Terrible service. The ladies working in this store were rude and unhelpful. The store smelled nasty, carpets were filthy and the exterior of the building was very dirty as well. I was on the phone with an ATT customer service tech for about 45 minutes only to end up with my phone disconnected and I was not able to make or receive calls. Then...out of frustration I went into this store. I was promptly greeted. Then I was served by Johnathon. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and paid close enough attention to my situation that he resolved my challenges in about 5 minutes. After which, Johnathon responded to my request to check if i was eligible for any upgrades. After discovering that I was, he did his research and came back with two excellent choices and plans. After making my choice I was then told that he could put together a package of an upgraded phone and all accessories with my monthly payment only increased by 8 dollars. Johnathon was excellent. But it did not stop there. A while later I was not able to complete my setup. I went back to the store and was promptly greeted by Lee. Lee patiently and expertly assisted me to the and that he called the ATT tech support and eventually resolved my issue. He then assisted me who handling my old phone as well. As I went to thank Lee, he mentioned that he is a manager. What an excellent experience from Johnathon and Lee. It is evident that attitude reflects leadership. Lee did not pass me off. I do not recommend. Racism at its finest. I walked in today to upgrade my services and I was completely ignored. Some young lady was helping a guest. I walked around and when she's done she walks to the back and say. Someone will be right with you. I can hear employees I'm the back goofing around. 2 white people walk in and they roll out the red carpet for them and I was not even acknowledged. I wasn't going to review this store but I have to comment on the customer service I encountered this past weekend. I was in Las Vegas for an early Thanksgiving and I decided to get the new iPhone 5. I opted for a corporate store because I've experienced enough instances of sales associates not knowing AT&T policies and procedures at other mobile device retailers. I asked whether they had a 64 GB version - which they did so I walked in 20 minutes after my call. Roberto made my stay in the store brief and painless. He activated the service on my new phone and offered other services (gratis) which I declined but it was nice that he offered. He knew his merchandise and he made sure I left without any questions, included those he figured I would have after the fact. Knowledgeable but humble associates like him always make me want to be loyal and return to that store, for that person. Went to another store and the employee wasn't great, at all. Went to this location and it was night and day. The process of upgrading and getting a new phone is usually as painful as buying a new car or a new house. Not so in this case. Anakin, (awesome name!) greeted us at the door, was extremely helpful, and made this process as painless as he could. His coworkers all seemed engaged and professional as well. DO NOT work with TINO!!! I repeat DO NOT work with TINO!!! TINO provided false information. He stated that it would cost my regular monthly bill to put a phone line on suspension. I already thought he was being sketchy because what purpose would it serve to put a line on suspension if I would have to pay my regular monthly bill, which was $160 a month for 3 lines. Immediately called AT&T customer care, then was told it would only cost $10 per line/month for the suspension. What horrible customer service from a sales rep. I don't know what the problem is with this store. Their employees are so devoid of the concept of providing quality customer service its amazing the place is still open. But that falls on the store manager who NEVER returns your calls. The employees in this store run wild like a daycare - they are only concerned about making their commission. Noticed today that - despite the fact that I walked into the store WITH MY MOM and let him know that we were shopping for a phone and new line FOR MY MOM he didn't bother to make sure that the caller id on her phone reflected HER NAME and not mine. Staff was very unprofessional. Went in just to grab a car charger and never felt so uncomfortable being inside a store. When you try to pay your bill they steer you towards machines that do not give change. If you need to talk to a real person good luck because they will make you wait and put your name on a waiting list. Jeanette Taranto and Kassie Kennedy were the rudest,inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional representatives I've ever dealt with in my life. They lied to my fiancé and took an $800 payment for us towards our phones to pay off knowing that we had a past due balance and that our phones will not be unlocked until that was paid. We advised the representatives of our hardship financially due to the coronavirus pandemic. They showed zero remorse , called my fiancé a liar, and got very combative with me. My family was here to purchase an extra phone (we have a family bundle type of plan) for elderly parents, were looking for an inexpensive phones but staff was dismissing when asked for cheaper phones and kept pushing to get an iPhone7. Really?!! Is this your marketing strategy?? Told us we CAN'T get cheaper phones because it's just $6 a month and they are pretty sure we can afford more than that and just get iPhone 7. I went in there and was immediately put on a waiting list. After waiting over 90 minutes, I still was not taken care of. I think what AT&T is trying to do here, is to drive down the number of customers they have to a level that they can handle. This is a really helpful AT&T store if you know what you're looking for when you go in. Depending on when you go in there may be a bit of a wait because it can get backed up but sometimes it just looks really busy when the families in there but they're really only helping one person but five or 10 people. Sales rep that I had helped me his name was Eric and he was very kind and helpful and took his time and made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for with my phone and update on my tablet which is terrific because I use my tablet all the time for all sorts of different stuff for school. read more

Went in today after being dissatisfied at sprint and they were amazing. Jean was amazing. I had 5 lines I needed to set up and it was a bit confusing so to the fact we still had our phones from sprint that we needed to return to sprint but Jean got us completely set up ready to go so we knew we were all a ok before we returned our old phones to sprint. Not only did she get us the buy one get one deal on the iPhones but still managed to save me $100 that I would have paid Sprint for the next 10 months. Melissa the manager also made an appearance and added a little fun to our visit. Jean helped us set all 5 iPhones up and did not ask us to rush or hurry up while we were trying to figure out our new device. So thanks Jean for your time today.
