Andrew is the man! Had a problem with my insurance and was told by AT&T I needed to go into the store to figure out the problem. Andrew waited on hold and talked to the AT&T service center for around 45 min. making sure the problem was completely solved before I left the door. This was the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. Ian is the best! I watch the two of them help a room full of people. No body waited more than 5 minutes. It was amazing!!! omg-- the store was closed--door locked 1/2 hour before their posted time on the building--and the service here says "open for 7 minutes"---hell no-the close whenever they feel like it. horrible! The big guy inside just looked at me and went back to his cash register. I know this is not a REAL att store but come on????? I bet the owners have to be ashamed of this bad business practice "close at will". Horrible. This is why they should pull the franchise. on 12/05/16-- I drove up to the store at 7:33-- and i am back in my house 7 miles away at 7:50 pm. They don't answer and the door was locked up and the big guy behind the counter closing down his register at 7:33pm-- The store says open till 8:00pm. So, I am newish to the Reno area. I needed to upgrade my phone and this was the closest store. I had a great experience with Joe (initially that is)... He decided to upon his own assumption add the insurance to my new phone and didn't one way or another ask if I would like it. I got home and was pretty upset. Not only that but I got one of those smart watches and he told me the promotion price was $0.99. Once he activated the watch, he went into the backroom and said, "sorry, my manager said that is now $300, but since I was wrong, we will make it $100". I wasn't too happy, but decided to deal with it. He told me my watch was only going to be $10/mon. come to find out it was more like $18. Thanks I decided at that point to return the watch because it wasn't worth $18/mon. Surprise, restocking fee of $45. On this trip (my 4th or 5th now back with problems) I spoke with Senta. She was always friendly, but she said the restocking fee was $35. When I got my receipt there it was $45. At this point, I was just tired of getting nowhere with these people who tell you one thing and you look at your bill and it's another. My initial sales person, Joe had told me that I would not be charged with an activation fee of $45 for the watch or the $36 fee to switch my phone numbers. This issue I had been dealing with since day 1. I knew I would be charged, but since Joe and his manager specifically told me that "if it shows up on your bill, bring it in and we'll change it for you". I went back again and told Senta that I was being charged. She looked up my account and sure enough... She told me she would take care of it and call me back. Here we are 4 days later and no phone call from her. I have even called the store and spoke to (who knows they never answer with their names) and left numerous messages to have Senta the manager call me back. Still nothing. I finally resorted to calling the 611 number and requested a manager. I spoke with someone there and explained everything. He was able to waive all my fees that I was promised I wasn't going to be charged. ATT almost lost 3 customers as my family all has them thanks mostly to this store and their misleading, sneaking and lying sales staff they have. In my opinion, this is not how a business should be ran. There was a bit more negativity to my experience from this place, but there it is in a nutshell. read more

This store is awful. Terrible Service! I went in there yesterday, because I have been getting terrible service. My iPhone drops calls. Well the guy that works there told me that I need to go all the way to the South Reno Apple store to have them look at the phone. Then to call the 800 # to get better service. These jerks charged me for an extra box on accident. they made me pay 100 bucks extra for a box I wasnt using and said they would give me a refund. so I return it.. they lose it and its on me.. I find confirmation number and they magically find it. I cancelled service because I was moving and the service sucked. so they forget to send a check.. then erase any phone info we discussed and I end up spending about 2 hours each time I call and try to get any information. every month I call and every month they say they are sending a check. twice they never sent it. 3rd time they sent to the old address. 4th time they say they sent it but 3 weeks later still no check. they put a lot of effort to rip you off. dont use this company! I'm on hold AGAIN! I would guess that my total time either on hold or talking to someone who didnt finish grade school is around 12 or so hours total... all for 100 bucks.. now its the principal and I am reporting them to the better buisness beuro. read more

Stood there an hour to return a phone case for a phone I purchased but had not gotten.The store was nearly empty, but I had to take a number. And they did not let me return it because the time period had expired, even though I had not even seen the phone yet. Guess what I will do next? Cancel the phone! I always hate going to mobile stores due to the fact that some employees are sneaky. Sure enough, Joe tells me one thing and when I go home to log onto my account I see all kinds of insurances packed in my monthly payment. I immediately called the main customer service number and my account was quickly fixed. Joe also said he would add my employer discount on my account and that never happened. I later broke my contract and switched to Sprint due to poor data plans and pricing. It's pick your poison with mobile companies but some are far worse than others. read more

Joe is absolute best! I've been going to him for a while now, he always goes out of his way to fix my problems whether it's calling customer care (which can be a huge hassle at times, he's even been on there for hours at a time!) or getting me the absolute best deal on my cell and TV/internet packages. He truly knows the best deals and solutions. I'm also incredibly grateful he talked me into insurance. I normally don't as I don't typically break my phones, I just get good cases and screen protectors, however he explained the benefits of it and what it covers and when I got my (expensive, brand new) phone stolen I was so happy I was able to go to him and have help getting a replacement with a small deductible mailed to me! This guy is seriously a 10/10 would recommend, he's an assistant manager now and if he ever gets promoted to manager at a different store I know for sure I will make the drive to see him wherever he goes! read more

If you enjoy being lied to on countless occasions, having your money fly away, or having to spend hours upon hours trying to get your account accurate which more accurately would be days fixing what joe screwed up how can you be an assistant manager and fubar an account so bad multiple times then double talk your way through saying an tablet that is supposed to cost $10 plus tax a month was almost $80 a month when I still question you you promise I'd get a call when the new manager came in a bit later in the evening well joe it's a week and a half later and still no call so I call into the call center only to find many more fubars that you did I'm just curious joe do you do this on purpose do you get paid more if you add a tablet as it's own account rather than where it's supposed to be under ONE ACCOUNT and what about switching over and it be automatically taken care of just bring in my last bill and you take care of everything no more to do with my old company and I would defiantly NOT HAVE TO PAY ON TWO CELL PHONE COMPANIES ya I have a $2000.00 bill from Verizon and I'm still waiting for my rebates to pay them why we'll joe fubared yet again and took my two phones under one phone number and that number he was too lazy to add into the system is being rejected because according to the system it was never taken in. Joe you are NO manager just a HUSTLER taking advantage of an disabled veteran who has a service dog and everyone one else that walks through your door who got tired of their old company. Joe the count is, Verizon lied to me once you have lied too many times that I have lost track of them! If I could take all the lies and equipment and shove it up your stores "back door" and drop all ties with att I'd do it in a heartbeat but I'll have to take two years up my "back door" before I can completely drop ties with this company that makes a child a manager when in fact that child should be no where near that level he is at the most he should be an hands off observer then some day able to talk to a costumer but NEVER a manager!! read more
