I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 21 years. A few days ago, I went into the store to upgrade my phone. The representative assisting me scanned my ID, completed the transaction, and sold me the new phone without any issues. I was also told I could keep my old phone for up to 30 days to make sure everything transferred and worked properly. Today, I returned to the store to trade in the old phone. This time, the representative told me they could not accept it because the name on my ID did not exactly match the name on the account. I go by an abbreviated version of my full name, and this was the exact same ID that was accepted just days earlier when I purchased the new phone. The store employees then instructed me to update the name through the T-Life app. I attempted to do so multiple times, but it would not work. After that, they told me I needed to call customer service. I sat in the store on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone answering. Frustrated, I eventually left. When I got home, I called customer service again. The representative I spoke with told me the store employees were incorrect and explained that the change had to be made in the store and that the employees in the store should have been able to make the change themselves by calling from the store's phone. Now I am being asked to return to the store again to deal with the same employees and resolve an issue that should have been handled properly the first time. Instead, I will be mailing the phone back. After more than two decades as a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. When it's time for my next upgrade, I will switch carriers. read more

He helped me get their new Internet where my home was covered in the service area. Second HORRIBLE Experience in as many years. Just wanted to drop off a home internet router for my husband, that we had cancelled service on via telephone transaction (also a horrible experience). Was told the account holder had to be there with an ID in order to do this. What a crock of SHIT, the account was closed, why not just log the equipment in as returned and make a happy customer, but NO, even if I just wanted to leave it they said I would get a non-returned equipment charge. t-Mobile is by far the worst company ever they overcharge you your account is never the same amount. It's always higher than what it actually is. There are a bunch of thieves and you walk into the store and they treat you like garbage. Management is awful. Both manager and assistant manager lack efficient management skills, and customer service. After being assured by Joanna she was dismissed to take her lunch and was supposed to continue to help us upon her return. She had been with us from 4 PM until 5:30 and we were supposed to return at 6 o'clock to resume our transaction with her. Because she was the only Spanish speaking representative, they forced her to assist other customers that were arrived after our 6 o'clock return time. She was finally able to continue with our transaction at 7:15 pm that originally started at 4 PM. I spent a total of four hours just to add a line and a new phone to my plan. However, Customer service from Joanna was amazing. I would definitely recommend her if you go to this location. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and product and plan knowledge. Be careful at this location came to buy a new phone and for years I never get the insurance due to I have a spare if needed.After there trying to to sale me different plans and upgrades waisting time.I wanted to pay for new iPhone 15 in full this way there were no changes on my old plan and be done.They kept insisting trade my old phone in and make payments on new,well after I was finally done and supposedly no changes I left. 10 months later I call customer service to enquire about wireless router and of course trying to up sale me again on phone on my plan I noticed that when I purchased the phone they added insurance to my plan $18 a month that I never noticed because I have direct pay from business account.So for that whole time they took this money from me and will not give refund,also wanted to speak to supervisor and won't get response back from shady company! read more

This store alone, made me switch to Verizon. Only one staff member was helpful, the rest give up on helping. T-Mobile isn't professional. They loose packages. They lost mine twice. And they still have yet to refund me. Instead of ordering a new iPhone, I ended up ordering a nightmare. They affected my mental health so much. Verizon would never. Verizon is so much more professional & so quick. T-Mobile made me officially realize that. For their lack of professionalism & responsibility, I made the switch. I got a new phone middle March. The T-mobile agent said he could save my money by a different plan. I just got my bill and the rates went up (not including the monthly charge for new phone) and a plan with 3 phones was switched to two plans. I have just spent 1 1/2 hours getting situation corrected. I will never trust another T-mobile agent or this Corona location. Very bad customer service!!!! read more

She went above and beyond in making sure we could get our phone data and everything transferred over with ease. Was very nice and answered any questions we had every set of the way. Jay was super helpful to me when I was trading in my phone for a new one. He brought out a bunch of cases for my new phone to see which one was the best for me. I didn't end up buying a case (none of them were to my liking, nothing against him) but I did end up getting a screen protector and he was nice enough to install it on my phone. He also helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The other employees also seem very nice and helpful. Overall the experience was great, I did not feel pressured to buy a bunch of accessories. based off the customer service alone, I would recommend this T mobile store to anyone. read more

Great customer service! It definitely seems like the reps there are looking out for you. They're not only well-informed but they're also very personable and considerate. My family has come here numerous times and we can say every person that helped us went above and beyond. Covid wise, one time we went there was a line and they had people wait in their cars which was actually really nice because we could just relax until a rep was ready. Other times there was only one or two customers in the store so there wasn't any pressure to rush. They all masked and there were plenty of sanitizer pumps around the store. I could have ordered my phone on the app but I knew I needed the expertise of the trustworthy representatives at this T-Mobile to make the right call. I was not disappointed! Cristian was easy going & worked-out the best deal for my budget. I was impressed by his professionalism, he kept the deals coming! He informed me about the lastest updates on Apple Watches, Products, accessories, and Apple Care insurance. What I liked the most about him is how knowledgeable he was when it came down to the Apple products. He had the patience to explain how each product worked and what to look out for. T-Mobile is a rip off , dishonest. They did a bate and switch on me. They lied by constantly contacting me say my phone wasn't going to no longer work because of there new upgrade and that they where going to give me a discount. I they sold me a phone for $799 and gave me a $600 discount I tried to pay the balance but somehow they started billing me for $4.35 per month for a balance that I should not have had. Now that I no longer want there Service they aren't king on another $400.I would never recommend that any one do business with them . First and foremost they sold me a phone that was suppose to be new and it barely lasted 5 months and the whole screen was gone and this phone is still give me problems. It is a piece of shit and they want me to pay a deductible when the phone was received at the end of January. I will be filing a complaint with every entity tights I can. I never had any issues like this with Sprint. Sad just sad very bad customer service this is why they are loosing customers. read more
