They completely lied about everything when it comes to billing - they said they would give an additional 20 off my phone bill each month as well as their 55 and older plan - the biggest lie was they waive the activation fee - all was one big lie and instead of paying around 65 dollars a month I'm paying 90 - I'll stay with them until I pay my phone off and then I'll either go back to T-Mobile or I'll check out Verizon read more

Wish I've read the reviews and not coming here. Went in for an upgrade to a Samsung. Tanya R. helped me. She could not get the data transfer to work from my iphone and told me the issue was only with the S24 so I need to return the Samsung and reorder another iphone and require manager's approval. Then, she switch me to another plan in order to get the promotion credit for my old phone and said it's $10 increase from current plan which I agreed. I went to another store location to see if they can try transfer my data and they had no issue. Then, when my bill came, it was double. I had an extra line added for no reason and the plan I switched to does not qualify for promotion credit. I had to call AT&T to correct all this. Worse customer service when you can't trust the sale rep here. I've been a customer with AT&T for many years and looks like it's time to switch to another carrier. We went to the store to sign up for a new phone for my daughter and the sales rep named Austen was a smooth talker but deceptive. He promised that by adding a better first responder discount, our bill would end up lower even after adding a new phone and a couple of apple watches. Low and behold, when the first bill came, it was much higher than before because of added fees that he had not mentioned. I was inquiring about getting a new iPhone 14 pro as it's been six years since I've had an upgrade. I was mad by a young African-American girl who assisted me in my option. she was extremely rude, the worst sales person I've ever encountered in my life. she had very short temperament with limited knowledge. I asked about the $1000 rebate with signing a two-year agreement. Again, she was very short saying you're phone is worth $350 in a very rude manner. I'll be calling AT&T directly to see what they have to offer. It's very disappointing getting treated with such disrespect after being a loyal customer for 20+ years. AT&T Store in Lake Mary was amazing. Eddie was very professional, pleasant and went over in beyond.

Sammie is one of the WORST employees at this location. He refused to help our son who was an authorized, user to get a Sim card on his phone. We had just spoken to an AT&T representative and sent him to the store. We then called and asked if we can go down there because they were still open for 15 minutes. Sammy then stated the policy is that if somebody comes in and they cannot help them before they close at 6 PM they have to send them away. What terrible customer service! We will definitely be speaking to Greg, the manager and pushing this issue up the chain because this employee refuses service. Not to mention he was VERY sassy on the phone and was getting mouthy. This person doesn't belong in customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! read more

This ATT store should be avoided at all costs. The manager makes promises that she can't keep. She lies about offers and deals without disclosing conditions. They are a snake business. I recommend visiting a different ATT store if you decide to stick with them as a carrier. read more

I went into AT&T in lake mary December 22 and the horrible sales rep Louis R had AirPods in the whole time while assisting me I could hear his music! Very unprofessional. Not to mention I asked him when I arrived to "add myself onto my husbands phone line " and HE CREATED A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT AND LINE FOR MY PLAN not to mention I got an iPad and he added a separate PHONE LINE FOR A FREAKING IPAD! We only have two iPhones and when I got my phone bill the next week it was $400!!!! I called the store and they hung up on me! When I called AT&T's 611 number they also advised me Louis R the sales rep also ADDED INSURANCE ON ALL MY LINES that I did not ask for! I asked for nothing but to be added onto my husbands phone plan and they did NOTHING that I asked! Do not go here! They will lie and give you a receipt that hides everything they added to get commission. read more

Lk Mary AT&T "UPGRADE" OFFER SCAM! Avoid this AT&T Store AT ALL COSTS! So the Lk Mary Blvd AT&T customer experience formula is: GET SCAMMED + ask questions= GET LIED TO AND PATRONIZED + complain = GET BLAMED FOR GETTING SCAMMED + demand accountability = GET MOCKED AND THROWN OUT! I CAN'T be the ONLY VICTIM ---I went to trade in 3 (completely paid off) iPhone 11-Pro's, for 3 iPhone 13's. At the time my existing mo. bill was $307.00 a mo. with a 4 phone Family Unlimited Plan (grandfathered in). The salesman (tall skinny kid) said by switching to the "newest plan" my total bill would drop to $150.00 a month! And for buying 3 new iPhone 13's during the December upgrade/trade-in promotion we qualified to receive $600 of "in-store credits" but we "had to use them that day" and all I had to pay was the 7% sales tax. I said NO WAY! WHAT A SICK DEAL! After reassurances it was actually a "Store credit" and a brief debate on what to pick the kids each decided on Apple AirPod Pros priced at $249 total value $535. I happily paid the $35 sales tax. We "turned in" our old phones and had a Merry Christmas. My December bill arrived in January and it was $599.84! After our trade in credit the monthly upgrade charge for the iPhone 13s was only $2.77 a mo. for each kid's phone and $11.11 a mo. for my 13 ProMax(only $17 total for all 3). Completely confused by the $599 bill, my son went by the store and asked "why?". They said "oh its a phone credit delay, just ignore it, that doesn't reflect your trade in yet, what the bill shows is never right, it will correct everything and balance out the next billing cycle." Wrong! Turns out the sales "man" lied directly to our face and straight scammed us for "upsell/new line upgrades/merchandise sales" commissions. My January bill was again $599.84, so I went myself in to find out what happened. The same salesman then claimed to me that he never said it was an actual "store credit"! HUH? He explained that he told all of us that he had got me "approved for a $600 line of credit"! LOL, YUR JOKING RIGHT? No, I didn't "apply for" or "request" anything related to credit. We didn't even want new AirPods, we already owned Bose Quiet Comfort earpieces(paid $279 each) They picked out AirPods because they were essentially "Free" and I only had to pay the sales tax. Turns out the "salesman" simply added the AirPods charge to my AT&T bill under "accessories" at $42.92 x 12 monthly pmts. UNREAL! Then it turns out the amazing "New Plan upgrade" that was lowing my bill to $150 a month ACTUALLY raised my monthly service bill from $305.57 a mo., by an additional $234 a month, plus the $42.92 (AirPods) plus the $17 mo.(Trade in for 13s) totaling $599! I asked the manager for her assistance, she told me to wait another month and the bill would reflect "exactly what he told you it would be, under your previous bill of $300 a mo." and that "I was the ONLY person that EVER failed to understand that it was a "Line of Credit" not a "store credit". I suggested the three of us simply review the store security video/audio of the day in question and it would solve EVERYTHING! But there was "No need for that" she said, "I already know what he told you, I looked at the paperwork" (HUH? WHAT?) She goes on to tell me, "just have your kids return the AirPods then wait for the credits." I told her I will return the AirPods and the 3 iPhone 13s and cancel my AT&T service(I've had for 14 years), including home AT&T Internet and Uverse (TV) services and give me back the same used models of iPhone 11pro that I traded in. She actually smirked and said "You had 14 days to cancel, you own them!" she handed me my phone bill papers and said "You need to leave the store, now". read more

Do NOT go to this store. The so called manager of the store is a crook, a thief, a liar and shows off her body and tries to lure in by making fake fun conversations to make the phone sale. She is the worst person I have seen in the sales seat as she will lie about everything to just make the phone sale. She told us incorrect information about the deal and we never got paid back as she charged us full and when went back she would not even look or talk to solve. She only understands how to lie and make sale and has no customer vision or ability to make customers come back. In February my husband and I bought two new Iphones at this store. I bought the 11 and my husband bought the 10XR. We were told if I traded in my current iphone, we would get $300 off the cost of the new IPhone 11. We were not going to buy anything without some incentive. When we bought the phones, the young man told us he had to write them up at full price and we would get the discount once my phone was logged into the warehouse. The $300 was never credited back to my charge card. We called AT&T and they said the coronavirus was holding everything up. Three months later and still no refund. We were than told that we never qualified for the promotion and the young man had given us bad information. Hence, no refund. At this point we called the store on Lake mary Blvd. and they could have cared less. We were told we had to call AT&T Retention. AT&T said it was regrettable that they could not do much for us because this store is privately owned and AT&T was not responsible for our refund. My husband has since made many calls and we are waiting to hear back from one of AT&Ts higher ups. To add onto our problem, the screen guard that the man installed to my phone is rippling. I have not been to the store because I never want to see these people again. I will go to the Apple Store when things calm down and buy a new screen guard. The people in this store will tell you anything to get you to buy. They lied to us and they will lie to you. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was there today getting a phone socket a pop socket for my phone, I picked one and to my surprise and delight, it happened to say clearance on the label- when I took it to the counter the lady told me that it cost $16.42 - yes pop socket only cost $15 and it was on clearance so how could it cost $16.42, when she rang it up she never said anything and when I asked about it she said it wasn't on clearance! I was upset because she never said anything to begin with and because it said clearance on an orange sticker on the pop socket! I thought she was rude and very cold, she looked down she didn't say anything so I got upset and she told me I was talking dirty so she had a right to be rude- I may not of been very kind but I wasn't being dirty and I certainly have never heard Clerk say that she had a right to be rude to the customer! I'll never go back to that AT&T, I felt Bernice was very rude! Hopefully she'll be better with others read more
