If I could give 0 stars I would. At&t are a bunch of liars! They deceived us and manipulated us. Having us believe our bill wouldn't go up for 3 years. When in fact it has gone up twice in the past 2 months. They said if we switch to Optic Fiber internet that it would make our bill cheaper. For the internet it did. But as a bundle it made our phone bill gonup by almost 20 dollars. And they tricked us to lock us in a contract so now we can't get out of it unless we pay off the phones. They told us the phones were free if we signed up. This business is bad all the way around. I am going to look into doing a Class action suit against them. DO NOT GO WITH AT&T. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT GREEDY, DECEITFUL LIARS! I can tell you they have lost our business and our trust. They are not worth your money or time. They have been horrible from the getco. Poor customer service! I went in today to drop off my daughter's phone on a previous trade in. All the paperwork was already done & we were asked to just drop off her phone after we transferred the data over to her new phone. The employee there was asking us if we went over the 30 days period & he said we needed to charge the phone so he can confirm what model it is. I advised him that all of that was already done at a different AT&T location. I then asked for a charger so I can charge the phone so he can look at it. He then told me they don't have a charger for that particular model because it was an older phone. At that time I just walked out of the store. These people obviously do not want to help me! How do you not have a charger for a 5 year old phone! I heard terrible reviews about this store but I was on the way to work & it was on the way. I will NEVER go there again & I warned you not to go there either! Most AT&T Stores provide very good service but this store has terrible service! read more

My iPhone 14 started acting up, and from what I read online, it was probably due to the last update, even though that was a few weeks previous. I called ATT Customer Service three times to get help; they checked my home internet, and the wi-fi service was fine. Yet my phone said I had no internet, even though I could open some apps. I finally went to this ATT store (I didn't get their names), but she fixed it! It turns out it was my VPNs causing the issue. What a relief! This will be the store I go to if I ever have a problem again and will buy my next iPhone here. read more

Do not come here. They will not help you if you have any problems with your service. This store lost a customer since 2014. My service was turned off by mistake, and I couldn't use my cell phone to call customer service, so I went inside the store to use their phone. A light skin black guy named "mark", was very unprofessional and tried to make me go to another store. I made him give me the store phone and provide me the customer service number. After I spoke to customer service, they apologized for the mistake and turned my service back on. Going to an Authorized Dealer like this is a waste. Go to a corporate store. Don't waste your time. I've noticed through the years that different reps at this store and other authorized dealers only care about selling. If you have other issues, they act inconvenienced and lazy. read more

It says online they open at 9 am on Saturdays, myself and a couple other customers were waiting outside the locked door. I called the store and was transferred to a help center since they didn't answer. The woman confirmed someone was clocked in but again, lights were off, door was locked, and we were waiting. So 20 minutes after 9 am I called again to notify the help center that the store was still closed after open hours and a male answered this time and when I told him the door was still locked, he hung up on me. Baffling that they blatantly care so little about bare minimum customer service. read more

Attitude was bad from the get-go as if I had interfered with their time to do nothing and watch tv as there were no customers. Both were pretty rude, a short dude and an Asian girl. Just now I've learned they've added things to my purchase and plan that I never asked for nor did we even discuss. Things that I have to pay for monthly. Good thing I caught it in time so I can cancel it. The guy is the one who process my transaction and I'm sure he add it in on purpose for more commission. This AT&T store is very shady. This place is the worst. I've been att customer for decades. I go in for a basic setting fix that I just cant figure out myself with google and a bunch of additional research. The girl at the counter blows me off. I said" I've tried everything, I guess we'll have to call tech sypport". She didnt even offer to try to fix it she told me i have to call support. I looked again to make sure I was in the att store and said that I came here because it's your product from your company's store. She said I only have one line and I have to keep it open for business. Are you joking?! The phone store can't afford to have enough phone lines to support their business and customers and their employee doesn't try in any way to make an effort to solve the issue so I left. Why are people so lazy today? A phone store with only one phone line. What a joke of a phone store. Unreal. I went back because I just couldnt believe it. I asked if the store was corporate or independent. She said independent. I said I want the number for the owner, she refused, I asked her name, she refused. Now does this sound like someone who has the customer in mind? She threatened to call the cops if I didnt leave so i left obviously, then as I walk out she taunts me with " oh now you're running away". She obviously has issues. I literally came in crying. Tracfone is the worst. Hours and hours trying to get my phone to work and after I finally gave up I spent hours trying to get a transfer code to no avail. They wanted to sell me a new phone and I didn't want to buy a new phone, They told me twice I needed a new sim card and neither worked. They tried to text me a transfer code for my phone that wasn't working. They said they would email it and I never got it twice. I walked into At&T and I was the only customer. Allen was working. I told him my plight. He spent 2 hours helping me. Tracfone was giving him the run around too. He started quoting the FCC violation they were committing. Finally he got the transfer code and I signed up with ATT. He even spent time after closing getting my phone set up. This man deserves a raise, promotion whatever. I'm giving 5 stars specifically for the rep that helped me. If my receipt is correct his name was Marcus G and in case it isn't correct I went on Monday the 28th of January 2019 around 1pm. He was the only person working. I felt sorry for him due to that since there were a lot of customers that needed help but he did his best and was very polite and apologized for the wait. He likely needs a raise or recognition due to all the flack I saw him put up with while we were there, especially since he was handling the whole store by himself. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! LAZY BUMS, DON'T DO ONE SINGLE BIT OF WORK FOR YOU On the afternoon of Feb 7th, 2020, was first helped by a skinny young guy. He had me write out every simple thing I needed: Put a SIM card in my phone and activate it with the receipt that I gave him. We then reviewed this simple task. Then we reviewed it AGAIN. I came back 90 minutes later, and a Latina young woman was sitting there staring off into space with my phone three inches in front her hands. She had done NOTHING AT ALL. The matter had been turned over to her. She herself said so. Then she just stupidly stared at me and brainlessly said, "How may I help you?" over and over, like the lazy bum she so truly is, She didn't read any of the big notes taped to the phone while it was in her hands. She didn't talk to the fellow employee who arranged for her to do the job. She didn't use her brain. She just failed and failed and failed to work. So I'm out two trips to the store and I can't use the telephone. If you're foolish enough to waste your time and go to try to get results from these idiots, you're an idiot, too. I bought a new phone that required a smaller SIM card, I asked them if they could help me and they said they could either cut the card to a smaller size or transfer the SIM card info to a new one. Not only did the guy there cut the SIM card too small to fit in EITHER of my phones now, but they told me they couldn't help me because the account the SIM card was registered to belonged to my deceased mother. The person who was "helping" me clearly did not give a crap about his job or the customers. Thanks for helping me decide to go to a different provider! Never trusting AT&T ever again. read more
