OK, let's get down to business.... This is going to be a long review. So if you don't have time to read it, don't start ... I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible!!! -I went into T-Mobile to get my screen protector fixed because it was cracked. -When I first walked in, I asked how long would the wait be, the only reason I asked was because there was a lot of people in the lobby. The representative told me you would be next so I said OK. Then she asked me for my drivers license to start assisting me. When I gave her my drivers license, she asked me to pull it out of my wallet so she could scan the back so I did.(This is a key point.) -She asked me for my phone number, which I provided, called over a team member, who then tried my phone number, stated he unable to locate the account as well. -Now I believe her name is Yesenia... has other reinforcement come over to assist her.... they ask me for my drivers license again and she says to me they need to scan it. My response is I provided it and you have scanned it already. She says No! I didn't... I say, ma'am, I don't have a problem with giving you my drivers license... what I do have a problem with is people lying and not taking accountability. -Now they tell me that I don't have screen protector replacement coverage on my phone. I say to them I have the 360 insurance plan on my phone which includes the screen protector replacement. I've used the replacement plans several times, not only in the state of Nevada, but in multiple states because I travel a lot. *** if you can't access my account, How would you know that I don't have the 360 coverage or do?*** -Next they asked me to provide the phone numbers on my account (I did not have them memorized) -Then they wanted to scan my ID again... so I provided my drivers license yet again, the response was your last name does not match what we have on your account, I said to them I have credit cards under both names. Would you like to see them? Also, I believe I updated my name with your customer service over a year ago. They told me I would need to leave and get the matter resolved. -At this point, my emotions were boiling!! I called 611 on my phone while in the T-Mobile Location, thankfully my call was answered right away. The representative on the phone sent a notification, I was authenticated, she verified that my account information was accurate. My name was accurate. The account information WAS up-to-date. I do and always did have the 360 phone protection. That's why I can go into a T-Mobile location wherever I am and get a new screen protector put on my phone. -Everything the representatives put me through that day was out of SPITE!!! -When I spoke to the telephone representative, she verified everything she can see on her system. They can see on their system. -Hoss is the store manager he absolutely has no people skills and he allows Lorena to be dismissive condescending and rude to customers. They both are a tag team of bullies. -There was no apology, there will be no apology there will be no repercussion for this incident because there's poor management!! Hass allowed Lorena to display atrocious behavior, his actions were unacceptable as well. Corperate needs to come in and do a deep clean sweep!! read more

He patiently answered all of our questions, and explained available plans and different cell phone features in a manner that was easy to understand. They were telling people it was about a 15 minute wait, and a number of people left after waiting longer. Another associate stared to help me when he tells me that they can't take cracked phones. I proceed to ask why didn't they tell me that when I walked in now almost 40 minutes ago instead of making me waste my time. I was told they can't take them because they are a fire hazard. Really?? I personally think they don't recycle them and send them off to be refurbished, but that is my speculation. I'm not too fond of phone cases so seller tells me that's fine just bring it in before warranty runs out for a replacement, no questions asked. Fast forward to today. They immediately bill your credit card, but when you try to return something they say it " takes 10 business days, not counting weekends, to get your refund." In the meantime, you will have to call them at least 3-5 times and be on hold for over 30 minutes for each phone placed to them. T-Mobile review The worse experience I ever had in transferring over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I curse the day I went with T-Mobile. They make it so, so, so difficult to transfer, to get a password, to get an account, to get your rebate & absolutely no one in their on-line tech department knows what they are doing. I signed up 9/11/234 & am still trying to change a password & get my $381.25 ( 8 days later). Nothing is ever done right, according to them yet, the people telling me how to do it are the on-line tech people. I spent hours on the phone with a guy named Ramsey (who works from home and I heard his wife & kids in background making all kinds of noise, yelling and screaming) & he told me to drive to the store ( 1/2 hour away which I did & waited in line for over 1/2 hour to get help) to get a password to open my account (didn't know how to even give me a password). Then, if can't get it there he will call me back in 5 days. The rebate was done all wrong although, that on-line person reviewed it and told me was fine. Still trying to get that. Stick with Verizon if have them. read more

Very late review!!! Visited this location with my mom about a week ago. Arrived in the late afternoon, we were greeted by the store representatives and was assisted by Oli. He was very pleasant and helpful with getting us set up with our new account. What I especially appreciated was the fact that he understood that we were looking for something affordable and didn't push the issue of adding more to our account. All of the representatives were very attentive with the customers they were assisting and I thought that was awesome! I came here to start using Tmobile service and a new phone. To my surprise, everything went smoothly and I had no issues. I was helped by Luis L. who was very professional, and for the questions, he couldn't answer he looked them up for me and walked me through the whole transfer process. I have the military plan but I basically get unlimited everything for $70 and if you travel to Afghanistan or Iraq you get unlimited data as well in those countries which is one of the main reasons why I wanted to go with T-mobile. I asked for promos and Luis pulled up the ones that I can get. Dec 2018 the store had iPhone Max plus and Samsung S9 plus discounted so I went with the S9 and cut the Apple cord off finally. The location is in a shopping center across from the Cannery casino. I almost forgot they couldn't transfer my number in the store because I didn't really know my account number, (burner simcard) so I just took the number T-mobile gave me. First of all, they had so many people waiting in line & the workers were moving so slow as if there was nobody in the store. Then it took 3 people to work on my aunts problem?! Nobody knew what they were doing !!! Then they had the sprint lady who was a Mexican lady help my aunt & this girl literally was on her phone texting the whole time. Can u say unprofessional???????? Like seriously girl, u couldn't wait? Not only that they had to call people & inquire questions they should have known. All for them to say oh we don't have the SIM card that is compatible with ur phone. Now I can understand T-Mobile workers not knowing but the sprint worker? He went over my options honestly and in the end I felt NO pressure. He really did have MY best interests in mind. He said go home and think about it. My bill would go up nearly $200 per month for me to get the BOGO, change plans, and add a line. This is actually really ridiculous for a loyal customer but that's T-Mobile for ya. I came 10 minutes before closing but I called in the morning to ask the guy if that would be ok. He was great, so nice. I explained to him that I had no idea what I actually needed. My mom canceled my service with another carrier and she emailed me instructions on what I needed to do 'per another t mobile location'. I just moved to Vegas from the east coast and desperately needed new service and my cell phone to work. Running to the store after work, I was greeted by a girl at the front when I asked if I could come in, after responding that they were about to close told me 'how am I supposed to help you if you don't even know what you need to do.'....well that's exactly why I came in here. There was some confusion as to what I was supposed to do to get on t mobile, luckily a guy stepped in to help. He started the process but I did end up walking out. The customer service was very rude and I haven't been back. I'm considering staying with another company and paying more after my experience. I felt embarrassed by the way I was spoken to and she made me feel inferior for not knowing much about cell phones. My advice would be to not come here at all, I wish I didn't.
