I spent most of my day today at this store and generally that would follow with the result of a bad review. Instead, Preet and his team helped me tremendously in a professional manner trying their best to solve the issue I was having with my service. The salespeople are liars. Be aware, when you pay insurance over an iphone, you ARE NOT going to get a free new phone if it is damaged or stolen. You still have to pay for a new phone and pay off your last phone, wish this was cleared up before i signed a contract. I was told that insurance covered me completely and if it was damaged i would just walk in, the kind salespeople would grab me a new phone or fox the one i was paying off and leave happy. Disappointed with this store! They filed a case on my iPhone X that I preordered and never received and the case was suppose to be resolve within 24hrs, nothing was resolved and I had to go to the store a few time to ask what was going on, I live an hour away. They would just tell me they didn't know, that I had to wait for the case to be resolved. But they didn't try to see why it was taking so long none of the times. I suggest you go on AT&T Care on Twitter if you need help with something because I did and they actually helped me get my case resolved within 3 days. read more

I can only give a 2 star rating because we had one great representative here, Arturo I believe. One week later we experienced the PUSHIEST employee that I've ever seen. This includes Used Car Lots! I knew she was going to try to push U-Verse on us, so when she came up and asked how she could help, I told her that we didn't have much time (we had already waited 25 MINUTES to be helped, and we had a restless 10 month old in our arms), and we don't have TV service so we aren't interested in any U-Verse services. We were only there to get a new SIM card for an iPhone, That's It. It was like we didn't exist. She KEPT ASKING questions about TV, and Internet, and told us about her deals... WASTING another 10 minutes. (She glared at me as if I were lying when I said we didn't have TV service... Sorry honey, that's none of your business). She ended up asking us close to 10 times the phone number we were getting the SIM card for, because she was too concerned with trying to sell us on the things we SPECIFICALLY told her we weren't interested in that she would forget what we were actually there for. TERRIBLE customer service. After my repeating our need to move along with our intended business, she kept asking and asking about TV and Internet. She completely ignored us. I've always had a problem with this store. Even when it was Cingular years ago. I've never had an issue at the Truxtun location [where I have intentionally purchased 4 different phones because their customer service is so much better]. Do yourself a favor, and don't visit this Ming location. A lot of peoples complaints on Yelp are for AT&T policies and company in general, and have nothing to do with the specific stores. The experience that I had was horrible. I needed to return a case I had purchased at this location. And yes for me to do that i needed a representative which took one hour for a 5 min issue. I don't understand how 1) they don't have enough staff 2) they don't prioritize based on estimated time of issue 3) or have the greater that checks u in handle certain issues. Worst customer service ever, the manager couldn't do anything for us when we have been with them for more than 10 years... plus make sure you don't get asurion warranty because if you have a claim through them and it's an Apple phone they will send you a fake IPhone. We went to Apple and were told our phone was fake ( the one Asurion sent a few weeks back)it was too slow so went there just to make sure it didn't need any new updates, but left disappointed knowing that we had a fake phone sent by Asurion the insurance company Att pays or offers to replace phones for you in case of accidents.. we took it back to att store and manager Oscar Escobar blamed asurion and washed his hands off saying they would have to take care of me since they were the ones sending the phone... Hello I'm paying you guys not asurion.. he had bad attitude and no solution for this big mess....ashamed of the service we received and how we were treated. read more

I Would not normally rate any place 5 stars. But when I feel that someone has gone over and beyond, and pulled every string to make me a person rarely impressed, happy!! I feel the need to Acknowledge their customer care . Lets just say att stores are usually like waiting at the DMV. So I was smart this time and made an appointment. I spoke to a gentleman by The name of Fabian.. I made it very clear I dont enjoy waiting. He stated Mister Tate I promise you 11:30 a.m. I will be there at The door to meet you. Soo next day 1130 am I pull up, already in a bad mood about the note 7. I knew what I wanted and I wasnt leaving with out my way. As I walked in the door with customer care on the phone prepared for battle, there was Fabian. He walked me back to a table before hs could say a word.. I told the agent on the phone to hold. I could tell fabian was not ready for me. So I told him everything I wanted and that I was paying nothing today, that he could figure all that out. He sat for a second, and replied, Im not sure I can do that but let me do everything in my power to make things right. Then I returned to my phone call with customer care I believe the gentleman's name was michael. I confirmed to him what I wanted he stated not a problem. So then I had him and fabian talk back and forth on the phone to figure out what the game plan was. After their conversations of going back-and-forth and trying to figure things out, I Spoke to michael one last time I told him to be sure to put everything that he promised me in the notes and I wanna see it now not tomorrow, In which he did. Fabian an I spoke for brief moment, Discussing The phone that I wanted and how he was going to actually figure all this out, he said let me grab My manager Isauro. That's when I felt my rage coming on. Manger came over smiley introduced himself shook my hand. Then started with the im sorry but.... lets just say I lost it with in seconds. He Explained to me that the person with customer care on the phone misspoke and promised me things that could not be done in their office. Surprisingly he was able to calm me down. He State I will do everything I can at this moment to do what we can to make you happy. My main concern was paying nothing today, being ive paid so much for a recall phone. But he did explain the sales taxs had to be paid to process. After searching every option they found a way of ordering The phone that I wanted The iPhone 7 plus 256 in rose gold. These two gentlemen are everything what customer service is. Dealing with an upset customer like myself that could be very demanding, Both still remained Profesional, Fabian then confirmed my order. Manager apologize one more time and said thank you for coming in. Then fabian proceeded to ask if I would like to see all the Assessories for the iphone being i was new to Iphone. So wrapping all this up I came in pissed off in a bad mood and I really did leave knowing that I was taken care of by these 2 gentleman I appreciate all their help and I am truly going to be their ATT customer these are now my go to guys. read more

I have been with AT&T, for a number of years. I first found Roberto Zepeda as a sales person about 2 years ago. He now is a Assistant manager at this location. He is an outstanding asset to AT&T. He has helped me with pairing my new phones to my Prius and Tacoma truck. He has also assisted my with other situations when I am not able to figure out how the phones work or to change something. I was not an easy customer when he first met me as I was hopping mad. He was patient and listened to me rant and rave. He remained patient and calm as he helped my through dissatisfaction. Now I love him to death and Roberto and this location is my AT&T store even as I have other locations nearer to where I live and work. I visited this location yesterday, I was assisted by Samuel and his manager Michelle. I was sent from customer care to get my issue fixed. I was frustrated but Samuel and Michelle made my visit seamless. They also made are all my needs were met before I left. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to this location. Don't go to this store!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!! We bought 3 iPhones there and the sales man sold us the monthly indie ace and said it cover a replacement. We would have to pay a small deductible of $60. One year later one phone is broke and now we have to pay a $150 deductible. When I explained to what the salesman told us all I got was "that's our policy". HORRIBLE!!!! read more

I have to say as store wise it's just like your basic at&t store nothing too special you got your phones, cases, headphones, etc. but the customer service there was great I was matched up with a woman named Cynthia and she was great. I switched over from another company due to price and Cynthia was able to help me get a way better plan than what I had for a cheaper cost and able to get the new iPhone 7s which we love. There were times I had brought in my daughter and she would be walking around our area while I was on the phone with the other company and Cynthia didn't get bothered and helped keep my daughter occupied. She even played with her at times and drew on papers with her. I never experienced that at any store most employees would have just got annoyed by that. She set me up an appointment every and anytime I needed it and got me in and out of the store as quickly as possible I highly recommend Cynthia if you ever come into this store. All in all store is great and try's it's best to get you in and out quickly with the multiple employees that they have there and that are in a constant rotation. So I rate them so highly due to their customer service that means a lot to most people in my opinion. read more

My boyfriend and I went in looking to switch from my grandparents plan to his plan and the guy that initially helped us out was very helpful and willing to do everything he could to assist us in our needs and upgrades. However, we had to come back the next day due to needing permission from one account. The guy that we got stuck with the second time around which ended up being a guy named Preet was a complete scam, he was lazy and not wanting to port one number over to the other plan. Come to find out it was all over sales and commission, which I understand its money in his pocket, but part of your job is customer service and well frankly I wont be back to this location because of his customer service was BEYOND POOR. The funniest part is that his manager even walked him out and assisted with the lying and manipulation and blamed it on "company policy". I wish I would have remembered the location managers name due to this lack of service. I hope they really consider management, and employees representing their brand. read more

at&t lies to their customers. they use bait and switch... they offer one thing and give you something else. they over charge and try to feed you a load of poop. bad voice quality and they pretty much say you should get a iphone or equal if you want better service. they tell their customers they r recording the call and in my case i told them to go listen to the recording and they would see what i was told. i have been led on saying they were updating the towers in my area. this took over 2 years and i still cannot use cell in my house or on the way into town. then one of their associates told me, they updated the towers for data and texting not voice. i asked when this would be updated and i was told it wasn't going to be updated. beware of lies at&t tells you. read more
