This is by far the best phone company I've ever been with. They also have amazing Internet services. They are always very friendly and helpful at this location. My first experience with this company I worked with Kayla, who is at another location now. My second experience was with Kyle. Both reps. We're amazong, friendly, and I probably talked their ear off. But they didn't rush me or anything. Kayla also helped me resolve my issues with setting up my initial account. They stay pretty busy so if your on a schedule I'd make an appointment. But even if you just drop in they're really good about getting to everyone fast and not rushing you once they start helping you. read more

This is the first time we have bought an iPhone from a non Apple store and will never repeat this mistake. AT&T service was very slow, they were under-staffed and their printer wasn't working, the wi-fi service was so poor that it took hours to set up the phone and there was not even water available for all those hours that we were there. read more

Carlos Rios is an exceptional, result-driven gentleman that has helped my family during a multitude of visits. Whenever, I walk into the store I see him delivering the best one on one customer service that I have ever seen from AT&T. He tells you the truth about what to expect in a bill instead of "letting the customer be blown away by an unexpected, expensive high first bill." I had an issue with my account because I was in the military and has had some accounts suspended because I was stationed overseas. Well I came back to the continental US and all of my accounts were activated (even lines that I didn't have anymore) and my bill amount was ridiculous! So I called customer support, and they gave me misleading information and my issue was not solved. My card was charged the bill so I went into the Folsom location. Then I met Carlos, and he went to work with my issue. His endeavor to contact AT&T support and management led to a positive credit to my bill. All in all, issue resolved by Carlos. Hours posted and updated 7 days ago on google was 10AM till 9PM. I got there at 8:15. One guy only in the store sitting inside at the table on his phone telling me they're closed at 8pm. So are the store hours updated because of covid or what because I wasted my time driving 25 miles there and back. All I needed was a quick pick up. Seems like he just wanted to relax during the last hour of his shift. Now I need to make another trip tomorrow and hopefully they're open at 10AM. read more

Beware of their shady practices. They are all about the sales. My 82 yo mother went in to the store for tech assistance w/her Apple i11, after 3 minutes they sales rep convinced her to not even touch the old phone & upgrade to a $900 Apple i14, on my husband's account! I can't even do anything on our account without his approval (to lock down the kids & my mom from buying things) but this gal looked up his account, logged "him" and sold "him" a $900 monthly service fee AND $17/mon insurance on a revised 3 year contract without HIM signing or approving anything. Here's the catch: this sales person told my mom it was "completely free" all she had to pay was the sales tax, and that is what she did, on an invoice with my husband's name on it! After hours of hassle on the phone AT&T corporate realized they have a huge liability for this horrible training and fraud and refunded the phone. They "lost" my mom's old phone so they had to do some funky accounting crap that I still feel is shady as s*it but ultimately corporate dealt with it, whereas the other person, supposedly a manager, at the store named Chantelle, was all bad attitude, talking over us, aggression and CYA'ing the entire time. Worthless and bye AT&&T, this was the last straw for us, after 17 years of their BS we can finally get equitable service to another provider & I'm sure much better customer service and ethical practices. read more

First off, the employees at this store are great- very helpful, trying there best to work within the ATT system. But the problem is ATT itself. I've been a customer for more than 12 years, and I have had countless problems with my billing, my services, my devices. Every time you need to call ATT and spent 60 -90 min to try and get your concerns addressed, and most of the time you'll need to call again as they can't get things right. I signed up for Uverse at this store, cancelling direct tv (which is also owned by ATT), and ATT double billed me for 6 months saying I had both services. It took multiple phone hour long phone calls to get my over billing refunded. I finally gave up and switched to Tmobile (who are amazing so far), but of course, ATT cannot seem to cancel my old service. I've called 4 times for the same thing, and they still are billing me for services I no longer have. Each call results in the rep stating that everything is cancelled and done, and each time it is not. Is it purposeful negligence by ATT to over bill customers and make more money, or is it simply massive incompetence? stay clear of this behemoth company and all of their 'services' read more

I went to the AT&T store today because I forgot to pay my bill. A sales associate (George) saw that I was feeling a little vulnerable and offered to help me ins of sending me to the kiosk. I was feeling vulnerable because I am recovering from a terrible accident (which is also why I forgot to pay my bill). The kindness George showed me was truly touching and very much appreciated. Horrible Customer Service!!! Please beware of the horrible customer service we received at the Folsom AT&T store!!! My wife and son went into the Folsom AT&T store to get help with my son's iPhone which was experiencing the "black screen of death" issue. The customer rep helping them couldn't fix the issue and directed them to the Roseville Apple store to get a replacement - so far so good. My wife also brought an old iPhone with her and asked the customer rep for help in switching the SIM card and activating the old phone so my son could have a phone to use until they could get to Roseville. When the customer rep was handling my son's problematic phone he accidentally dropped it on the ground after he had removed the cover. My wife and son saw this happen as did other customers in the store. My wife and son reported to the customer rep that he had cracked the screen when he dropped the phone which would make Apple ask for a deductible when swapping out the phone. The customer rep panicked and accused my wife and son of lying and trying to scam him...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! We have been loyal customer with AT&T, have multiple iPhones and are not bad off financially where we would need to scam anyone over a $150 deductible. So, instead of owning up to his mistake, this customer rep went on to make a scene in the store and eventually agreed to pay the deductible. After this humiliating incident was over, my wife contacted Apple and got the insurance claim handled. She then contacted the AT&T rep and reported the $150 deductible would need to be comp'd on our bill as they promised. After the rep received my wife's communication he backed out of the full compensation and only wanted to pay $50. WHAT THE HECK!!! Really AT&T!!! Rich Harms read more

To say it was deplorable is an understatement. Over 13 years of one catastrophe after another. I had to get an iPhone for me and a phone my disabled husband could use. AT&T offered the best rate and rebates. Aaron at the Palladio AT&T store said he would like the opportunity to change my experience of AT&T. Not only did he CHANGE my experience but my perception and opinion! Alex was my sales rep and from the moment I walked in the store, he made me feel as if I was the only customer in the world.Iit was clear he loves his job and loves helping people. Alex puts the CUSTOMER in customer SERVICE. He went way above and beyond including calling me a week later because he recognized a discrepancy in our military discount. He checked my usage and recommended a better plan after only ONE WEEK! Who does that! What cellular company cares that much? AT&T does and AT&T at the Palladio in Folsom is the premiere store for anyone who wants to feel valued as a customer. I cannot praise them enough. This store is always low on customer service, long on lines and quick to try to get you to buy something you do not need....but this review is really intended to expose the poor quality of corporate AT&T Wireless. We had to change our Wireless phone number and due to the circumstances we needed to change the number, we got the fee ($36) waived. But...upon receiving the bill the next month, the $36 charge made it on to our bill...I was able to get it removed..again...after 15 minutes on the phone..but it really demonstrates how little you can count on ATTWS to do what they say they are going to do.... read more

WORST costumer service!! Came in and Courtney was impatient and rude. Didn't want to stop and explain things. Then didn't fix the problem. Then tried to make me feel like it was my issue. Asked for different person to help me. Received the manager who was friendly but defended her saying it was a personality clash. I thought in costumer service you are supposed to be polite and calm. Went to have a screen protector installed on my Apple Watch since i do not have the steady hands to do it well myself. I get my watch back with the glass placed on crooked and full of bubbles. I have had absolutely nothing but bad experiences and service here. I went in to cancel a phone plan and switch to my parents plan (we all had AT&T) and they assured me everything was taken care of. After two more visits and several months later I'm still being charged for a line I don't use and no one has helped me. I've already switched carriers and I'm in dispute over my bills. This store is the worst. Im sitting in it now. I came in three weeks ago and waited 45-60 minutes to see a sales person to buy the new iphone 6. They tried to sell me all kinds of stuff including changing my unlimited data to a limited plan. No thanks dummy, I'll just take an iphone. So I paid for it completely. Now its in and I came to pick it up. They said we cant ship it to your house. Now ive been waiting 30 minutes and probably have 30 more just to pick up a phone I already paid for completely. Beware of lies along with bait and switch. I came into this location and was sold on a promotion for an iPhone 12, I was told that I could trade in my device for an $800.00 bill credit. I ordered the iPhone 12, received an opened iPhone 12 that was tampered with. I came back to turn in my old device. When I turned in my old device they told me that they were only going to credit me $350.00 dollars because the value of my current device has decreased since I ordered the IPhone 12, and their promo has since expired. They added that there's no way they will honor their promo even though that was their sales pitch and promise to begin with. I was beside myself, I called customer service, who transferred me to First Net since I'm an emergency first responder, and was told they would call the store. A three way phone call was completed to the store employee named Nathan, who claimed to be a store manager but was not. Nathan told me, while being recorded by First Net, that this has happened before and the only thing he can do is see if the District Manager can honor the deal they initially made when I bought and ordered the Iphone 12. BUYER BEWARE. You may want to record every interaction and transaction with the personel at this location. I'm still waiting for that call from the district manager and I will update this posting once that call happens. read more

I recently went to this store to get the new Galaxy S6 Edge. After about 60 minutes of waiting it was my turn only to find out they were out of stock of the color I wanted (Gold Platinum). I told the guy (Ian) I wanted the 32gb version, he then proceeded to tell me that Samsung doesn't yet make 32gb for that color; I believed him and decided to order the 64gb ($100 more). He told me I would have it arrive within a week. I recently found out that it will ship in about 2 weeks and I found out that there is a 32gb version for the gold platinum. These people are pathetic for lying and not being ethical, they will do whatever it takes to get the most money out of you. read more
