So helpful patient and took his time to kindly help me get set up, explained things to me to make sure I understood the "new" plan/upgrades. He helped me look over my current plan & how I can save money - great value with all my upgrades! When I came back to trade-in the iPad, he happily came in on his day off to assist me & help make sure I was taken care of to get properly set up! But... the amount of time and effort I had to put into going thru rep after rep on their chat lines was unbelievable with them making me go thru numerous loops even doing master resets, getting new eSIMS, but even my neighbors who had AT&T knew there were problems with the AT&T cell towers and they were honest with the neighbor and even credited him with $100.00,,, This did not even cover a daily dollar amount of what my bill is monthly but could never pay for the amount of stress and time on my part that it cost me,.. but what do they as they had absolutely no clue what this was on me as a senior... They will instruct you to turn off the loved ones phone send in a death certificate, all the while you cannot receive your bill because it is online no paper trail. You cannot receive your account # because you are now stuck. This has been going on since March 14, 2025. It is beyond me to be held responsible for a bill that is not being used. Both phones are incapacitated and there is no way to get that number transferred. All numbers as you know are attached to all billing. Can't pay bills without your number. Phone was lost. There is nothing we can do and consumer cellular has no compassion whatsoever. My suggestion would never enter an agreement with consumer cellular. Save yourself run.

Today's appt was at 5:30pm as my AirPods are having sound issues and I have Applecare +. Checked in at 5:30pm was told to have a seat. After about 20 min no one came over as they usually do, so I flagged down an associate. He got someone to bring me back to the Genius Bar area where I sat for an additional 10 minutes or so? before I had to flag down the same guy to ask what is going on. He then got someone to come over to assist me. By this time I had been there almost 40 minutes. The technician that helped me was very nice. He took my AirPods off to the back to test them. Ultimately ended up replacing both. This 1 star rating is no reflection of my technician as he was great. It is reflective of the poor service and communication from the staff that checked me in. I ended up in the store over an hour for something in past experiences has taken roughly 30 minutes.

My phone would not charge and if I was lucky enough for it to charge at all, it did not hold the charge at all. After the repair I thought I needed a new phone since I still had the same issues. I tried 4 different chargers at home and my phone would not charge at all. I called J.T and Ray and they were true gentleman. They apologized although it turned out they had no need to apologize as the fault was not theirs. I had 4 bad chargers believe it or not. I still required the repairs they did but they went above and beyond by giving me a very nice new charger free of charge and assured me that no matter what they would make things right. As I said the charger was the fix but these guys are true, caring people in regards to their customers. I am more than happy and will be a lifetime customer from now on. They work on phones, tablets, game systems, and other similar items I can't recall at the moment. Save yourselves alot of money by repairing these items rather than buying new replacements. You won't regret it.

Took my phone in yesterday Thursday June 25th because my phone insurance company "Assurant" set up…read morean appointment at this store to have my screen fixed on my Samsung S22, it was purely cosmetic damage and the phone was in completely working condition. Glen told me it would be ready in about an hour, came back after an hour and he told me that there was bad news, my phone was completely black screened but he would try to fix it and to give him about another 20 minutes. He was able to get the phone back on but absolutely no pressure could be put on the phone or it would go black screen again. Even joked that it should be carried it in a pillow. He told me to call the insurance and state the phone screen had been repaired but there was water damage and they would send me a replacement. He told me to call on Monday. Mind you I would have to pay 89$ for a new one to be sent which he didn't bother to disclose. Well I called the insurance company, today Friday and told them the truth of what happened and they informed me that I would have to deal with the store since they caused the problem. Went back to the store today and Glen was there at the front desk again, only to be told it basically wasn't their problem and they were not willing to do anything to rectify the problem they caused. This is not ethical telling me to A. Lie about the situation they caused, or B. Not willing to take responsibility for what they did. Just know if they mess up your phone they will NOT take care of the issue and you will be left with a phone that is not in the condition it came in.
