My family has had AT&T for over 10 years and we pay a pretty penny to use these services each month for over 10 lines. I had a major issue with my new phone and no one could find out what was wrong or what happened. The only person that offered help and seemed to care was Jeff (WAY TO GO JEFF YOU ROCK). the manager and everyone else here was rude, especially the manager..(maybe smile every now and then?). Thanks for telling me to call when I came in and asked for help. But thanks Jeff for literally doing everything you could to help me out and calling multiple AT&T departments just to be put on hold and told to call someone else. read more

Came in a few weeks ago to get an upgrade for the IPhone 6s and Juan the sales rep was super helpful! His professionalism was outstanding and I never felt any pressure for buying extra accessories or plans, he listened to exactly what I needed and our transaction was very relaxed. I did enquire about a few items and he was informative but never pushy, this gentlemen truly knows the way to perfect customer service. Could not figure out why sim card att sent me would not port over to my jitterbug phone. Hubert finally figured out that it was not compatible (even though 2 reps from att told me it was). He showed me a new flip phone that was similar to jitterbug, very inexpensive and unlimited calling. He closed my other account and set up this one. He did not have the phone in stock so he called other stores in Chico and Redding till he found one that we could buy. He set up the sim card so all I had to do was put it in the phone to activate. I had spent many hours on the phone with att and Hubert was able to take care of it in a half hour. Awsome employee. read more

We live in a rural area and drove 2 hours to get to an AT&T store today. I had tried to call multiple times before leaving but no one could answer in my 10+ attempts. My husband wanted to get the larger Samsung Edge and since we had just purchased it and it was under 30 days we thought no problem, because he has a business account. Well that wasn't true, apparently Chris couldn't help us in anyway. Not only could he not help but while my husband was explaining why we have a hard time coming all that way he stared at his little screen and kept repeating "yeah I understand but I can't do anything." So we switched to the second reason we needed to come in, the wifi hotspt. Again Chris didn't understand the technology and kept arguing with my husband about how this hot spot can be used (my husband is a software developer and has been for 20+ years) but Chris kept up with his staring at his little screen nodding his head saying "I understand but there is nothing I can do". He did however let me get a replacement Lifeproof case for my phone because it had a seal that had peeled. BUT even with that he said I can only do it this one time because this looks like damage from a nail. Alienating a customer that has a monthly bill that typically exceeds $500 and you can't slightly bend the 14 days rules? We are so disappointed in this visit. read more

I'd like to first start of by saying I don't have AT&T although at one point my girlfriend did which is why she has an AT&T phone which is now flashed to T-Mobile. Basically my girlfriends phone started to crap on her (not literally) and we decided it was time to take it in to see if we could possibly get a replacement battery. The first thing i'm confused about is the fact that there are about 35 employees working in this tiny store yet we end up standing around for about a thirty minutes, then when we finally do get some "customer service" my girlfriend and I are made to feel as if we are children. Shes asks to run our number, we explain we don't have AT&T but at one point we did which is why T-Mobile couldn't do anything about the phone we had. Then the look that remained on her face for the rest of our pleasant visit, was as if she had just smelt the peak of a really bad fart. Here's a piece of advice, when your customers come in with broken merchandise due to the manufactures of the company you work for, don't sit there with your "we're the dipshit" attitude. Technology is by no means perfected and from time to time will have technical difficulties, i know this, you work around cell phones all day long, you should know this. I have been going to the Chico Store for over 10 years and always asked for Steve. He was off this last time I went but it was okay I was given to a salesperson that has been there a long while and I believe helped me last time along with Steve. I told him from the beginning I didn't want any iphone or anything just a basic good phone and he showed me a model that met my needs. The only thing I really didn't like was the new manager I haven't seen before. He broke into our conversation multiple times and tried to offer me things I had no interest in. It wasn't that bad just more annoying than anything else and you could tell it clears annoyed my salesperson. Overall my experience is always good just ignore the skinny micromanaging manager. read more

I couldn't get the information I wanted online so I called the local at&t store on 20th st. They put me in a loop for 10 minutes and never answered the phone. finally they disconnected me. I called back a second time and got the same thing. Never was able to speak to a person. It is 2pm on a Thursday. VERY POOR service. No excuse for this.....I wish there was another competitor to turn to....I like my iphone and do not want to switch. read more

I went into at&t to get a new phone and to my surprise I was greeted by the sweetest man at the front door whom took my name and gave me an estimated wait time. I was then approached by a rep who was very professional introduced themselves asked me how they could help me.. I let them know I would be easy I wanted an iPhone 6 plus in black my sister wanted the 6. They then showed me to the some accessories and showed me what would best protect my phone as these phones are not exactly cheap and what would be more economical but not as protective. My sister who was with me chose to go the economical route which I took the reps advice and got the tempered glass and heavy duty case. I thank god for that because a few weeks later it has saved my phone screen, prompting me to write this review!! My sister on the other hand has a giant chip in the top corner of her phone. The rep was fast knowledgable and very very helpful. It helps when your sales person has an actually personality and isn't programmed to robot sales! Service was great rep was awesome!!! It was super busy in there but must be for a reason. I mentioned that and the rep mentioned that you can make appointments to give you priority when you get there (note for next trip) I would recommend at&t by target to my friend def. I wish I remembered the reps name so I could send you to her!! read more
