider multiple companies, and then decide which one to use. read more

Rats in the attic. Not a pleasant thought, even worse when its actually happening. We had another pest control company "seal" the roof and the subfloor about three years ago when we first heard the telltale scratching. They killed a few rats, and eventually the problem disappeared...until about two weeks ago. I have been faithfully setting our "Owltra" rat traps up in the attic, and over two weeks caught 8 of them. But it seems like there is a roof rat open house sign somewhere on the property, so I called PInnacle this time, and Mark showed up this past Monday and spent a good hour up on the roof and under the house. I was expecting bad news and a hefty fee to seal up the house again. But to my surprise, Mark was complementary about the work our previous pest control company performed, and told me he found one spot on the roof where the metal netting mesh had been pulled back on one of the roof vents and there was evidence that the critters were using that has their entry to the attic. More to my surprise, he did not charge me one cent for his time. He showed me the picture on his iPhone where the breach had occurred, and I was able to repair it myself. What a pleasant surprise to find an ethical guy working for an ethical company. I'm going to sign up with them for my routine pest control. read more

We've been with Pinnacle Pest Control since a tough home ant invasion in 2022. We were with another provider for months and couldn't move the needle on the craziest ant invasion we've ever seen. I called pinnacle and had someone come out within a few days. One treatment took care of the pesky ants and helped us breathe a sigh of relief. Our provider, Daniel Martinez, has been amazing and has taken care of us through any and all of our needs. He takes the time to chat through any concerns we may have and has addressed everything timely and completely. In fall 2023, we were dealing with an indoor flea issue which was really affecting our senior dog's quality of life. Dan came in and took care of it in one visit and told us what to do to prevent them from coming back. We had another company we had to let go due to quality and inconsistent service, billing and high turn over with the techs. We've had the same technician since we had Pinnacle. Pinnacle wastes your time and your money. While the treatment's good, it's only good if they treat the space. Time and again, Pinnacle's biggest opportunity for improvement is their communication--they just don't care about that part of the business, which I'd argue is the 2nd most important part next to treating the place. When we had our building tented for termites last year, there was no communication that they were delayed due to weather. We came back home after staying in a hotel for days, only to find that... they had only just begin to put the tent UP, meaning we'd be out of our house for several more days. Adding insult to injury, they weren't even going to let us back in--so medication, clothing, etc. would have been unretrievable had we not raised a stink to get into the building first. This cost us many hundreds of dollars to be put out like this. Another recent experience: we had the building treated for cockroaches. When nobody showed up, we called to ask what happened. Supposedly someone came by, knocked, and then left; they never called to see if we were home. I was home, just in the back where I couldn't hear the door. (Call us if we don't answer! In 2023, we all have phones.) The final straw, and the reason for this 2-star review is that they came to treat for cockroaches again today--but this time they showed up to the front building and not the back where we are. They knocked, nobody answered, and they left according to front office staff. So once again, I was home--both front and back door were open. Once again, no communication. Moral of the story: the treatments work, but if nobody takes the effort to call us when they show up to the wrong place or don't get an answer at the door, what's the point? Take a moment and call the person who made the appointment when they do not answer. We don't make appointments to keep you waiting. read more

We live in the country and have a ton of wasps, beetles and other crawly creatures. I used a different service before Pinnacle and I would regularly have beetles in my house. The price I pay is reasonable, and well worth it. Customer Service: I've called the main office a few times to schedule/reschedule service, correct billing info, etc. Every time, my experience with the phone call has been professional, polite, and the receptionist always made sure my issues or concerns were addressed. Big thumbs up here! Technician: I've had two different technicians perform the pest control service. Both are awesome! Very friendly, professional, considerate to not damage my property and house, and very thorough. My current technician, Pao S., was nice enough to text me pictures of his findings regarding some wasp nests issues. I've only used a pest control service twice, first Terminix, second Pinnacle. When i used Terminix, the guy who came out arrived at the very end of the scheduled window, made me feel really ignorant about what i had called about, and he left without saying anything with my garage door open. It was NOT A pleasant experience (not that pest control should be,) so much so that in the interim since then i resolved not to use pest control services and try to handle things on my own. Fast forward to last week when i saw an enormous termite swarm in my backyard, i panicked and immediately got in touch with my leasing agent to get pest control out ASAP. Termites unlike ants i have no experience with so wanted a professional to assess the situation. Today Mark from Pinnacle arrived, bright and early, right at the beginning of the scheduled window, which i appreciate. Mark talked me through what i was seeing, not only verifying what i saw, but also confirming that even if I'm not a pest control professional, my research was at least valid. Mark took a good solid look around the entire property, inside and out, even getting into the attic area just to be thorough. Along the way he spotted a few other pests that aren't harmful but might want to be addressed such as some carpet beetles. Mark wore shoe covers the entire time as well as a face mask, and took what seemed to me to be solid care while walking through and around the property. Mark is a very helpful pest control agent, I'd be happy to have him back for any continued routine inspections/services. read more

Honestly, the absolute best pest control by far. Staff were very professional and responsive. We Had contacted them for rodent exclusion services. Their inspector Ken was so knowledgeable and very thorough checking every square inch of our house. He came up with an action plan on points of entry and locations to seal problem areas, provided a quick estimate which included waste cleanup, Sealing off problem areas from interior of attic to exterior on roof, disinfected areas in attic that were soiled, and provide bait traps around the house. We have used other pest control companies that simply just bait, trap and remove but do not solve or close. the areas in which the rodents can access. Other companies do not carry the proper licenses to even go on the roof to inspect problem areas. 110% recommend! read more

Pinnacle did the termite inspection and approved the repairs on a home I purchased 5 years ago. There was dry rot that had to be repaired at the time. I just put the house on the market and had another company recommended to me to do the termite inspection. The results were, there was still remaining dry rot from the job done before I bought the house and the repair job was done incorrectly and with sub standard materials. Pinnacle approved this bad work and now it will cost me several hundred dollars to have the job done correctly to pass inspection. Whoever the inspector was did not do his job and I am paying for it. Just a warning if you consider using this company for a termite inspection. read more

After using two other pest control companies that sent out Dopey , clueless technicians, I didn't have high expectations from Pinnacle. The manager did reach out to me to address my concerns I've had with the "other guys" and assured me they would deliver. The technician they sent out was Craig. He is a real friendly guy and was a joy to work with. We did a tour of the property and Craig listened to my concerns and my problem areas. Craig discussed what options I had and explained what chemicals they used, which was a nice touch. We opted for some more environmental friendly sprays near my garden and in my grass where the dog and child play. Overall, I was real pleased with Pinnacle and Craig. My only knock against the company is that rodents are not covered (although they do have rodent services separate from they pest control). Previous companies included rodents. read more
