Stop by Zagg at the beginning of the year 2025, thought it was expensive but as I got a chance to use them for my phone repair that, by the way was beyond repair,... it had screen broken and detached... well, Barrin a kind and beautiful youg lady help me and repair it, it was like a mission impossible, but she repair it, very nice amazing personality very friendly and excellent service. Also, during that time I got a screen protector too, ever since i have dropped my phone so many times but my screen still intact. Ive purchased many screens and products from best buy and thinking this was the more direct way. I had my screen protector replaced and the convinced me to get the deep cleaning for extra fee. He claimed he did while i watched the entire time and claimed he did it when he didnt. We referred my daughter over to fix her iphone back screen he even insisted that she buy a better case.changed it and within two weeks it cracked and looking at the installion closely it wasnt even installed properly. I purchased a privacy screen for my iPhone 8 and asked if the life time replacement would continue if I upgraded my phone and they said "yes it will" Today they just told me "no it won't" and if I want I can pay another $55 for something that will have a life time replacement. I have been coming here for what seems forever with my various phones and each time I only received standard service. Today however that changed, big time. The guy (I couldn't catch his name) was very nice. He greeted me the moment I walked up, took my information and grabbed a screen. It literally took him just a few minutes (like maybe 2 at max?) to do my phone screen. Every time I've gotten it done, it would either be crooked or have bubbles- something. I bought my first ZAGG InvisibleShield when I purchased my Galaxy S7 in 2018. Three weeks ago, I pulled out of the driveway in my car forgetting that I had put my phone on the roof of the car before getting in. I was a half block away when the phone fell from my car and onto the pavement. The ZAGG shield was shattered, although it still adhered to the phone lens. My phone still worked, so I did not remove the damaged lens until I received the new one that I ordered. When I did remove the damaged shield, the lens on my S7 was pristine; there were no scratches at all. The phone looked new. (See my before and after pictures). The ZAGG InvisibleShield, along with the Insipio case, actually saved my phone. Glad they still made the shield for the older Samsung S7. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I have pot chases several zagg protection covers for several phones. I bought one a few years back and the sales guy said it's not zagg. I explained to him that I bought it from that kiosk and that's the only kiosk I use in the Tyler mall and he basically did everything but call me a list AMD HE ARGUED WIGH ME. As a long time customer, I am very upset with their customer service. Just purchased a new phone and ordered a new glass elite shield from the Zagg website for my phone. It is defective and they will not replace it unless I pay the $5. I understand with their warranty that that is the cost but this is for a new one that did not work completely correct in the first place. It does not adhere in one corner. What a rip off, they falsely advertise their glass screen protectors that are $50 come with a lifetime warranty.. That's not true, the warranty doesn't help the customer, it only benefits the company. I bought a screen protector it broke 2 days later, I went back to have it replaced and the employee said it will be $10 to replace which they don't tell you in the beginning because they know no one would buy it. We have had ZAGG on ALL our phones for years!!! This location is scandalous and will take you for every cent possible. NEVER have we had to pay the "installation" fee when we buy NEW products. All we have ever had to pay is to purchase the new product. The ONLY time we have had to pay "installation" fees was when we were replacing ZAGG screens. This joke of a place charged the purchased price AND installation price. They also install their product then tell you the price and have no prices posted. Zagg products are great and I am happy with my screen protector. I am disappointed with the service I received from Stephanie. I have a LifeProof case on my phone and instead of asking me to remove it she decided to force it and broke my case. On top of it when I approached her about it she gave me attitude for a mistake she had done. Then they tell me to file the warranty claim on it and they'll pay for it but they are not paying for my time or the extra work I have to do. When I went in it was to fix something not make things worse. To top it off Stephanie did not install my screen correctly so I had to go back and get it fixed again. Purchased iPhone 10 at a Verizon store and thought the ZAGG shield made sense. Both my wife and I got the same phone/shield. We had both fail within the first year. I kept the boxes so we went about trying to get replacements. The Verizon store is of no use. While they sell this product very hard, they act like they know nothing about it when you ha e a problem. To make matters worse, ZAGG makes it really hard to file for a replacement. And then, would you finally get something ordered that you pay shipping costs for (about half the price of the shield), the cancel your order and act like their fraud department protected you. It's a joke. If you buy this product, forget about the warranty. Find something else. read more

I came here not thinking I could replace my zagg shield for $8. Gaby was helpful and patient as she had a few customers to tend to.

The service at the store was fine; I'm just not happy with the product and the pricing to replace the protective glass screen for my cellphone. I purchased the Zagg protective glass at the Sprint store since they longer carry the thin film type. It was $40, which is pretty pricey. I was told the Zagg glass was very durable, but if it should crack or chip to take to a nearby store and they will replace it for free. After a month, the glass chipped and then about a month later the protective glass cracked (not from the chipped area). Well I took it to this Zagg store in the mall (a pain) to replace the glass, which was free, but they charged me $6 to install it. I notice they also charge $6 if you request a replacement from their website. This not what Sprint told me. I wouldn't be too concern with the $6 except this supposedly very durable, high tempered glass only lasted a couple of months. At this rate, I can expect to pay around $112 (40+72) for this not so good glass during the life of my phone. The sad part is the over priced zagg protective glass probably is no better than the $1 protective glass now available from some online retailers. Hence, why buy the over priced zagg product especially if you have to pay $6 each time it cracks for something that should be free. I ordered several of the cheap glass for the other phones in the family. I have feeling the glass from China will be just as good as the Zagg product. Zagg: you are not standing by the quality of your product if you charge for the glass or the 2 minutes it takes to replace it. read more

I seriously LOVE this location and I LOVE the products. I've been purchasing these screen protectors for my phones for the past 5 years and thankfully I've never had a cracked screen. Today I had them install the glass on my new Note 5 and what can I say other than they deserve 5 stars. The customer service is amazing, the associates are very friendly and understanding.... However they still need to abide by the companies policies. Obviously you can't take a screen protector from an iPhone 5 and expect to pay 6 bucks for a replacement screen protector for an iPhone 6. It's common sense just like you're not going to take your used iPhone 5 cell phone case to bestbuy and try to trade it in for a iphone6 case.... unfortunately some people have no common sense and they take their anger out on sales representatives when they're simply doing their job. I went in for a warranty replacement for my Note 8 Invisible shield- Glass Curve. The employees were friendly and efficient. They didn't explain that my original shield is being phased out and automatically replaced it with the next version that has a black edge. What good is it to have curve edges on your phone face if Zagg's phone shield defeats that design benefit? Zagg gets a D for design. read more

I've had my Zagg case, rose gold screen protector for the front, and clear screen protector for the back of my iPhone for almost 2 years now. I get sooooo many compliments on my case and if I need a new one I only pay the $15 which is shipping. Not bad for a good case. Also the rose gold screen protector is for heavy duty. Which I need I drop my phone a lot. I have cracked all my phone in the past as well with normal screen protectors that are more expensive than most. My rose gold one has cracked, but its only $9 to get a new one. For me they crack in like 6 months or a year. Depends on how many times I've dropped it. So they last long. I always call ahead of time to see if they have a screen or not. Which is good to do they sometimes run out of stock. So call ahead of time so you don't waste the drive if there is none. They always answer and are super friendly. My back screen protector is great I haven't had a single scratch on my phone so it looks brand new. THE BEST PART! If I get a new phone. You just have to take off the screen protector and save it or them. And bring them to the store with your new phone and they will move your life time warranty over to the new phone! Overall they are a great store and actually can be found in other locations as well. read more
