The services with the Internet and phone plans are a rip off. I have not been able to receive any of my calls for over a month. My Internet has went out several times already and I have only been in my new home for two months. I can't wait until the payouts start coming for the data breach. I'm going back to Boost mobile. I have missed job opportunities and family emergencies. But they want there monthly bill. I can't put a value on it. read more

My parents sold 3 iPhone 12 pros to this buisness, and they did not know how much these phones where worth. the buisness gave them 130 dollars each in STORE CREDIT. these phones where estimated to be worth, by the apple store app, 250 dollars, i know because I checked and they did not check with me to see if 130 was a good amount or not. This store, I would say, scammed my parents, by 1, not communicating each iPhones actual worth, and 2, not giving them equal pay to the phones estimated worth especially because it was store credit. read more

Not store specific but Corporate/service specific. We have been trying to use the wireless wifi service for a few months now. It is a daily 50/50 as far as system functioning or connect. What a waste of $60 a month. I'll be waiting to hear about the class action lawsuit. AT&T is obviously still government because no real business could last this long and be this bad. read more

If you want to deal with unethical, shady people - go to this AT&T store in AVON. The salesperson (fake, blonde, curly hair) ordered an iPhone 11, made me pay the ya Des and fees up front, told me my phone would arrive in 3-5 days. A week and a half later, after I had already left the State in Indiana, they activated my phhone without my permission. They do not answer their phone and they did not even return two message I left with neighboring businesses to call me. I need to canceled this purchase because I purchased a phone on the road in TN. Four months later, they have still not refunded my money, and they closed the case because they said I Haaretz buyers remorse when it was too late to return the device. To be clear - I never picked up the phone. I never activated the phone. And the store would not return my calls to discuss this matter. I payed $600 in fees and taxes since November and the store won't do anything to RE Econ's my money . They are liars, cheats and thieves! I highly recommend that you do not deal with them. read more

Amanda at the AT&T store in Avon, Indiana was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable and friendly. She spent alot of time with my husband and me.....she kept explaining everything until she felt we were okay with the new information. My new phone was delivered right to my house before the day was over; however, the man who was SUPPOSED to get me up and running failed to complete the process. Consequently, I was back to the store when they opened the very next day. Again, Amanda took the time to finalize the process and everything is great now. If you come here, make sure you make an appointment online first or come mid morning when most people are at work. In the evenings, the store gets rather busy and is understaffed. I have been here and waited over a half hour and still wasn't helped. They have a wait-list system for walk-ins but they don't pay attention to who comes in first when they ask to put people on the list so I ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than people who came in after me simply because the manager decided to put them on the list first. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of customer service at this location is FUBAR. Unfortunately, it's the only AT&T store in the local vicinity so you have to put up with long waits and poor quality customer service. I would recommend either buying online and having it shipped to you or going online ahead of time to schedule an appointment. read more

I went to the Avon Indiana AT&T Mobility Store on 3/29/2012, ordered Basic U-Verse Pkg. but only for TV reception purpose, no HBO, AMC, ESPN, just access to local and network stations that I could not tune in to with the digital antennae. I already had and preferred to keep, DSL internet/WIFI and Landline. Specifically said no to bundled services wanted to maintain landline. (But without my authorization) the sales representative bundled my service plan anyway which I did not learn of until 11/25/2013, a year + 9 months later. On 11/25/2013 our electrical power went out. My cell phone had no charge left so I thought while I wait for the electrician, I will plug in the old phone and then have access to my landline and make some calls. Imagine my ir when I plugged my old touchtone phone into the wall jack and picked up the receiver only to find that I had no dial tone. I went back to the Avon Indiana AT&T Mobility Store to get my landline restored and maintain my Internet and WIFI. Here we are 10 days later, still no restoration of my landline even with it being scheduled 10 days ago. As it goes, someone has to be at the home in case the technician needs inside the house. You are trapped for 12 hours not knowing when the technician will arrive. I have been on the phone with too many AT&T representatives today to bother mentioning and of course they all have a different response to my inquiry as to ETA of tech. Bottom line, there is no service with AT&T. I even have a case open with the AT&T office of the President. I have also filed a consumer complaint with the FTC and the FCC. At the end of the day, my chief complaint is that I was denied choice because a representative of AT&T, specifically Avon Indiana AT&T Mobility Store, was so motivated to make her sales quota for that day that she allowed me to believe that I still had my DSL, and landline. If I had been helped to understand 3/29/2012, that I did not need my landline anymore I might have considered other internet service and phone providers and maybe even to just keep my antiquated digital antennae for TV reception instead. I would not even be complaining. Now that I realize that I have been overcharged for services that I did not knowingly authorize and also that I did not receive for 1 year and 9 months I guess I can and will consider other options. AT&T too big for my liking. read more
