This is not a review of the store but the company. At&t is 100% dishonest. I have repeatedly tried to downgrade my quantum fiber plan to a liwer monthly price and every time they tell me I have to do it nyself. I go and follow their very confusing, convluted website, get email confirmation that the change was made then, still get billed the higher price. Their customer service agents all claim that they can't make changes to your plan. Some have even gone as far as to tell me that they don't have a lower price plan. It is all lies and cororate greed. Sitting here for an hour while the 2 sales reps stare at each other waiting for people in their check-in cue. People don't show up for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile customers who are here ready to buy just sit. Great excuse for the ATT employees not to work. The manager Kelly doesn't lift a hand to help the customers who are sitting here waiting. She just stands around. She gets irritated when I ask a product question. Scowling face when customers walk in. It's like a Saturday Night Live skit. Total joke. THEIFS !! ATT had a hidden "suspended" line on our account that was suppose to be cancelled for over 3 years!! they said it does not need to be listed on the bill - HOW ARE WE SUPPOSE TO KNOW IT WAS STILL THERE?! It was to be cancelled at the mark 3 years ago, but wasn't. We eventually switched to Verizon for other reason, great choice by the way... and we canceled all active lines. next few months they continued to process the bill with nothing listed on it at $70 / month. Without notifying us! We told them we are changing carries and that we wanted to cancel our PLAN .. the whole plan ... and still billed us .. and now claim they can not back pay us as it was not a billing mistake ... that is stealing money out of our pocket!!! $70 / month for 3 years is over $2400 ... THEIFS !!! I will continue to write reviews on every site and all stores locations ... I cannot believe that a Billion dollar company " cannot do anything" read more

This store is either full of incompetency, or outright malicious sales practices. I purchased a phone in May, was told that I would receive 50% off under that month's promo but that I needed to be on a monthly plan to take advantage of the deal. I asked when could I pay it off in full (knowing I don't prefer to be on a plan) and was told by multiple people both in the store and at corporate that I could pay it off in full within the next billing cycle, or that it would apply within 1-3 months. The promo price was never applied. I have called numerous times to remedy the situation, went to the store in person, was blatantly lied to, particularly by JASON. I went to this storefront for AT&T believing that 1) it was an actual AT&T store (it is not. It's a franchise separate from AT&T) and 2) Thought they could help me ... silly me!! Ok, first they double up on you. I explain that I have DSL... we are the first home out of the box so it's really fast. I just need to up the data plan so we dont get so many overages. I simply am looking to reduce my bill. The 2 guys working with me don't hear a word I'm saying. I keep telling them over and over that cable/Uverse is NOT in our area. I dont want any dish either. Can they please just discuss my options in data for DSL. Long story short. No. They need to have a home specialest come to my home to figure out the options. Ooooh brother! So I agree since I have no other options. Friday is the beginning of a 2 day snow storm. Saturday morning is when the home specialest is to come. Friday I get a text requesting a reschedule or cancel. I click 5 to reschedule. Soooo 8am SATURDAY the Dish installer is standing at my door with work orders to install 2, two, TWO dishes on our roof. WTF!!! These Yahoo's at this store are flat out deceptive in every word that falls out of their mouths. This poor install guy had come to do an install during a snowstorm because of these people. There was Never going to be an install. Ever! They put another person in a dangerous situation with their deceptions. read more

I am going to go as far as saying this is the best location I have ever been to ! The service quality is so far above and beyond I am never disappointed when I come here. I believe the managers name that helps me is Dylan he seriously makes me feel like I am making an informed decision and this location is so clean I would recommend this location for sure ! read more

What can I say? Well let me tell you, I see only 3 ok reviews about ATT store in Southdale the rest more than 9 reviews are explaining what a bad experience they had at this store, and I believe it. You buy a phone and get the second half off, well that is just to get you to buy it, I was given the incorrect information employees omitted important details, didn't explain exactly what half off meant, at the end I ended up paying 3/4 the price of the phone. Loyalty program sucks!! I spent 2 hours on the phone this department told me to go to the store, , the manager all he can say is I can't do this, I can't do that I wasn't even here at the time when you purchased your phones etc and whenever you want to say something he interrupts you, basically an a hole.. in one word: I am going to cancel this service and go prepay at least I'm not going to pay 250.00 every month .... did I forget to tell you they have terrible customer service? Had a problem with my iphone, went in for help, they told me I just needed a new phone. The next day (after having bought said new phone), a 15 year old teenager "fixed" my phone with a hard restart. Which the att guy never even tried. So a 15 year old was more helpful. read more

Went in to the store yesterday and worked with Hailey. I had been dealing with an issue for months and her and her manager Jeremiah were able to solve it in minutes! They were both professional and their customer service skills were amazing! I will only be going back to them from now on! read more

Terrible service. Went in, were told to give a number to be texted when they were available. Waited until we received the text, went back in, and no one would even look at us or acknowledge our presence. Would never come back here and would not recommend anyone else does either. Customer service is terrible. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one greeted me or put my name on a list. When I finally asked someone, he said he never saw me and offered to put me on a list after 4 other people that got to the store after me. I walked out, went to Apple directly and was taken care of immediately and was out of the store with a new phone in under 15 minutes. read more

Getting a new phone from this AT&T location has been a horrible experience. My wife and I each ordered identical iPhone 6 phones on sep 28. One arrived 6 weeks later. The other never arrived. I think because the rep who ordered them at the store was incompetent and messed it up during the 75 minutes it took him to order two phones. I went to the store and called 1800 number 7 times after that to try to get a phone. Was told every time there was nothing that could be done and this is apples fault so I should keep waiting. Order kept showing as pending. At one point they promised to hold a phone that came into the store for me. After two days they sold it to someone else because I didnt instantly drop all I was doing to pick it up. At same time they apparently canceled my order without telling me. This was on December 23. Finally I went to store one more time on January 11 to get an update (they don't answer if you call the store so you have to go in to deal with them) and they gave us an in stock phone. Throughout it all no one ever admitted any fault or apologized. For the most part they didn't even try to help solve the problem. We will be switching providers after 2 year contract expires. read more
