He was incredibly kind, patient, and took so much time helping my elderly parents get their phones fully set up without making them feel rushed or overwhelmed. My parents had just come from Verizon where they had a very frustrating experience, so they were already stressed and nervous. They were especially anxious because they had to switch from their old button iPhones to newer swipe-up iPhones, which was a big change for them. I recommended AT&T and went with them to the store, and Johnny completely turned things around. He walked them through everything step by step, explained things in a way they could understand, and made sure they felt comfortable and confident before leaving. I originally bought an iPhone 17 put $900 down and then proceeded to be on my way. Unfortunately I lost the phone. I went back to the store and told them I needed a new one and had the appropriate insurance so instead of filing a claim(an insurance claim), which is what they said I needed to do, which how the hell am I supposed to know that since I'm not a worker there. the lady told me to pay off the prior balance on my old phone which I did $300 and then she gave me a new phone. Unfortunately, she didn't file an insurance claim which would've made my phone free. She charged it as a completely (New upgrade)$$$$!!! (Another $1200)added to my phone bill that "I" owe!! How tf is this level of ignorance possible. so I went back to check my bill and it says I owe another thousand or $1200 for a new phone. I didn't catch it till three or four months later as I'm paying 30 bucks extra a month for a new phone I already bought!!! so I went back and talk to the manager and he tells me there's absolutely nothing that they can do and he's never seen anything like this before and has no idea why she didn't file an insurance claim because that's their normal procedure and I said why should I be punished for you fucking up your procedures!! so what you're telling me is I had insurance on my phone and now you're charging me for an entire another phone and there's nothing you can do about it. complete bullshit!! don't ever go here!! Quoted prices and promotions never materialized. Internet service is slower than Spectrum's, which I transferred from (Regret decision). The monthly billed amount is incorrect (overstated). I have spoken with two separate individuals after suffering through their automated system, which provided no help at all. Other than that, it takes them a few billing cycles to correct their error. Currently on hold with a wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours before a representative becomes available. Big mistake making the move from Spectrum. Save yourself the frustration, poor service, and aggravation. Don't switch to ATT regardless of the incentives. read more

If you are in need of cellular service or devices, we highly recommend going to the ATT store in corona off of cajalco. Brenda and Curtis are the ATT specialists that assisted us with updating and activating our 6 phones. I just truly wanted to say thank you to both of them for taking care of us and making us feel like family. They both went above and beyond in assisting us with our cellular service needs. What ever they are paying those 2, it certainly isn't enough. We initially went there towards the end of the day and Brenda took care of us like we were her first customer. When we had difficulty activating a couple of phones, Curtis assisted us and made sure that we were up and running in no time. We even shared pet stories and photos. Have to wait days to get WiFi. Had google fiber before and could pick up same day. They ship with UPS which always have delays. No one is there to check you in to even get in "line". Then if you're lucky you wait for 30mins just to get checked in which is a mess since there are so many others waiting and no one knows who is first. Tonight my daughter's phone totally bricked (it was old) and we walked over to the ATT Store and TIMOTHY was our total SUPER HERO! My daughter is 13 and was crying - worried it was her fault her phone wasn't working. Even though I told her no way it's not her fault, she was still stressed about it. I can't say enough about the customer service we got when we switched our cell service to AT&T through this location! Our primary sales rep, Timothy, was AMAZING and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the epitome of customer service!. We ran into a few glitches along the way and he was on it every time, even looping in his manager, Yasmin, so she knew what was going on and could pick up where he left off when it was his day off. Yasmin finished the set up of our account and she was as good as he was. We were told that the culture of that location is a direct result of her leadership style, so kudos to her. I went in a week ago to order a new phone and Timothy helped me change plans to something they would better suit my needs and budget. He was personable, kind and super efficient. Another issue I had was Someone was able to sign up for cable under my account and the staff was unable to explain to me how that was even is allowed.
