Everytime I go to this store for any service, the customer service keeps getting worse. I recently there to get a Microcell since ATT coverage sucks in my area. After chatting with ATT online, the customer representative told me that I would get the the M-Cell for $75 with $75 mail-in-rebate and fortunately, I saved the chat. When I went there, they did not honor it as I would have to pay $150 and told me to get the chat and that if ATT customer service mentioned this, they would honor this. I come back with the chat notes and now, the manager (Crystal) comes out and tells that they cannot honor it and tells that sometimes, ATT customer side says that something which they cannot honor. Had they mentioned me the first time, I would not have come back the second time just to hear this nonsense of "we do not know. Please contact customer service" and avoid the wait each time waiting for someone to help me. I hate ATT itself for their service and more than that, hate this store. I decided to switch to another carrier and hope, I do not have to deal with these unethical folks anymore. My advice to everyone. Avoid ATT and especially, this store if possible. read more

This is a review of AT&T Customer Service... Warning!! Watch out for this scam and never do business with #ATT! I canceled an AT&T home phone line in April this year I called them back the next week to confirm it was cancelled- they confirmed Got a bill the next month, called again, confirmed again. Now they said they'd credit the account for the error. Got a bill the next month, called again, confirmed again. Told this guy to note in my account that I had done this tree times and would not call again. Got three more bills over the next 3 months. Called today, transferred to 10 different people, on the phone for over 2 hours, some people told me the line was cancelled, one guy even gave me a cancellation number, one lady pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up, one guy said he was in Miami and couldn't help so I would have to call back, the last conversation was with AR (3rd time today with AR) to get credited for the charges since April. Guess what, they couldn't confirm the cancellation and said a supervisor would have to call me back tomorrow. Think they will? I'm taking bets on if I get another bill first I haven't had this much aggravation in dealing with any company since AOL. **Since the original post, AT&T has contacted me and it seems they have finally remedied the problem.** read more

Went there on 10/2 to get a new phone for my son. Got the usual pressure to change our plan, but said no. Today we get an email "thanking" us for signing up for their "mobile protection pack" for $10 a month! Huh? We never agreed to this, it was never even mentioned by the sales person in the store. Just another case of AT&T staff slamming us with unwanted services to increase their commission. read more

Scheduled an appointment at 5pm and left work early to arrive on time. Once I arrived I was told I'd be helped by 5:10. 5:40 came and I asked the manager for assistance, he repeatedly said "your next" but after much pressing he said it could be 15-30 minutes longer. Felt like the DMV, and there are obvious structural and competency issues with this location. read more

I went into this store yesterday to purchase a new phone. The sales person that helped me was lazy and arrogant and didn't want to explain anything to me about the various plans. His attitude was nothing like I have ever experienced at an AT&T store. We did drive to Tustin and had an amazing sales girl who was very helpful. Do not use AT&T under any circumstances. Worse service I've ever had in my life for anything!! When I moved to Irvine, they gave my number to somebody else, they couldn't find my account or any history of my case, they couldn't make functional a simple home phone to be used over a wireless cell base (which they gave me from another store), I spent hours on the phone to no avail to get the phone to work, I made three trips to the Irvine office, to no avail. Every promise was broken. If you want to take 10 years off your life, try working with AT&T. Otherwise, use ANYBODY else. read more

She gave me all the options and different types of phone that I could get. I ended up getting the Samsung galaxy s6 edge. Best phone ever!! Super friendly staff and very helpful. I recently had a horrible experience at the Hardvard location due to lack of communication, and they were amazing at this location. They went into depth with what we were purchasing, which I really loved. They even allowed my maniac toddler run around while interacting with her as we were waiting for my order to process. I purchased my ATT lines at the El Toro(Lake Forest) location, and it was a nightmare. It took 3 hours to get 2 brand new lines set up, and I was provided incorrect information by the sales associate. I came into the Irvine Blvd. location the next day to try to get everything straightened out because I was not coming back to the El Toro location. Joana came to the rescue and was able to correct all the mistakes in my account from the previous day. She was able to get me all the promotions that I qualified for and did it in a short time, all with a smile. I recommend this location for all your ATT wireless needs, and make sure you ask for Joana. read more

Best AT&T store I have ever been to. Very friendly and courteous staff. Especially Adam Wasserman. He's super polite and professional. Knows his products well. Helped me find the right phone plan and saved me a lot of money with the bundle plan. Got me hooked up with U-verse. Best decision I ever made. Also their manager Liz is super nice. This place sucks. I went there with my dad to cancel the extraneous free ipad number AND to inquire about a strangely high price on one of our phones. See, my phone usually charged about $300 per bill in another state I lived prior to coming here, but the new phone I got from them just recently got charged $800. So we knew something fishy was going on and went to confront them. My dad screamed too much so I insisted that we just cancel that extraneous number and handle my phone issue later. We called management (At&T customer service heads), and found out that one of the employees in this store had put a lock on our account without our permission, and has charged triple for my phone. If anyone wants to know who that was, it was Ana or whatever (the short Asian chick with thick white makeup and eyeliner who looks Filipino or something). Don't ask her for service I beg you. And Ana if you're reading this, did you seriously think you could get away with it? Did we seem that stupid to you. My dad's a CEO. You can't fool him. Been dealing his whole life. And to all other people out there, be careful to not be tricked, and always check your bill. read more

On Christmas Eve of 2016, I went to the store to check on the direct tv. I was convinced by Mahmood "Emit" Ahmad to switch to AT&T wireless and they would give me unlimited services (data etc). After I switched from sprint to AT&T 4 days later, I received a text saying that I used up all my data. So I went back to the store and I found out this salesman was just looking to have good sales that day and get good numbers or AT&T was false advertising to the public. So I cancelled my service with AT&T, I returned all the phones, and switched back to my old carrier. This sales representative never told us that there would be a fee if we cancelled within 14 days, or an activation fee, this is all because he was trying to up sell. AT&T sent us a bill after the cancellation for $469. I've been calling different customer service reps for AT&T for 2 months trying to resolve this issue and no one helped us. They then sent us a bill for $4000 for the phones even though we returned them back to AT&T. The sales department says one thing but the billing department says another. I've been dealing with this issue for 2 months and today February 17th, the problem is still unresolved. I've been charged almost $300 for restocking fee for using the phone for 11 days even though no one told me I would be charged for this. Then I was charged $100 activation fee. I can't believe that one sales rep wanted to look so good and get good numbers and false lead me to get my money. AT&T is a company that is false advertising their "unlimited data" claim. They also have terrible customer service and a terrible billing department. read more

Worst customer service ever! When we purchased out Apple iPhone at an AT&T store we purchased the Protection Pack with it. The sales clerk explained that if we ever have a problem with the phone to bring it to any AT&T store for a replacement. The screen shattered on the phone so we brought it to this store and spoke with Emit - he told us it was an Apple problem and said to take it to the Apple store. Well, Apple doesn't know about or care if you have a replacement package from AT&T so we returned and Emit hadn't even bothered to check our account to see that we have the protection. He was just trying to blow us off, not provide any assistance and move on to his next sales victim where he could earn on a commission. I have been a very long term AT&T customer with 4 lines on this account. I will be spending the rest of today looking for an alternative wireless carrier. I am not going to put up with such poor, rude customer service. read more
