I called and spoke with the staff a couple months back about an upgrade to my phone. They said I could upgrade to an Iphone 11 and it would only cost me an additional $15 per month on my bill. As of now, my bill has gone up by almost $30 per month and I'm still trying to get it corrected through AT&T corporate. When I spoke with Peter, who claims to be the store manager, he was rude to me over the phone. He definitely could use some management training and people skills. I have dealt with customers my entire career and have never treated anyone verbally as he did to me. I don't generally write negative reviews but I think this one is warranted. This is not an actual AT&T store, but an authorized dealer, I would avoid them at all cost. read more

I don't think I'll be visiting this store again. Tonight I stopped by to get an upgrade on my phone. I was told before by a previous rep last year that I was eligible. The young man helping me who's name is Chris told me I wasn't eligible for an upgrade I had to pay the balance of my phone. I informed him no that's not true. He asked his manager and sure enough I could trade my phone in and pay 0 for an upgrade. I preceded to ask him questions about the different iPhones and he seemed bothered to help me. He showed no interest in my service needs whatsoever. He is the reason I didn't do the upgrade because of his lack of customer service skills. I'll visit the one on Tyler they're always glad to see you and go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Chris you missed the mark. read more

I want to say major respect for Ana, she went above and beyond for my family. She was able to get me the best deal ever and she made sure to help me in any way she could possible. Ordered a phone from them. Said it would take 1-2 business days, which it did. Store closes at 9pm so I went by at 8:40 after driving back from Long Beach to pick it up quickly. They had already locked the doors. Two employees were sitting at the table playing on their phones. When I tried opening the doors, which they heard, they didn't even look up from their phones. Came in here today for a simple billing issue, and after Victor did a great job helping us take care of that, he listened to our questions, and assisted us in getting switched over from U-verse to Direct TV with the Home Life Package all while still saving over our previous service. After having a horrible experience with Illinois customer service while here at the AT&T Retailer, Victor totally made our experience change for the better. Most people do not know AT&T "authorized dealers" are not the same as the corporite entity. I discovered this the hard way. I've talked to many people who also do not know this. We all think that because they're in an actual building, they are part of the corporate entity. But they are not, and this particular authorized dealer had two gentlemen who played me by saying they would lower the price of an item by $100. I purchased it for that reason. Then they made believe they had worked it to sell it without a contract. When I checked the next day, I discovered the same item sold through Apple for the "lower" price and in fact AT&T website sold it at the "lower" price with no contract. So I took it back, asked for return of my money, and had them cancel the data plan. I started all over again at Apple and used the AT&T corporate office and now am very happy. Went into AT&T to try to figure out why I didn't have any service , they were helpless!!!!!! All I wanted was to change the phone since it wasn't the SIM card but they couldn't even help me . Went here to upgrade two of my three phones, The person who helped us did not seem very knowledgeable about how to process upgrades. I inquired to make sure that my unlimited data plan line would not be changed. I was assured that the plan would remain unchanged. Low and behold I received an email that I was over limit on my data plan. When I contacted AT&T they said that the store changed my data plan, even after I told them not to! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE----THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROCESS UPGRADES CORRECTLY! I sincerely hope this problem can be corrected. Right now it is unclear... read more

I am here now and have had good experience so far. I feel bad for these guys since this super rude lady named J.Soloman or whatever was so disrespectful to these poor guys for no reason when they did nothing but try to help her. We got here around 10 but with 4 phones it will be a while. Jesse and Al were super nice and helpful to everyone in here even with the longer wait caused by us.
