When I came back she was busy with other customers so she had this other guy take over who came up with different amounts on this already confusing contract and Lillian would not stand behind her original proposal. Several years ago, T mobile put me on the "Magenta over 55 plan" and I was told the price would never go up and three years later it did and I was told "oh sorry, situation beyond our control". This is the second time T-Mobile has lied to me and after 8 years of being a loyal customer its time to move away from them. I am very disappointed and wasted my afternoon with this store!

Asked if they could just replace it since it is still under warranty and the manager told me no because there was not enough charge on the battery. Will not purchase from them again. The battery was good for 2 years though but that is not much for a battery that cost over $400. EDIT: Called customer service as I was asked. They understood the issue and also could not understand how the store thought the battery could be over 10 volts if it is not taking a charge but the owner still refuses to replace.
