    Fast service and great pricing…read more My IPhone screen had completely stopped working but luckily Cracked Screens was open at 8:30 AM. When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Cracked Screens is a place I'd feel confident recommending to others and if I ever need another repair in the future then I'll definitely be coming here.

    Was recommended this place from a Verizon store employee in an alternative to the Apple Store…read morereplacing my screen. They were available and super friendly. Took exactly how long they said it would and everything looked great. However, my phone isn't the same. Backlight is either super bright or too dark. The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference. So if you're looking to get your screen fixed for around $200 instead of $375ish this is your place but just know it won't be exactly the same.

    We brought a Galaxy Z Flip here to fix/replace the interior screen through an insurance claim with…read moreAT&T, and they repaired the screen so that it looks new again. We were pleased with the service until we realized that the inner screen sometimes doesn't turn on when you open the folding phone (this was never a problem before the repair). This has rendered the front-facing camera inoperable (also never a problem before the repair), and when we brought the phone back to explain that the repair must have not been done properly, the owner rudely repeated "just submit a claim then, just submit an insurance claim, we won't even look at the phone until you submit a new claim". Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand that this issue was caused by their faulty repair, he was very rude and dismissive. So, we submitted a new claim and brought the phone back to get fixed. We explained the issue again, and the same man says "well then you should've submitted a claim for a broken camera so that i could replace the part but we don't have any replacement camera parts now". We tried to explain again that the root of the issue is from the way the inner screen was installed, the camera part itself is fine, but he insisted that we need to resubmit the claim with a different description. Again, with the same rude and dismissive attitude - refusing to take accountability for the mistake they made during the initial repair. This is seriously the worst place you could bring your phone for any kind of repairs, it's a shame that AT&T contracts with them through insurance. Look for a different location to entrust your repairs to, this place will leave you with more issues because of the shortcuts they take.

    I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 21 years. A few days ago, I went into the store to upgrade…read moremy phone. The representative assisting me scanned my ID, completed the transaction, and sold me the new phone without any issues. I was also told I could keep my old phone for up to 30 days to make sure everything transferred and worked properly. Today, I returned to the store to trade in the old phone. This time, the representative told me they could not accept it because the name on my ID did not exactly match the name on the account. I go by an abbreviated version of my full name, and this was the exact same ID that was accepted just days earlier when I purchased the new phone. The store employees then instructed me to update the name through the T-Life app. I attempted to do so multiple times, but it would not work. After that, they told me I needed to call customer service. I sat in the store on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone answering. Frustrated, I eventually left. When I got home, I called customer service again. The representative I spoke with told me the store employees were incorrect and explained that the change had to be made in the store and that the employees in the store should have been able to make the change themselves by calling from the store's phone. Now I am being asked to return to the store again to deal with the same employees and resolve an issue that should have been handled properly the first time. Instead, I will be mailing the phone back. After more than two decades as a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. When it's time for my next upgrade, I will switch carriers.

What's the point of having a store if it can't handle the most basic logistics for customers. Do not recommend using. Once the in person people get you signed up they are useless for anything else. This is just a store to sell you subscriptions and get you on plans. Not to actually assists existing customers.
