I canceled my Cox Cable to get AT&T internet, THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE. Service tech came to install , spent 3 hours and was not able to get anything to work. He finally got it to work and left. 20 minutes later , nothing is working. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of and I have been out of internet for the past 24hrs , this is a joke of a company. Sonny is the man. We walked in looking to upgrade both our phones, and he delivered, and delivered well. Highly knowledgable, patient, great balance between technicality and business savvy. Most salespeople we encountered in the past in other stores have been on the highly business savvy side, with basic technical skills they probably read in the manual. But Sonny, not only does he know the ins and outs of the phone and softwares related to it, he also spent time with us, showing us how to use our new phones, downloading essentials for us, and showing us some neat tricks. This place has to be hands down the worst customer service I have ever experience. If I could give zero stars, I would, actually I would give minus stars. If I were the area manager or Head Office, I would be worried about this store. I went in to upgrade my iPhone. Simple process, I've done it several times now. I went in 20 minutes after the store had opened. When I walked in a "Greeter" said we will be with you soon. I could see 3 other people in the store. After about 15 minutes, the "Greeter" asked me what I was there to do. "Upgrade my iPhone", I replied. He took my name and went away. Didn't do or offer to do anything else. 1 hour later. Yes, read that again, 1 HOUR LATER.... a sales person finally came over. Why did I wait that long? Well you get to the point where you have invested so much time already that going elsewhere would be worse. Don't be me, in fact don't even go into this store, go to another one... anywhere. During that hour, I watched many people, who were wiser than me, give up and leave, shaking their heads and muttering. NOBODY who worked there cared, they didn't even look up. I don't know who the manager was, whoever they were, they weren't interested in customer service. People were leaving in high numbers, they didn't care. When I told the salesman which model of iPhone I wanted, he went away and came back with another model, saying "this is all we have, do you want this one?" I nearly exploded. 1 hour 15 minutes to be told that the phone I wanted they didn't have in stock. Erm... what is wrong with this picture... why didn't the "Greeter" ask a few more questions?, A simple lookup on the store inventory could have told me in seconds. Come on people, your operating model is appalling. OK, I get places run out of stock, that isn't the issue. I bought a pair of the new AirPods Pro from this location and asked the salesperson what the return policy was prior to my purchase. He said I would get a full refund if returned within 14 days. I came back a day later and the manager, Salvador A. (he wouldn't give me his last name) said that he would be charging me a 10% restocking fee. Keep in mind, the AirPods Pro box is still unopened. I pointed out the employee that informed me that I would get a full refund and the manager said he will be getting a write up. I told the manager it's not my fault the employee incorrectly informed me about their refund policy. I'm in the process of calling corporate and filing a complaint against this store. I'm not technically inclined and don't like being "sold" something, so you can imagine how much I enjoy going into places that sell technology. I walked in and didn't let my man Art look up my account or anything, as I just wanted basic information about how the phones compare and what plans are available now(since mine is 3 years old now), and he understood where I was coming from and helped me out. An hour and a half later, still without looking up my account information or trying to sell me anything, I had a thorough understanding of what I was getting, what I needed and the practical differences between phones. Eric the manager also stepped in to provide some account details and offered future support I'll need from them when my phone arrives. For being as technically illiterate and slightly obstinate towards salespeople, Art did a great job being patient and helpful, literally everything I needed to get my new phone set up, and account managed was handled very very well. This AT&T store is the best! We needed to trade back in our phones and customer service sent us over here. The team took such good care of us. They fixed the issue and printed the labels for us. The worst service you can ever get. They promised me a bundle package for a price. Then I got a bill that is much higher what they promised after I signed two year contract. I went there three times to show them the paper work that shows my quote . They did not commit to the promised rate. I called their loyalty department . The first time they said they will fix it. After one month I got another bill with the same rate. I called again to let them know about the problem. They said they cannot commit to the rate that the agent provided to me when I went to the store. The first time they made the commitment in a written quote. This is the most unprofessional service I received. I cancelled and returned all the equipment. They do not immediately cancel the contract unless you call them many times. The agents on the phones are extremely rude. They are now charging me for a termination fee even they did not follow the agreement they made with me. The worst company I have ever seen. Do not ever make contract with them. You will regret it. The manager in the store is not doing anything and is always sitting int he back. When I asked her to check my account, she said she do not have access to my account. After I pressed her, she opened my account, but then said since you canceled, she could not do anything. I told her that you just told me that my account has not been cancelled yet. She did not even bother to do anything. She just wanted to get rid of me instead of helping to solve the problem. I am done with AT&T and will never come back even they begged me and called me many times to come back. I learned my lesson. I hope you do not do the same mistake. Before stopping by his store, I was incredibly frustrated. What makes this store stand out amongst its peers is the customer service and the attentive way their reps listen to your concerns and questions and give you honest (non-upsell) answers. Jesenia and Chao were of particular help. Jesenia helped us find a new Fiber plan that was signficantly less than what Cox's discounted price was. NEVER TRUST ANYONE AT THIS STORE. They aggressively sell you new services, but lie to make the sell. They promised us a $340 rebate to start cable service. But we never got the money. Later, they sold us on a small business internet service for our HOME. My wife is a real estate agent and works from home. They said this would save money for us and give us a faster speed. Unfortunately, they lied about the costs vs our existing home internet. And when we went to cancel the small business line, we found that because of various technical issues on AT&T's side, it's very hard to revert to our original service! As a result we've been without internet for days! And this is going to cost us a bundle in installation fee. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I guess shame on me. I came here to sign up for AT&T uverse service. I ended up working with a gal who was undergoing training to learn about AT&T uverse products and services. I was quite happy with the bundle that she recommended (U300) and I felt she went above and beyond to help me lock pricing for a year. Coming from COX (which btw sucks), I don't think I'll ever switch back. I absolutely loved the phone call follow up from the store rep and also the installer who was extremely professional about getting my equipement setup. read more

After calling AT&T's designated number at 7:30 PM, I was relegated to an "automated" attendant that politely informed me that my service Will be scheduled for repair in 12 days and may entail a cost of $55. I was informed I may opt for a "live" agent, which I requested. From there I was simply recycled back into their computer voice, and told I would have to call tomorrow during normal business hours. I called and inquired if they had any iPhone's 5s 64gb in stock. Sales associate Casey said yes, then pre-qualified me whether I was opening a new account or upgrade. I clearly informed her I had a partial upgrade I was looking to utilize. I was told " that was fine and to come down to buy it". I drove over to the store and found Casey she then introduced me to Adam. I told him that I was here to buy the iPhone 5s 64gb and that I had a partial upgrade. He looked up my joint account to make sure that we were eligible for the partial upgrade. He confirmed that I was eligible then he told me that he wasn't sure if he can sell the phone on a partial upgrade. He went to the back of the store to ask a manager. He came out and said that the only way they can sell me the phone if was to add a line or buy their new trade in special that was for $36 a month for 20 months. I was shocked! There was no way I was going to add a line or buy their trade in special. I asked to speak with the manager. His name was Alex and he said that since the iPhone's were just released they weren't allowed to sell them with a partial upgrade. I asked him why his employee Casey told me to come down based of my partial upgrade to buy the phone. His responses was "she just got back from vacation and she didn't know the new rules". I told him I felt they were pulling a "bait and switch" his response was there's is nothing he can do unless I wanted to add another line or do their trade in special. I repeated that I wouldn't add a line or do their trade in special and he told sorry for the misunderstanding and have a nice day. When I got home I called several AT&T stores and spoke with the managers. They all told me that they would sell me the phone on a partial upgrade if they had any in stock. I called back to speak with Alex. I explained to Alex that I just got the phone with several stores and I spoke with the managers of those store and they all told me that they would of sold me the phone based off a partial upgrade. I asked him why he would not sell me the phone. He said " I already told you three times I can't sell you the phone!" Who talks to a customer like that? Not only does this guy lie but he is rude and should not be a manger. He has no managerial skills what so ever and trains his employees to use wrongful tactics to sell their products. I hate giving 1 star reviews. In my opinion there is usually some redeeming quality that warrants more then one star...unfortunately I can't think of one for this location. The other reviewers are correct, the staff at this location seems bothered that you come in with questions. They are not truthful, the manager Crystal was very honest that she believes she is good at her job because she knows how to smile and fake laugh to make sales..I was actually taken aback she said this to me while selling me on going with Directv over the Uverse I had. I switched because she offered the world but sold me an absolute nightmare. She didn't do the paperwork right so I was being charged for uverse and directv at the same time, the suspended my account because they thought I wasn't paying. After hours on the phone with customer service they fixed That mess only to revel another mess which was the fact she sold me att digital life saying that it would integrate with my current smart home switches and features..another lie by crystal, turns out when the tech came out they wanted to charge me $2700 to switch my current system for theirs, I refused service. You would think I learned my lesson and not go back to that location, well like a moron I went back on months later to order two iPhone 7's, I avoided crystal and went with another associate who totally botched the order and sent the phones to an incorrect address which caused unnecessary delays. Jeez. I'm not an AT&T customer, and I don't think I ever will. Walked into the store (empty BTW) and was greeted by "Lori". I'll give Lori the benefit of the doubt, she didn't do a half bad job. I was looking at getting a Wifi Hotspot for my iPad and was comparing between VZW and AT&T. I started asking Lori some easy questions about the "Mifi" unit and she didn't know the answers. Ok, no problem. She went to talk to someone in the back, comes back and we chat some more. Then the oaf of a manager comes out from the back. I ask my rep if there are any rebates going on for the Mifi unit and first the oaf said "No" then magically a $100 rebate came into play. Or an instant rebate if I hold a Tax ID number. Um, ok? The final straw was the manager trying to upsell me on some stupid iHome unit (spend at least $100 in the store and get any accessory for free! YIPPEE!) that bunches of so-called customers have bought. Sure ok haha :). Yep, she was up selling me on some piece of crap when I went into the store to potentially purchase one of their MiFi units! Crazy. I walked out, drove over to the Verizon Wireless Store at the Marketplace and got exactly what I wanted. FREE, just had to pay tax. FYI: ATT: $35/month for 250MB of data usage, $65 for UP TO 5GB of data usage. VZW: $35/month for 3GB of data usage, $65 for 10GB of data...you pick the better choice. Never again, AT&T. read more

I pulled into the store today (Mon, 09/29) at 8:38PM to activate my iPhone 6 that was delivered today and I saw a customer being let in and the door being locked after they entered. I got out of my car and headed for the locked doors (it clearly states online and on the door that they close at 9PM) and no one came to unlock the door for me. There were at least a dozen customers in the store and about the same number of employees inside. A day after the purchase was made, my daughter accidentally damaged the phone with water. We were planning on replacing it with $99, the replacement fee with apple care; however, when we checked with apple we found out that we do not have apple care and we have to pay $599. We went to this store and explained the situation to them but the salesperson lied to our face and denied the fact that we've ever wanted apple care. The manager came but she blamed us for not checking the receipt. LMAO. Blaming us for not correcting their mistake. When I called them out on their bullshit they just said they can't do anything about it.
