The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. ​I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great!
