I came to this store to help me with a new phone. Kay was really helpful but then handed me over to Julian who was only concerned with scrolling his social media than helping me. I explained up front that i was hearing impaired and i needed him to look at me when he talked to me. He was so rude. He says back. YOU COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME. I did tell him. I also told Jay who was kind enough to look at me when he talked. I told Julian i was reporting this store to the disability act services. His response "THAT'S FINE GO AHEAD!" I gave them 8 years of business (which was horrible with constant over billing). for 7 months my account has been closed and settled. not a single call or letter from ATT. and now they sent "a balance" who knows what for to collections!?! not a single employee at the branch can be helpful, take accountability or offer a solution. she also refused to give me her bosses name with a position. and asked me to leave the store!! unreal. I arrived at the Moorpark ATT store at 10:45, the store hours are posted that they open at 10:00. I left and returned around 11:15. It was open, I asked Rene for assistance and was told he can't help me. I explained to him that the on-line chat guaranteed he could. He then said he doesn't care what I was told. This naturally upset me so I complained of his laxidazy arrival time. I told him I was going to inform corporate of this. He said, "They don't give a sh.t". I said we shall see. Then he called me a "f..cking cracker". At this I left the store never shall I return. I did contact corporate after getting transferred a multitude of times. After my Iphone 8 quit I went to this ATT store to upgrade. Most of the process goes smoothly and I walk out with a new Iphone 11. A couple days later I start getting odd text messages directed at a phone number I don't recognize, I investigate and find another phone number setup on my phone, call ATT technical support and follow their directions to get rid of it. Yesterday, my phone is blocked from ATTs network and listed as stolen. Turns out, this ATT store was in the process of selling it to someone and was told not to do it, then the phone was listed as involved in fraud and instead of wiping it or confirming with ATT they didn't sell it they just threw it back on the self and I have had to spend the last 2 days going around and around with ATT and the store in Moorpark to get it working again. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dude working there IS SO DISRESPECTFUL! I went in with my father and When I would say something to the "manager" he would act as if he couldn't hear me, he never acknowledged I was even there. When my dad mentioned stuff about spam calls he said I don't know what you're talking about, I don't even care. Literally, I cannot make this up. He would then keep trying to sell us phones, if he doesn't care why are you trying to get business with us. Also I'm not being racist but there was this guy there both times I went weeks apart. He was just there with his phone, tattooed all over. I think there is a shady thing happening here. We mentioned to him how long he has worked at this store and he said for 2 or more years and we asked about a girl who used to work there and he proceeds to tell us oh I don't know who you're talking about but I've worked here every single day open to close, it's only me. Well of course it's only you ASSHOLE! My dad went back in to buy a phone for a friend and he was again disrespectful. We have a business of our own and honestly that is shitty service. BEWARE! Do not do business with this store. I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing the store to upgrade to the iPhone 11 Pro Max. First, they did not process the order correctly and it took over a month before they realized that my order did not go through. And then find out that the phone I traded in mysteriously disappeared. I started to receive emails from AT&T that they were going to charge me for the traded in phone because they had not received it. I went to the store to tell them about it and they said they would follow up and get back to me. They of course did not resolve the situation or get back to me. I have now been charged for the phone that was traded in and have complain to the store and the district manager. As of this review they have done nothing to resolve the situation. I will now have to sue incivil court to get my money back. I strongly recommend you go to a different store to upgrade your phone. As of four months later I am out the phone and $230. UPDATE: Four months later I received a credit of $230 on my account. What a headache. read more

Unfortunately I cracked my phone during work and went in 2 minutes before this place closed. I believe the gentleman'a name is Brian (sp?) that took me in. He saw my phone and went out of his way to take care of me. He got me a new phone taking over 15 minutes Before closing time. He was polite and patient waiting for my mother to call me back about the account's pin. This place helped me when I needed a phone the same day. I would give this location 0 stars for the service and politeness. I had to get a prepaid SIM card and I was told by the store manager that it will take another 15 mins before he can attend me. I kept waiting and waiting for 1:15 hours and every time I asked how much time? He would say another 15 mins. It was a disgusting experience for me. I would never suggest anybody in this world to go to Moorpark att dealer. It was bad bad bad experience for me. They don't even have a decent chair to sit and wait for your chance to come. If you are looking for amazing customer service a friendly place to be in and an overall great experience go to this location. I have visited many different AT&T stores and none have had this good of service at any location. I was helped by Denzell in my opinion he is by far one of the best AT&T employees if not the best AT&T employee that I have ever talked to, he help me figure out my problems and more importantly he helped me solve my problem, he was very kind he was very patient and he really cared about my situation.
