Avoid The Fix at the Tyler Mall. I brought my dad's phone here after it was crushed by a hospital bed while he was recovering from a stroke. Memo told me he could fix it "no problem" for $105. When I went to pick it up, the screen cracked as soon as he set it on the counter, which immediately made me question the quality of the replacement parts. It then took another week to get the phone back, and I only got updates because I repeatedly called the store. Memo told me the repair was guaranteed, but when I took the phone to my dad at his rehabilitation center, the microphone didn't work, making it impossible for him to call me. When I returned, instead of honoring the warranty, Memo falsely claimed the phone had been dropped in a toilet, "smelled bad," and had water damage. He even asked me, "Can you understand my English?" before refusing to fix it. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking a refund. I went in for a quote for my back camera as one lens was cracked i also have a small crack at the bottom of my phone. she said to fix the crack on my front screen it would be 250. Which i know is a scam so i decline. The camera was going to be 30 which is nothing, i havent been able to take .5 pictures so i just wanted it fixed. Besides that the camera was perfect. She said 15 min i went after 20 and she said 5 more minutes then after 15 min waiting in store she said it needed to dry. I checked the camera and i was already stressed because the lens in no way matched the other two, it was more than apparent to me. i switched through 3x, 1, 2 the camera totally skipped past the .5. My camera now has black orbs that not only are visible to me but when i send pictures. My sister refused to leave until we spoke to her because its just not right. I understand that she came off hostile but an iphone 13 pro isnt cheap she refused a refund, refused to change the lens she put on. She said it was dust, i bet it was dust because she took 45 minutes to fix my phone and left my exposed camera while she worked on other things. Dropped off my son's iPhone 6 Plus on 2/14. Needed a chip replaced on the motherboard - it wouldn't hold a charge. The man in the store said technical issues like that are given to their "contractor" and it would be done later that same day or the next day. Paid for the repair ($125) up front. The next day (2/15) I found The Fix on google and you can "message" the store (844-827-8696), since I tracked it via "find my iPhone" to a location in Corona, and inquired when the phone would be finished. Someone responded, saying later that evening. I assumed someone would call me when it was ready for pick-up. I tracked the phone Thursday (2/15) night and it was at the Tyler mall. Still no call. I got busy over the weekend, but tracked the phone each night, each night it was at the Tyler Mall. I went Monday (2/19) morning to pickup the phone. A salesgirl asked me what phone I was picking up, I told her my last name and that it was an iPhone 6 Plus, but before I could finish my sentence, the original salesman interrupted, telling me he spoke with me last night (he did not), the phone still isn't ready, these things take time, blah, blah. I was trying to tell him "find my iPhone" says the phone is AT THE STORE. He refused to check, said it wasn't there. We left the store. Called from the parking lot and they said they HAD the phone, but we told them the wrong phone in person - that it was our fault, and they would show us the security footage of me saying the wrong thing. My husband went back in, with the receipt, and they told him the phone WAS NOT paid for and if he didn't pay for it again, they would call security. My husband wasn't certain of the payment situation, so he paid and got the phone and when he got back to the car, he told me this and I showed him the actual receipt from "square up" indicating that we had, in fact, paid for the phone when it was dropped off. My husband goes back in, shows the actual receipt, the salesman STILL wanted to argue -- that it was OUR fault, that we were hostile from the minute we entered the store, that they don't have a phone number where you can message them to update your phone's status, that they don't allow you to pay for repairs in advance, that he said he tried calling me several times to let me know the phone was ready but I never picked up -- I have voicemail and never received ONE message from this business. I freely admit, when he said the phone originally wasn't there, I *did* get a little huffy and I was just incredulous that I was being treated in this manner, when they were paid and had the phone the whole time. We did get refunded our second payment of $125, but nonetheless, I will NEVER go back to this place. I am filing a report with BBB and with the Tyler Mall management. read more

Do NOT come here I had cracked my iPhone 6s several months ago and my phone battery needed to be replaced. I finally went to get it fixed on March 14th. I usually go to another repair place off Pierce but they moved locations and didn't leave a contact. I was going out of town and needed my phone fixed before my trip. I looked online and found this place in the mall. I called them and the guy said he would fix my screen and replace my battery for $100 even. When I got to the store he said because my screen was not the original it would be $110. Makes no sense but okay. Had it fixed within ten minutes. And I ended up having to pay $120 because of tax. How the whole transaction went down was shady. Phone started acting up two weeks ago so I went back to the store because I had a 30 day warranty. The same guy who fixed my phone the first time was there to service me. He had an attitude right when I walked into the store. He told me one of my phone screws was missing and was reluctant to replace it but eventually did. Then he says the missing screw wasn't why my phone was acting up and that the problem had to do with my front camera. He went on to say it would be $49 to replace my front camera and that the warranty doesn't cover it. The warranty only covers what he replaced originally which is the screen and battery. But if my front camera was fine before he replaced my screen and then started acting up after he replaced it I don't understand why I'd have to pay for somthing he's services screwed up. All in all this store is a complete SCAM. Their customer service SUCKS. They claim they use high quality top notch replacements but they don't. Never called, I had to call him first and he said to come at 12 to pick it up the next day. Showed up and he said it wasn't ready and to come back in an hour and a half. When I finally picked it up the computer was even worse and the fan is now broken which was not an issue before. About ten minutes in the guy from the iFix store shows up saying he found it . "Apparently " he found the phone in the TRASHCAN OUTSIDE THE STORE!! (Like how????) When I got home I noticed that the touch screen was not picking up about half of my actions so I called Verizon and they told me to remove the screen protector. The phone works perfectly again. I told him that I wanted a refund and he said that they do not give refunds and that I could bring the phone back in and they would put on another screen protector. Came in for a phone cover for my mom's older phone. I was surprised they had one for it. Your Guy assured me it was the correct one. Got home and it wasn't the right one. It had a very small part that broke on the outer frame, I assume because it was the wrong phone trying to fit. Poor design isn't your fault though I suppose. You wouldn't replace it with the right one because I cannot find the receipt (totally my fault) however I had the transaction on my bank statement to show you. I came to get my cracked screen fixed and after I picked up my phone, I noticed my camera quality was very poor and very clearly not the original camera that came with my phone. After paying more money to get my camera replaced at a more reputable store, I went back to get a refund from The Fix. If they messed my camera up and had to replace it that's fine, but the fact that not only did they replace it with a shitty camera but they neglected to tell me that my camera was changed in the first place is not okay. When I went back to the store, the supervisor proceeded to try arguing with me and tell me that the camera I had was indeed my original camera. The picture I included shows the crappy camera I had to get replaced. You can see that the apple logo that should be on the camera part is blacked out which is evidence of the camera being a replacement part as explained to me by the more reputable store that fixed my camera. It's illegal to sell unofficial apple products parts with an apple logo on it, which is why the logo is blacked out. Standard apple cameras that come in the phone straight out of the box wouldn't have the apple logo colored out. In the end, the supervisor was extremely rude and refused me my refund.
