I know this because he gave me his card, along with this story about how they don't have any S7s in Stock today, but if I texted him him tomorrow he'll txt me back and let me know if any came in... I texted him twice today, and guess what? No response... But I figured it was his day off. So I stop by this store again today to check if any S7s came in and there sets Aaron talking to another employee. So from inside the store I called the number that I've been calling all day, and being hung up on, and surprisingly I hear the phone ring in the front, but the young black kid behind the counter is to busy flirting with another employee to answer... TERRIBLE! I honestly would never in a million years recommend this store to anyone...not even my worst enemy. The manager and the horrendous "security guard" [if you even want to call him a security guard] are the worst. My iPhone crashed and I wanted to see if AT&T could do a hard reset to see if it would boot back up. I originally went to the location in San Bernardino however, since I was not the authorized owner on the account (my sister is) they wouldn't even touch my phone. I had my sister meet me at this location in Redlands so that they can check it out. We both arrived there on Sunday at 630 pm and they close at 7 pm. We go to enter the store and the security guard, Mike, doesn't even allow us in. His reason being that they've reached maximum capacity. I thought that he was saying they reached maximum capacity of how many people they could fit in the building. I looked inside and there were only two customers in there. I told him there was no way a store that size could be at maximum capacity. He then stated that they were at maximum capacity for how many people they could take in the day and that the store associates wouldn't be able to see us by the time they were done helping the rest of the guests. If you close at 7, your store should still take customers until you reach 7 pm. Obviously AT&T does not care about their customers and losing sales for potential customers who either want to start a new plan or upgrade. My sister told Mike that she wanted to speak to the supervisor about him not letting us in. He quickly stated the supervisor wasn't there. We then told him we wanted to speak to the manager. He then stated the manager was busy. My sister was enraged and began to tell Mike she wanted the phone number to AT&T corporate and that what he was doing wasn't right. She told him she would like him to go speak to the manager and let her know the situation and to have her get us the corporate phone number. He locks my husband, 1 year old baby, sister and myself outside, in California heat mind you, while going to speak to the manager. About 10 minutes later he comes back and tells us the manager would be out to speak to us and let us into the store. While inside the store waiting for the manager we see store associates finishing up with the customers they were with and having literally nothing to do. One of the store associates passed Mike the security guard. Mike asked the associate what time he was off and the associate responded with fifteen more minutes. So OKAY your store associate has fifteen minutes left to his shift, no customers to help, but they've reached store capacity and it's now 645. The store associate couldn't help us??? The manager then comes out and doesn't even apologize for how we've been treated by this awful man they call a security guard. She bluntly asks what we need help with. I told her my phone was not turning on and would like to see if she could do a hard reset. She then has us sit down where Mike comes back and stands there hovering over the managers shoulder. The manager pulls up our account on her screen where Mike then begins to start looking at what she's doing. I asked the manager that I felt very uncomfortable with him looking at our information and asked if she would not allow him to have access to our information such as our address and telephone numbers. She then says she can move the screen so he doesn't look at it. She moves the screen away from him but then goes back and moves the screen back to her so that she can see, allowing him to see our information again. So unprofessional on her part! I blame the manager for the rules that she has this security guard follow of not allowing customers in the store 30 minutes before close. I'm so upset that AT&T would hire such an incompetent security guard like Mike. He does in fact work for AT&T which the manager informed us. He lied to us and had the audacity to hover over the manager to look at my personal information. It is safe to say that at the end of my contract with AT&T I will be going to Verizon. read more

The day after ordering a new phone online to be picked up in the Redlands store, I called the Redlands store to check on the status of my order. (According to my confirmation email it should have been ready within an hour at which time I was to receive an email.) The salesman who answered to phone was not even remotely helpful. In fact he seemed to make up reasons why my order was not going to be processed and said I should come in the store and buy the phone directly from him. (His exact quote: "If you didn't get an email on the same day you ordered it, then your order was cancelled. It fell out of the cart.") He wouldn't even so much as look to see if my order was on hold in his inventory. When I asked if he would at least check before I drove all the way there, he refused. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REDLANDS! After getting off the phone with the store I contacted AT&T new orders department. That CS representative said that according to her records the order was complete and I should be receiving an email telling me to pick up the phone. After speaking with the CS representative, I asked if there was a number to call where I could make a formal complaint about the Redlands store. She said no. Well now....there's the problem. As an Operations Manager for retail companies in the past 15 years, I have never had a worse experience in a store like what I went through today in this AT&T store. I first called this location to see if they had Apple watches in the 44mm size and spoke to an associate named Gabriel who told me they had every color available just not the ones with the Nike bands. I was excited to get them for my son and I and decided to drive down to the store to pick them up. When I get in, I am not greeted and notice what looks like a security guard playing a game or watching something on his phone. I had to walk up to an associate to ask for assistance. I asked to speak to Gabriel and said he helped me over the phone. The associate went ahead and brought Gabriel over and I told him I had spoke to him over the phone regarding the 44mm apple watches. He then tells me I didn't speak to him and I must have spoken to his manager. I then asked to speak to the manager and Gabriel tells me he's in the back and that they didn't have any 44mm apple watches. Furious over the whole situation I left because I was disgusted at how I was treated and lied to. I have never experienced anything like this and I truly hope this review can serve as a light to what is going on at this location and advise other customers not to go here and experience the same thing. I purchased a pair of apple AirPods on 12/22/20 on the at&t site for pick up at the redlands store. I picked up my AirPods on the 23rd for my sons Christmas gift. On the 26th apple told us that the AirPods where defective and we need to take them back to the original store for a refund or exchange. So I called the store prior to returning the AirPods. I went today 12/29/20 at 10am and was helped by salesperson by the name of Henry, I explained my situation and was confronted immediately with resistance. So I asked to speak with a mgr. moments later Jesse showed up and said they will not refund or exchange my AirPods because i apparently changed or swapped them out, because the serial # on the AirPods didn't match the box, so I asked how can he see that so quickly and to show me what he was talking about. Even if you magnified it the #'s it was really hard to make out. So after being called a thief and a low life, he agreed to finally give me a refund with the exception of me never coming back to the store. Basically I was not welcome to purchase anything else. Mgr. Jesse said" I don't have to do anything for you, I'm not obligated to refund , exchange or sell you anything. People when and if you buy from that store check the serial # 's make sure it's true or they match, otherwise if they don't work your gonna be screwed or called a thief by management. JESSE, you need to realize you have a job because all of us purchasing items from your store and learn to respect the customers. Not everyone is a bad person. Also Jesse you need to go back to att management training course, obviously you didn't learn anything or was asleep when the class was in session. Not sure but she has long brown hair and I believe to be Latina, don't go to her. My husband and I were bamboozled! We were customers of T-mobile but decided we wanted new phones and AT&T had a deal on the latest I phone. We went into the store and met with Ashley. We signed up for service and were told what charges to expect on our monthly bill. It went up significantly compared to what we were paying with T-Mobile, but we thought AT&T is reputable and we are strong believers of "you get what you pay for". After we agreed on a plan, it was time to select a phone. Welp, turns out they didn't have the phones in stock. Ashley indicated that she would order the phone online for us and text us in the next couple of days to confirm the order and let us know when to pick up the phone. Turns out, AT&T has the worst service. No reception whatsoever at my house. Also, I never heard from Ashley. I attempted to order my phone online and was told I wasn't eligible until one year after service, not sure why??!! I went back to T-Mobile on hands and knees . They took us back and gave us a better deal on the newest iPhones. Now AT&T is charging us for a month of service and we only had their service for 13 days and half the time we had no reception! The Representative Michael and some tall skinny manager I think his name was Greg, I went in to get a new phone for myself ,they told me that they can get my direct tv cheaper if I swapped to the streaming service, i went in to talk about my phone and they said that they had it so we started talking about switching my direct tv to the streaming service they were talking about they also told me that if I made the switch they would put a good discount on my cell phone service, I didn't want to switch and as soon as they realized I wasn't budging the skinny guy GREG started being rude had an attitude and didn't want to talk or help me anymore then they went to the back FOR 30 MINUTES keeping me waiting and came back out and said they didn't have the phone after all even tho they already told me they had it before and that I had to go elsewhere if I wanted the phone and because i wasn't signing up for the tv service they weren't gonna give me a discount or my phone and told me I can leave the store and go try in San Bernardino that I would have better luck there. Came into the store on 08/17/16. Immediately upon walking into the store I was helped by an associate. For starters, James and Joseph were phenomenally helpful. Every question I had, they had an answer for it. When it came down to the color of the iPhone 6S plus I wanted, to the GB size. As when purchasing any cell phone it's always best to buy a case, and a few accessories to go along with your new phone you're going to show off to everybody. When Joseph had asked what kind of case I was interested in I stated I wanted something that still covered my phone, yet wasn't so bulky. Jospeh and James proceeded to offer me into getting the bodyguards case which came in a various of colors. As well, recommending the best screen protector for my phone. With past visits I've had to AT&T stores before, they've been long and grueling. However, with this visit I spent no more than an hour max getting everything together and connected. I bought a phone for my mom in there. A simple 60 dollar phone. The lady said there was a 45 dollar term I said. She said we would pay 105. She said there was a deal. She said we could get 200 dollars in credit. She went up and got a head set. We didn't want the head set. We asked her asked her about the monthly bill. We were told that the monthly bill would be the same. It wasnt. We were told that it was taken off I the phone by customer service. We went into the store and tried fixing the bill. Me and my mom went into the store to fix the bill and return the item. The lady in who helped us told us. Th ey couldn't help us. It's a customer service a issue. They couldn't do a refund after 14 days. She said they couldn't help us. I asked for a manager. She said there is a manager meeting. I had to come back in an hour. She walked away from the table. Me and my mother are handicaped. We went outside and called customer service. Well we were on the phone to customer service. My mom who was forced outside. Told one customer that they are con artists. They sent security out on us threating two handicapped people who were told to comeback. The security guard was very threating. Avoid this place. There is a MAJOR disconnect from the actual ATT customer service center and this store. It was already disappointing to find out we were being charged double and had devices listed on our account we did not sign up for, but the lack of help when you go to this store from the sales people is beyond frustrating. To have sales reps tell you "I don't know" and lack any assertiveness to help is a very bad look for ATT. These reps have no problem solving sense, & are strictly looking to just sell phones while adding phantom phone lines and devices to your account. The store redirects customers to call the customer service center, and this after the customer service center has told customers they need to go to the store because items were added to your bill that you didn't ask for. My family and I will most likely switch phone carriers, and in the meantime I can say in all honesty that I will never set foot in this joke of a store ever again. My remote went out and I tried to rush here to have it switched out before closing, when I got there the guy informed me that they don't do that but they do it at the corporate store which.. I called to verify they do it at the location he informed me about. When I called they said they don't swap them out but they sale them for $25 ... this amazed me, when I was with spectrum, you could simply come in with your remotes and they would switch them out no questions asked. I ended up going to a near by store and just purchasing one to avoid having to go to another city to purchase one. To be a customer who pays more than they should with internet/ cable phone we should easily be given a replacement remote especially since they aren't brand new when we get them. read more

I am furious that after 13 years of having ATT and being a satisfied customer, that was all changed after coming here. I added a line and put my wife on my plan and traded in her old phone to get her the new iPhone 11. The gentleman who helped us completely messed up our trade in and here I am months later being told I have to pay full price for a phone that was supposed to be free. On top of that I was having to contact ATT last month to cancel an insurance plan for her phone that had been promised to also be included for free. From beginning until end I did not get the things that were supposed to be done and also getting charged extra on my bill for things I didn't want. I'm in the middle of trying to get this fixed and ATT customer service said that the store has to escalate and fix my problem since that is where it originated from. It's kind of hard when I can't even get ahold of the sales person to fix said problems that were initially created by him. I am borderline ready to file a corporate complaint against this store after experiencing this many issues. Let's hope that things will get resolved without me having to spend hours on the phone. read more

On 9/21/19 I upgraded my phone and the added another line for business purposes. I wanted to pay cash for the phone; however, the young lady at the store advised me that if I paid for the phone, I wouldn't receive my BOGO discounts. Fine so I went with the installment plan. For my October bill, I paid a really large bill which I expected because of one-time charges for upgrading, getting an additional line and new phone. I was supposed to receive a credit for the BOGO deal of $750. When I looked online for my new bill for November, it is $82.70 more than it should be. I called the customer service number, was on the phone with a young lady for about 25 min. She asked me to repeat my account number and security pin multiple times, in the middle of the call, the call dropped, geezzzz what a surprise. I called back, I immediately asked to speak with a supervisor. The young man that answered the call asked if he could get more details on about my situation, I said no because I wanted to speak with a supervisor and I don't want to keep repeating myself. A supervisor got on the line and tried to explain to me that the credit doesn't appear for 4 months after the purchase. I told him that I am a long time AT&T customer, I recently switched my DirecTV to Frontier and I'm about to switch my cellular service to Verizon. All he kept saying is that this is the process and he didn't offer any type of assistance to make a long time AT&T customer happy. I asked him to give me a supervisor higher than he is and he said okay but all they are going to do is tell me the same thing, he transferred me to a non-working number and then back into the automated system. I've been with AT&T for "decades", I'm going transfer to Verizon Immediately! I am outraged! read more

I had a billing issue with AT&T and spoke directly to a rep at corporate AT&T. I had made a payment arrangement over this dispute since I didn't feel I should pay until it was resolved. In addition I informed him that I was suffering and going thru treatment for a potentially fatal health condition and being without a phone could put me at risk. A few days later my mobile line was disconnected and when I called about it they absolutely refused to reconnect my service and ignored my phone agreement and ignored that they were risking my health by their actions. So after 3 separate calls,2 hours and 15 minutes on the phone and dealing with six different AT&T reps and supervisors and getting no where with them, I decided to stop at the AT&T Store on Redlands Blvd in Redlands. I wanted someone to speak to face-to-face and simply understand AT&T's decision process. I didn't expect much success, but I was very surprised at the solution that was provided me. I was stopped by GABE HERNANDEZ, a Sales Consultant, and he asked about my situation and then asked me to be patient as he went into a rear office. After a few minutes Gabe returned and not only was my service reconnected immediately, but he and his manager, Omar, also provided a significant credit on my account for the way AT&T handled things. Wow! After I initially didn't expect any real solution I was elated by their actions and apologies made by both Gabe and Omar. I will be a customer of GABE and OMAR forever. read more
