Was told it'll be a couple of minutes and after waiting for 30 mins they told me another 20 bc they were filling out a police report. I didn't know it took 1 hour to fill out a witness report. There was also 2 employees there both apparently too busy writing a whole narrative and we could not be helped out by either one. The employee was too busy "going into detail" as he stated and went to ask the cop for a whole new paper. How about you focus on better customer service instead. This place should be close down. Went to the store last week to get the Iphone 16 pro max. they didnt have it available. so we made the order in store and the sales lady ordered a wrong device, so we came back to the store ordered a new one and pay taxes again we let that mistake pass i know people make mistakes too. while ordering, the sales lady clearly told us that we will be getting the phone within 2 business days and it been a week now and still have not received it. Called the costumer service and ask for help but them just giving attitude and saying they cant do nothing about it other than wait for the device. If we knew it will take this long we wouldve went to other store that have the device that we wanted, I used to work for atnt and i know how hard it is to make sales but lying to costumers just to make sales and ruin the store reputation is just low. read more

I am an AT&T and DTV customer for almost 20 years and I never been ridiculously treated like the way I was treated when me and my wife walk in yesterday afternoon(12/27/20) around 200pm. We were standing waiting and the rep. Is helping somebody and somebody is also waiting ahead of us and the rep. did not even bother saying anything until he walk right by us and I politely ask if he is by himself working and he stared at me and give me a look and ask me WHAT DO YOU NEED? This store is a joke. Not even sure why there are workers there who don't do any work. My phone has been messing up and before I could even finish my sentence, the male employee working at noon on 7/7/22, told me there was "nothing he could do for me." He handed me a brochure and was done with me. He did not even attempt to look up my account and see if there was anything he could do. I have full insurance on my phone and don't appreciate the poor customer service I was dealt today. Then when I asked him if another store could help me further he just said (with an attitude) that they will tell me the same thing and told me the stores location that is 30 minutes away. Employee is a thief, stay far away from this store, better business bureau needs to shut this store down. Outstanding service. My sons phone stopped working. I stopped in there and had the pleasure of working with a lovely gal named Neesha. She was extremely efficient and basically submitted my insurance claim and completed everything necessary within 10 minutes. If I could write a review without tapping a star, I would. I've been an AT&T customer for ten years and the manager at this store gives the worst customer service I've experienced. I waited for about twenty minutes because he was on the phone in the back. When he did come out, he looked annoyed and asked how he could help me. He was abrupt and obviously did not want to help me. He was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I asked him a question regarding my account and he tapped something into his computer. I waited about two minutes and after getting no response from him I peered around the computer and raising his voice a little and looking at me angrily asked "WHAT!?" I said, "dude, I asked you a question about two minutes ago and you have not answered me." He responded that the page had just come up. At the end of what little help he could offer,I told him that his customer service needs real help. He dismissed my by saying "have a nice day, sir." I said, "it's too late." And walked out. What a horrible store!!! I went Aug 19,2016 to this store,and there was sales person Trevor was helped me. But he made mistake. I asked him to transfer 4 numbers from Sprint to At&t but he transferred only 2 numbers from Sprint. And when I asked him,where should I return my old devices from sprint he answered me,simply drop to their store. The next 2 days,I went to this store with my 4 sprint devices at afternoon. Looks like they was busy with new stocks arrivals. One white tall guy with glass on told me I have to go att.com/trade in. I said okay I wastes my time but that's ok and drive back ro home. Once I got home, I went to att.com/tradein and ordered packages for send my devices. Sep.3 I got packages from at&t trade in I went post office and sent all 4devices(from sprint) to at&t Sep.12 I went in the morning to pay my bill. Benjamin was helped me to process my payment. Sep.20 I realized Trevor didn't transfer other 2 numbers from Sprint (the day I've received Bill from sprint that they still charge me other 2 numbers that Trevor didn't transfer) so I decided to go this retail store on afternoon. And on this day, I've received extremely horrible services!!! When I entered,there was tall black guy with tattoo on his hand. I tell him about my problems and ask him about solutions. But he act like he don't understand me at all I explained to him 4 devices have to be transfer but only 2 numbers was transfer. But he keep mentioned aboout 6devices or add services. And keep making memo on my receipt paper to make them messy Also he keep tells me Trevor is a SMART GENIUS GUY he never mistakes. Huh? If I could put 0 stars I would. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. The employee at this store didn't know anything about the phones. Asked him what the memory was and if we could put SD cards in the phones. He said, "I don't know. I don't make the phones." We then said there were 3 phones we were interested in and to please bring out the 1 that had 2 phones since we were looking to add 2 lines/phones. He then brought out 3 phones. None had 2 of them. He then found 2 of the same phones and proceeded to get them registered. He added one phone and went to add the second, but was scanning the same Sim card and phone, so I said, "yeah, you scanned that one and this phone." He then said, I would have figured it out. I glanced at my boyfriend and the employee proceeded to say, "do we have a problem? Because if you want to have attitude, you can leave. This is my store and I won't tolerate it." I let him know there was no attitude and he then said well you can leave right now. We got up and left letting him know we would be in contact with corporate. He said "that's fine, I'll be here". My first time in your store was yesterday, I walked in, there was one person working and although he was very polite, he was on the phone as he greeted people. There were 6 people in the store waiting to be helped and as I was told I couldn't be helped and left, two more people were walking in. Your flamingo store could probably use more employees, unless you like your customers to wait extensively, or to not be helped, or to leave pissed off. Not a good look on my first visit. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! In February 2016, I purchased an I-Phone 6s. Trevor was awesome and the experience was great! Yesterday, August 24, 2019, I returned to this store to upgrade my 6s. Roberto greeted my quickly and I chose a red I-Phone XR. I was also getting credit for trading in my phone and I planned to finance my new phone with a large down payment for minimal monthly payments. After Roberto transferred my info to the new phone, he left for the day. Jewlie/Jewel was the "almost assistant manager" on duty. I asked if I could get the activation fee waived since I heard another customer confirming that their fee was waived. I'm a long time AT&T customer so I thought it was a reasonable request. She called the manager who said I had to buy a screen protector ($40) to get the discount! What BS. I told her I wanted to cancel the I-Phone XR and leave the store. She told me it was too late to cancel and I had to keep the new phone. Since I couldn't remember my Apple ID password my phone locked up. Jewlie/Jewel tried to help but she had no idea what she was doing. She made me feel like it was MY fault because I didn't remember the password. She kept telling me to breathe because I was so frustrated with her incompetence. She left work for the day while my phone was still locked. John took over and said she entered too many passwords and the phone kept looping. I got my phone back and cancelled everything. read more

They helped save me money as well which is also appreciated. I've even posted on social media for my friends and family to go to them for new phones and things like that. Don't ever go to this store. Worst customer service. Patiently sat there for over an hour listening to BRIAN (that's what he said his name is) flirt with 2 ladies. Talking about everything but phones. I stared at him for several minutes do this and only this, not helping them. Just talking about nonsense. Wasting everyone's time. I ended up going outside for about 15 min came back in. He was still with the same ladies. I interrupted and asked do you know how much longer you're going to be ? He gave me a dirty look and said In an attitude. I don't know. Then ignored me. I said oh you don't know. How do u not know are you almost done ? He said. I don't know smug again. I ended up leaving very upset while sitting in the car trying to figure out where to go next. Less than 5 min later the ladies he was flirting with for an hour ended up leaving. So he knew he was almost done. He just choose to be rude out of spite to me. After I left I went to T-Mobile and signed a new contract. And canceled my service through at&t over the phone today. So BRIAN just lost 4 lines of service and my family as loyal customers. All I wanted was an upgrade. Other comments look like they are talking about BRIAN as well. I walked in on Sunday WITH NO ONE ELSE. They had 3 employees. They were all helping customers already. Everyone else that was in the store was inside already. I did not walk in with anyone. Yet when this one guy was done with his current customer, he ignores me for a whole 20 mins until I finally asked if he could help me. He said he thot I was with those ppl. Really? When what's the point of that sign in sheet in front? I have no idea how he could think I was with those ppl. Then he tells me that he works off commission. Cool! Amazing Amazing Amazing! I had the most amazing experience at this store! I arrived at 10am when the store opened and was met by Janet and another associate. They were VERY helpful in helping me choose the best phone for myself (since I broke mines while in Vegas). Janet even help me set up my nursing discount... that I have been trying to do for months on the phone/online with no luck. I can personally say I've never felt more welcomed and un-rushed in an AT&T store. I was seriously thinking of changing carriers after 20+ years with AT&T but Janet made me decide to stay. She's was great! (I must add that on this same day, a friend of mines went into an AT&T store in California and had a terrible experience and asked me to cancel my service. Once I told him about my experience at this store, he joked of driving to Vegas for his new phone...lol.)
