    This place has uneven service. You have to luck out to get someone who really knows his or her stuff. Otherwise you will soon be back.

The manager of that store acted like he could not care less. He couldn't give me a better plan, and, as far as new phones, he could give us $350 each on trade ins. I've also been unhappy with my Centurylink internet service just because . . . well, it's Centurylink. Is there ever anything good to say?! Years ago, T-Mobile was kind of the step-child of cell service, but everyone I talk to says it's great. So, we went there next intending just to look, but ended up buying. Halen (rock star - just as her name implies!) and Ali went over everything in detail, answered every question we had (we had a lot!), and we ended up with new phones, a great plan, AND internet service (which is working waaaay better than CL) for a great price. Oh, plus free Hulu, Netflix, and AppleTV. I'll be saving over $50 a month. I wish I'd switched a long time ago!

If you were a victim of their fraud, be sure to file complaints with the Arizona Attorney General and FCC. Also be sure to contact the Executive Response Team with T-Mobile so they can be aware of the reputational harm this franchise is causing their brand.

    In 2024 I purchased the Samsung S24+ from this location and had a horrible experience. The guy who…read morehelped me whose name I don't know since he wasn't wearing a name tag but whose employee ID last 3 digits are (649) store # 8489 provided terrible service. I was upgrading from the S21, which I had loved for three years. Despite bringing my own accessories, he insisted on selling me phone cases, screen protectors, and a smartwatch, which I did not need. When I declined, he became extremely rude and had an attitude for the rest of the interaction. He retrieved the phone from the back and handed it to me in the box without switching out the SIM card or turning on the phone, which they normally do. He did not offer a bag or anything after I had just purchased a phone. I was very upset at this point. I had to ask him to switch the SIM card, and after he did, he just handed me the phone without offering any further assistance. I have never experienced such poor service. After about 10 minutes of trying to transfer my files on my own, I had to call over someone else to help me. I left the store feeling extremely angry and disappointed. The entire experience was ridiculous; I am paying money and expect to be treated better. We have been customers for over 15 years so this is not acceptable. I don't want to visit this location ever again, but since it is an actual T-Mobile store and not a third-party chain, I have no choice. The employees here need to do better!

I couldn't unlock it, type on it or do anything at all. I am not a T-Mobile customer but as I saw this store on my travels I swung by. The guy who helped me was very nice, and was happy to lend me a hand even if I wasn't one of their regular customers. He fixed it and had me on my way shortly. For what it's worth if you ever get your phone into this mode, you have to hit every button three times in a row for it to register. Once you get it back up and running you can go into the settings and disable the mode completely.

    Our WiFi was almost nonexistent....the signal was sparse and elusive at best. I'd pray for moments…read morewhen I could piggy back on the neighbors WiFi but hunkering down in my backyard with my IPad and blanket late at night caused some pretty serious suspicion from both my neighbors. We tried a number of methods to solve our networking issues. strategically placing TVs, games and screens in "HOT" locations. We purchased extenders and the Netgear batwing 8000X super modem that is so powerful it might cause mutations and be illegal in other countries. Soon The west side of the house was deemed the Black Hole of WiFi death. After some research we hired Data Doctors. THEY ARE Amazing. The fixed our WiFi added hot spots throughout the house and set up the kids network from the adults so that I can snack down their WiFi at a moments notice! No more waiting for things to load or download or print! I'm having to kick the neighbor kids off our WiFi now! No more black hole of death!

I can't remember who I talked to, but I told him what I was thinking about changing out my own failing SD hard drive on my laptop because Dell told me they no longer support the laptop. He told me Data Doctor prices, what else would go into it (e.g., getting Windows back on the computer), and that if I couldn't do it myself, Data Doctors was there for me. He didn't exactly tell me to go for it, but he definitely gave me the confidence to know I was on the right track. I was able to save myself 100s of dollars by doing it myself. So, if I ever CAN'T do it myself, I'm definitely going to Data Doctors because this experience really spoke to their integrity and the type of business they run. Thank you!!
