Mike greeted me at the door. Air conditioning was a wonderful first step. Mike settled any doubts my bride and I had about Apple Watches. We have just been out to Seattle returning 2 of our grandchildren to their parents and as we toured the SpaceNeedle and surrounding area all the way down to the Pike Place Fish Market (one of our favorite hangouts there as we both used videos of theirs in a "previous life" to teach organizational culture and world class customer service) Katie showed us the ease of use and the range of functions and we were sold. Now we've got our own. Yess! And I must say that as usual, the AT&T store here is a welcoming environment and there wasn't a time when Mike tried to sell or "upsell" me on anything. I knew what we wanted and he knew I did. So most of what we discussed was the Marine Corps. 1978-2008, the years we spent on active duty, or me as a civil servant. I highly recommend this place as we've done business with them since they were Cingular in early 2003 upon our return from Japan. they told me it would be here in the morning at 8-10 they didn't arrive till 3pm they then proceeded to lose my all of my equipment it didn't get here till July 8th at 4 pm and they won't send anyone to help us set it up and ever time we call they send us to customer support and then proceed to hang up on us every time this is the worst business. Switched all services from xfinity to ATT/Direct TV including home phone, internet and tv. Went to the Rivers Avenue store where the store manager, Nilda, was so helpful. She honestly and completely answered all questions and presented all options while listening to our specific needs. We got the exact plan we wanted. We were assisted by our sales rep, Taylor, who handled ALL of the nitty gritty details of setting up the new account, linking it with our mobile account and setting up our streaming devices! Both Nilda and Taylor were amazing and made sure we had our account as we wanted and with no issues! They took the time and effort to give outstanding customer service which is rare these days. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff

I was very exited to start my service with AT&T but trying to get started has been a big problem. I understand the iPhone 12 has been very hard to but that's not the real problem. Today was the fifth time Since I started the process to buy 2 iPhone 12 and move my 2 lines from Verizon to AT&T. I've been in this store once a week since they charge me for the taxes to get started. Then wrong number, wrong name and you name it. Today was the end. The lady who "helped" me treated me like if I was asking for favors. I'm buying 2 phones and willing to pay for the service. She didn't care, her facial gestures any attitude is horrible. Maybe she's the owner or the retail store or who knows, at the end she didn't helped me and asked me no to talk too loud after I asked to talk with her manager. I still have to go another time to this low class store to see if they comply with the promise of good service and close contract with me. read more

I opened a new account on the Internet. Being technologically challenged I took my phone to the AT&T store in Northwoods Mall. They put the SIM card in but that was it. They didn't have screen savers or a wide selection of phones. So we went to the store on Rivers. Kila helped us and was wonderful. They had screen savers which she put on my phone. She added my husband and has the phone he wanted. Set up my phone and his phone. She went over and above, transferring my content and more. I was totally impressed. I tried to call this location 5 times and every time, someone would pick up the phone, say please hold and then put me on hold for 20+ min. I wouldn't recommend this store at all!! I called the one in Summerville and they picked right up, answered my question plus some. read more

Call store several times as instructed by AT&T to check if store would have iPhone 7 in stock on release date but Reps keep telling they don't know until the day of which sounded bogus. Not impress by their sales tactics. I'll purchase from a third party that knows. read more
