RUDE! Stay away! Customer service does not exist! I waited over an hour for no service!!!

I left the store thinking that Nate was extremely helpful and did me a great service. It wasn't until I got home and consulted with my tech savvy boyfriend that I realized I had been swindled. I feel like I was preyed on. I entered the store needing to set a new plan and I left with a watch I didn't need, no idea which plan I signed up for, when the payment would be processed and for how much. I'm sick and tired of corporations taking advantage of the consumer. read more

We were joining our daughter's phone plan to take advantage of their family plan and get newer phones as both of ours were the Iphone 10. We were greeted by Nate the manager of the store and talk out excellent customer service!! He listened to what we wanted to do, and we brought in a copy of our last bill with our current cell phone carrier. He was very though in covering all of the terms and conditions and pricing. Came in and did a trade jn for a phone with one of the district managers on Saturday he was absolutely amazing . Came back in to turn in the phone wasn't informed i needed to reset it or have it charged and i was letting this gentlemen know today that this phones battery is really bad hence why i traded it in . I asked him if i could charge it at the store he said no go and come back when it's charged absolutely worst customer service i have ever received no apology nothing. African American young man with dreads and glasses didn't even greet me when i walked in was to just talking to the guy that works at game stop shooting the shit so absolutely disappointed compared to my last visit . read more

I was ready to upgrade my iPhone and Austin was a huge help in getting me the model I wanted and ensuring all of my data transferred and I was up and running before I left. He also helped me with some of the newer features that I was unfamiliar with. Austin was the only one working on a pretty busy weeknight. There were two customers ahead of me and one after me and Austin multi-tasked to take care of everyone. My new phone needed an update, which delayed my transfer process from my old phone. This took at least 30 minutes past closing time, but Austin was cheerful, helpful and willing to stay as long as was needed to ensure I had what I needed and could use my phone. Really great experience and I am happy I chose this location. Thanks, Austin for your help and willingness to stay late so I wouldn't have to struggle at home or return the next day. read more

Pat & Austin really demonstrated fantastic customer service! I would honestly recommend coming here before calling AT&T. AT&T limits a lot of process that could be done in store but Pat & Austin really go above & beyond. I did work with Austin but got to chat with Pat. This place has uneven service. You have to luck out to get someone who really knows his or her stuff. Otherwise you will soon be back.

i came into this store and the mgr austin promised all these features, less money per month etc. i get my first 2 bills and both are higher than my original. austin flat out lied!!! do not trust hom or purchase anything from this store!!!! he's only concerned with making a sale. the store is an authorized reseller; don't be fooled as it's not a corporate store so it has limited ability to help true att customers it's sad as i am a retired at&t employee and he has completely jacked up my entire account! att are you going to let this kid run the customers much less retired employees off? i want something done asap! austin it will be my mission to make your life living hell! good luck, you're going to need it! do not buy from this store; the store manager is green behind the ears, not fit to be in this position and has absolutely zero communication skills! save yourself the headache and find a corporate store!! read more

Worst customer service ever! The sales reps had no clue about the products. They were standing outside the store when I reached there. They didn't greet me or let me enter the store. When they finally "agreed" to help me all the information I was give was inaccurate. Will take my business elsewhere. Looks like they don't need it. read more

PAYTON - the worst employee AT&T has there who was incredibly rude and told me to go to another store when there was a good 30 mins before the store was to be closed. I mean, how rude can an employee be, she just sits there on the chair and just is rude. Learn something about customers satisfaction or customer experience when you have time Payton. AT&T will lose customers just because of arrogant and rude people like you. If you don't want to do your job till the closing time then take leave and sit home. Don't take the money and do nothing. PAYTON'S solution was this- go to another store which is 15 mins away , I go to the car thinking that's how some people are and I see her mocking me though the glass doors. what the hell? Absolutely the best customer service anyone can ask for, friendly and hardworking duo! Peyton and Matt, worked really hard to get us the best deal possible. They even stayed late to set up two Apple watches and all four new iPhones! Very happy we decided to stay with AT&T, all the reps on the phone are horrible but these two made up for it. I'm very upset with AT&T service right now. For more than 5 days I have had no voicemail service at all. It is impossible to retrieve messages and I need the phone for business purposes! There is no outgoing message saying their system is down and people leave messages that you can't retrieve. It is not the phone it's AT&T. I called the service dept and they gave no advice at all. They just said there is an outage, too bad. My neighbor also has AT&T and has no issues with her voicemail. I went to the store on Arizona Ave and the rep there just said nothing they can do, that I was selected along with a million other customers to lose voicemail because of a security breach. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am currently choosing between Verizon or TMobile now. Do not recommend at all! They could have at least changed the outgoing message to let people know that they have an outage and can't leave a message or find an outside number to temporarily retrieve messages. Horrible, horrible customer service! read more
