Honestly came here looking for for internet service, workers seemed helpful and told my situation of needing a technician to run the internet lines into my apartment, the worker gave me her number and said to call her incase of any help, I thought she would make the appointment right there and then as I clearly told her I would need one, I receive my equipment in the mail called her and never answered, called the store and they told me they couldn't do that for me and gave me a 1-800 number... then I randomly get a text from the girl who previously gave me her number and said she'd do it right away, next day I texted her and never replied, the next day again and nothing until I finally called myself and waiting for ever for someone to pick up, then the technician arrives and this is guy is rude, aggressive and can't seem to follow direction on how we needed the internet cable to be routed, all around as a new ATT customer it has been a shit show and I don't think I'll ever recommend or get their services again.. read more

This store barely earns 1 star. If it weren't for Sonia that greeted us and tried to get a manager, I'd give them zero stars! She called the manager, Moe, who said he'd be back in 5-10 minutes and could help us. Supposedly he was at lunch. We waited an additional 30 minutes before we gave up! It must be nice to take an extended lunch when you know a customer is waiting and the store closes in an hour. Apparently they don't care about customer service. I spent almost 1 hour at the store tonight to deal with a "transfer of Billing responsibility" issue and a MyATT app "linking account" issue. The team lead, JOY, was super helpful. She went through several options to narrow down the root causes, got the other account owner on the line, and eventually suggested to add "an authorized user" and took over to complete the billing transfer. She was very skilled and knowledgable. She also made sure to hand over the "linked account" issue to another team member before she left for the day. I am grateful as it would have taken me many calls and more than a week to sort it out over the phone. Thanks to JOY! read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with (Joy or Mary S as it says on my receipt) the manager with glasses. I was given a different trade-in value than what was indicated on my receipt, and when I brought this to her attention , she said oh let me fix it. This caused me to doubt her words and double-check the invoice . We Additionally questioned her about the monthly payment as she stated it was around $5, but the invoice said it could be up to $1,000. When I pointed this out , she became rude and threatened to call security due to our "frustrating conversation." I am grateful that Jason intervened and handled the situation professionally. I hope that she can learn from this experience and provide better service to customers in the future .I would give Jason 5 stars. read more

Poor service and attitude from this store manager, Luis, and store representative, Jason. I had no issues ordering an iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 16 at other AT&T stores using my account in the past, even after being told my name situations. This time, I came here for a trade-in. Jason took care of my phone, printed the invoice, and explained that the charges wouldn't be the same for the first few months. I wanted to understand the difference, so I asked them to print a billing statement. At this point, he insisted that the name on my ID didn't match my preferred name, so they couldn't access my account. I then asked Luis, who said they had to comply with company policy, and that other stores were violating it, which could result in termination. I called AT&T customer service, and the representative confirmed the same policy. Maybe many other stores might be risking termination at some point but at least Jason and Luis should have tried to speak professionally and nicely to a customer. How could they trade in my phone if they didn't validate my name before applying the credits to my account, but then later couldn't show me how the credits work? How could I know if the trade-in process was successful? The customer service representative said they should have checked my name first and provided me with a tracking number, which made more sense to me, but they didn't. Jason kind of had an argument with the customer service representative and insisted their system is different from the central AT&T system. The invoice meant it was completed. All of them were ridiculously unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the trade-in process. read more

The wait times on weekends rival the DMV. I was redirected to this location to activate a phone-- led to a 2.5 hour wait that culminated in: "oh, we don't actually do that here." Not exactly the answer you want to hear after you've been trapped in Valley Fair for however long. WHY NOT TELL ME EARLIER... :-( An Apple tech sent me here to activate my phone because "it would be faster"-- huge mistake. Upon arrival, there were 2 groups ahead receiving assistance from employees. I approached an employee on standby and explained that I needed to authorize/sync a new phone, showing him both phones and the sim card. Clearly he glossed it over and put me as #3 on the waitlist. We waited 2.5 hours. Customers came and went, while employees went into the back room for indefinite amounts of time. Time pretty much ceased to exist. I was in a black hole? Eventually, I was called up only to be told that authorization needs to be done by the Apple employee :-) Who I had spoken to :-) 2.5 hours earlier :-) and their techs had been erroneously sending customers to their store repeatedly :-) since October 2020 :-) because authorization is done over the phone :-) not in-store :-) Wow. If only there was a way to screen for this before customers waited for 2.5 hours :-) They even let us know that the "ATT" sim card the Apple tech handed us wasn't even ATT verified. Wat The team offered to comp the $5 fee for their own ATT sim card and make an exception to authorize the phone in-store rather than over the phone-- and even then, it took the phone the rest of the evening to sync (I was informed it'd only take 1 hr!), losing some texts in the process. There was a whole window between Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon where neither my new or old phone could receive any messages, even when I KNEW a message was sent, so I have no idea how many total messages I missed or where they went. Not sure if this is more of a ATT issue or a product oversight by Apple. I'd really recommend they have a better way for triaging customers. Lucky I had extra time to burn. read more

The times that I have written reviews are very few. After looking at the reviews there are a few negative ones, they are most likely because of old management. I went in yesterday @ around 7 to pay off the rest of my phone because the camera was damaged and to then upgrade to a new one. I couldn't be more grateful to have been approached by a manager named Clarissa. She saved me a good chunk of money because I had forgotten that I had the insurance and she helped me file an insurance claim. So I only had to pay $250 for a complete replacement of the phone!! If it wasn't for her giving me all the options she could've I would've ended up spending more money than I did!! read more

This review is a shout out for Danny and Jesse, not necessarily AT&T. I came in to protect my new s22 Ultra and turn in my trade because AT&T didnt send me a return label. Danny was awesome! Helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped me with a few setting adjustments on my new phone. I ended up with a new charger, case and screen protector. Luckily there was a buy 2 get 1 promotion. If I need to go into an AT&T location it would be this one and I hope Danny and Jesse are working. read more

Jason was my phone technician/sales person. He was very helpful in assisting me getting my daughter's new iPhone setup and added to my account. He reviewed my current phone plan and was able to show me where a could save a little money. Always a plus! He and his Manager Larissa also assisted me in updating my Directtv to a different plan. They're a good tag team, they definitely worked well together. It took a little time but they were able to get everything figured out to my satisfaction. Francisco is a terrible customer service representative. I went there to add a new line to my account for a family member and he asked me if I wanted to change my plan. When I asked him what would be the difference, he said that it would be the exact same except I would get "better and faster service". He did not tell me that I would lose personal hotspot access, and on top of that he told me I would get a 20% corporate discount from the company I work for but he associated the wrong company (with a lesser discount) with my account even after I told him 5-7 times my company name (I even spelled it out for him every time). This guy needs to go. Never been more dissatisfied with any customer service experience, and I've even been on United Airlines. read more

Wow this is the worst store. The people know nothing about the plans, or phones or anything. We asked 2 different people the same questions about the same plans and got 2 completely different quotes. I'maddition we were told we could not add an additional authorized user in the store and it had to be done either on line or by phone. They told us doing it over the phone would be much easier, but in 5 minutes on our phones on line we had it finished without issue. Went to AT&T to get a new iPhone. iPhone 7 trade in at AT&T was $87 vs $200 towards an iPhone X Max at the Apple store The AT&T sales rep straight up LIED to me that the Apple store cannot set up AT&T accounts and that I must go thru AT&T. this was a lie for the sales rep to get commission most likely. Went to Apple and traded in the phone and Apple set everything up for me without any issue. I wanted everyone to know the DISHONESTY going on there at AT&T. I just bought a new phone on Thursday and they offered a promotion where if you buy a phone you can buy an iPad for only $99. I came in on Thursday. Rep 1 said "we have this promotion blah blah blah" wrote it down on his card, SIGNED IT, and said it's valid for 14 days. But they didn't have any in stock so I came back to ATT the next day on Friday. And the reps said they still didn't have it in stock but they could order it for us and we could pick it up tmrw since the promotion is good for 14 days after you purchase your phone. Came back on Fri morning and verified with Rep 2 "is this promotion still going on, can I still avail of it" Rep 2 confirms, "yes ma'am but we still don't have it in stock, if you come back tomorrow and leave your name, we'll order it and have it ready". I call later on Fri night and verified with Rep 3 "I ordered an iPad, want to make sure the promotions still valid and the iPad will arrive tomorrow on Sat?" Rep 3 confirms "yes ma'am we have all the details ready for you to pick up tomorrow" When I came in on the third day to pick it up they said the reps had been offering an expired promotion and they couldn't get us the iPad anymore. They wouldn't offer a refund or anything. I called customer service and no one could help me. Came in on Saturday and their assistant manager flat out said "it's an expired promotion that ended June 30, can't give you the iPad, my hands are tied." No refund, no nothing. He kicked me out of the store. I called ATT and was on the phone for like 2hrs. I kept crying. This is NOT how you treat customers. We have been loyal to ATT for over a DECADE.
