Don't waste your time here. They don't know ANYTHING & can't help with ANYTHING. They can tell you when you've gone over your minutes or data plan...which most people already know when they go in...but if you ask them WHY you've gone over, they will stare blankly at you & say "I don't know". Miguel from the Escondido Store happened to be working in this branch & he was about as helpful as lighting a match to put out a fire. He even went to the "manager" of the store who also knew absolutely nothing. Maybe they should automate the entire store. They could make a lot more money not having to pay for some unknowledgeable person to take up space and a machine might actually be of more service!! Go ANYWHERE else but don't bother visiting this store unless you enjoy frustration!! read more

What a waste! My dad has received over 100 calls in just over 2 hours from states all over the country. He called AT&T and they recommended downloading an app that blocks spam calls and they were very helpful. The only issue was that it said HD Voice needed to be set up in order for that app to work. We were not sure how to do that so he went to this location for help. The woman who "helped" him did nothing to try and fix this problem. All she needed to do was help him download this app but he was told there was nothing she could do and he needed to block all of these numbers. Block over 100 phone numbers? He's getting calls/text/voicemail literally every minute and she wants him to sit there and block each and every one? They are only calling once so what is blocking going to do anyways? Nothing. We have been with AT&T for over 15 years and would expect way better service then we were provided especially considering the amount of money that has been spent with this company throughout the years. What a great way to put a bad taste in our mouth. Our home phone/internet and 5 cell phones in the family are all through AT&T and this woman couldn't do anything to even TRY and help. I highly suggest either training your employees better or hiring people that are more considerate of others. What a shame!!!! I do NOT recommend this location whatsoever. Stay away! read more

The salesman explained right away i needed to pay my bill , as it was 2 days past lol i asked for the manager alberto i believe... thinking he could pull some strings since i always pay my bill on the 10th of every month (when i get paid) Mind you, I've been att&t for 10yrs. So bottom line. Alberto had no button on his little screen to push that could make an exception for a couple days so I can get my phone now instead in a few more days. I'm not sure why Yelp doesn't offer the option for ZERO stars. To give AT&T one star is truly being generous to them. I didn't actually have any direct contact with this store, however, since I live in Vista, and my problem is with AT&T Cellular, I decided they were my "target". After having moved to South Vista three months ago, I have been constantly fighting with customer service to get this issue resolved. I have absolutely no coverage inside my home. At best one bar to no service. I literally have to walk up the street a few blocks to have a conversation. Since I work out of my home and talk to clients all day long, having a reliable, strong cell phone signal is imperative. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, I'm done. The last call was to an EXTREMELY rude CSR who just kept emphasizing that if I cancel my service I will be charged their BS $175 early termination fee. The previous time with a CSR she suggested that I go door to door to everyone in my neighborhood to see if they have AT&T and if they are experiencing the same problem. She indicated that if enough people in my neighborhood complain, that they actually might put in another tower... WOW! REALLY??? You're go to be F'g kidding me here???!!! And of course there is no guarantee that a tower will be built. It could be 2012. After being a loyal AT&T customer for over 4 yrs, with consistent, on time payments this is the gratitude I get? Recently I had considered Cox cable for internet service since Cox has 50 Mbps internet for $50 as opposed to AT&T's 18 Mbps for $45. However, I have always been impressed with AT&T's customer service (I have been a customer since 1988) and read many horror stories on Yelp about Cox. Yesterday, I received an offer in the mail to transfer my outdated AT&T DSL to Uverse. I called AT&T and spoke to Mathew and he said to transfer "there would be no fees of any kind" (no activation fee, no modem fee and no installation fee), so that sealed the deal. Today, Jessie J. came out and installed the Uverse internet. Jessie was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about Uverse internet. I am very satisfied with the much higher speed internet and will definitely recommend to my many customers to get AT&T Uverse over Cox. It is extremely rare that I have experienced such good customer service from a very large corporation. Keep up the good work AT&T. read more

I have been here for so long that I can feel each individual one of my hairs greying as I type this. The stupid girl when I had called earlier never alerted me that I'd need the account holder present in order to purchase a phone (without a contract. Just a phone. Over six hundred dollars, no contract). I had told her that initially. Naturally I drove here without any warning that I'd have to go back home, wait for the account holder, then drive back. We got here like an hour ago & were placed on a wait list as number two. Sounds simple enough. I'm very patient. It's been over an hour and we are still number two. Had I known it'd take over an hour to not even move on the wait list I would have put myself on there four hours ago when I called. I'm getting really pissed and impatient. They told me it would take a total of less than ten minutes to process my entire transaction. I do not understand why it's taking what seems like fucking eternity for like five or six employees to finish O N E customer in over an hour. I should have drove to the Apple Store and supported them rather than these uneducated and severely confused looking " employees ". UPDATE : JUST LOOKED AT THE TIME AND WE HAVE BEEN HERE TWO HOURS. TWO HOURS. I don't know if the employees do not know how to do their job or if these idiot customers are being taught to build a phone from scratch or what but I'm running out patience. read more

AT&T says sign up with us - receive a $50 prepaid visa card - so we did, about a month ago We received notice they were mailing us the $50 visa card - a week later, no receipt. We called and they looked it up and said the card has already been used - sorry you are out of luck - you can file a police report (likely stolen from mail). OK this really makes me mad - Who mails and $50 prepaid card in the mail with no security measures in place. We have to provide a 4 digit code every time we call, but not to active a pre-paid visa card? Why are we lose our reward because of their lack of common sense? If my credit card company sends me a new card it has to be activated by me before it can be used - why doesn't a large company like AT&T do the same? I am very unhappy with them and I am regretting going back to their services, they should be filing the police report and giving us the money that was promised. How secure are their internet services, if they cannot even secure a reward card? Sending an AT&T reward card in the mail is like sending cash in the mail - anyone along process line can have it! shame on you AT&T for making false reward promises, and lacking the security needed to do business in this era. read more

Alberto the manager is a real people person. Great attitude and vert knowledgeable!! Wait no he is none of those!! I purchased a glass screen a week ago. I went in to buy a regular cheap screen protector and the salesperson said oh we don't sell those anymore here is a $35 dollar glass screen protector that will last a lifetime. Wrong it cracked the first week and I did not drop. I went in to get a refund and the salesperson said I had to speak with Alberto the manager. Alberto said no refund and that his lasted a year. He could get me a new one. He was rude when I said I did not want a new one that they break. He brought me out a different kind and said that this is all he can do. Really thanks bro!! Arrived first thing Saturday morning with my new unlocked phone to transfer my prepaid T-Mobile. I was checked in upon arrival and waited only 5-10 minutes for assistance. Jonathan, store manager, transferred my phone number to my new cell phone, set me up with my preferred AT&T prepaid plan, and ensured all of my new cell phone programs were functional. I have had very poor experiences in the past with other carriers, and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the efficient and excellent customer service Jonathan provided. The most odd question I got from them was when I was with my boyfriend in there getting his Iphone, the sales person asked who are phone provider was and I told her we are renters and do not have a household phone because we use are cellphones....so she asks well who do your landlords use because I can give them a great deal and have you change everything over....WTF are we really that desperate? Where do I start? How about when my daughter stood outside the store on 11/3/17 since 6 am for the iPhone X and was told they couldn't cancel her preorder and she would just have to wait for it to come in the mail. BUT I was out of town and went to a different att store and they were able to cancel my preorder and I walked out with a new IPhone X. Or how about the 3 times we went this week to upgrade my daughters phone and Where there 2 hours each time and still walked out with out an upgrade and them not knowing what was wrong and why they couldn't get the system to show she needs an upgrade. They stated it was a glitch in the system the preorder wasn't canceled correctly blah blah.... then they said we were having so many problems because we have a "unified" account meaning we have multiple services and have them bundled in 1 bill.... I was on the phone today with customer service for about an hour 1/2 mind you I was on a lunch break. The representative said just go into a corporate office I will put notes in the system and you can just pick up your daughters phone. I informed him I was called into work on a Saturday and I couldn't so I sent my daughter. Now when your thinking nothing else can go wrong right? WRONG!!!! I get a call from my daughter (yes I'm still at work) " mom they can't upgrade my phone cus our payment was due a couple days ago". ARE YOU F*?king kidding me!!!!?????? After everything I said let me talk to the manager , my daughter transfers me and I get BOLIVAR on the phone ..... after everything you guys put us through this week and now this??!?! Bolivar raises his voice on the phone and said "Yeah just pay your bill and We can give your daughter her phone oh and FYI you have to pay your late fee " I told my daughter walk out of that store. I came into this store sad because my phone was literally on its last 3% of life. I think apple installs a program that kills the phone if you don't upgrade every 2 years or something because I think I have upgraded my Iphone every 2 years lol. So anyway I walked in and was greeted and told right away how many people were ahead of me and that someone will get to me as soon as possible. I took a walk around to look at the phones while I waited. I wanted to checked out the phones i didn't want to upgrade to. I was waiting on the new phones to come out and i didn't want to upgrade unless i had to. Then came Amy. Amy and I clicked right from the beginning. She said a prayer with me and my now dead phone and told me straight up that it wasn't ever going to function again. I told her I wanted to wait for the new phones to come out and not use my upgrade on one that was out now unless I had no other option. So she took the time to talk to me about my usage of my old phone and suggested that I get an Ipad. Now I always wanted an Ipad just never figured into my budget. She took a look at my account, told me what I was able to do, and I ended up getting a brand new Ipad that I can afford. I walked into the store sad of the loss of my Iphone 4 i waited in line hours for when it first came out and walked out with a new friend, a new iphone, and the peace of mind knowing that I can still upgrade to a future Iphone 5s or the Tab3. I have always had great customer service at this location and I will always come back to this location for any problems I have with any AT&T service i own. P.S. Thanks for the great customer service Amy. Being a Chef I know that sometimes customers ask crazy questions and expect you to know everything. Though it may not be possible to know everything or to make everybody happy you did your best and it showed through your product knowledge and customers service and as a fellow customer server I would like to say keep up the good work. Love this place! Service was great! I was tended to immediately. Blanca serviced all my needs and concerns. She impressed me with her knowledge and her consideration for me as a customer. She was extremely patient and understanding. My local AT&T store closes at 6pm! Outrages! So I considered going else where, made some calls till I finally called this store. Blanca answered and she sold me over the phone with her honesty and excellent people skills. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to her store. Upon arrival I was greeted and treated with respect. If I could give negative stars I would. This review has to do with manager knowledge, or lack thereof. I was in this store and was told I could receive a first responder discount since my husband was pd for our internet by adding cable. They told me the price would practically be the same with the new discount. They said husband would have to come in to show proof of his badge. I agreed and scheduled a service appointment. Next day husband went into store to show badge. Was turned away all confused about wireless accounts when this had nothing to do with cell phones. I called the store and of course the two people I dealt with the day before (one was a manager) were off. I was told on the phone the account had to be in my husband's name to receive the discount. So then I called ATT and had them change the account info. Husband went back to store (again in same day) and was told by a different manager that the discount can only be used for internet and TV ONLY if we have wireless with it. SOOOOOO I was told 3 different things by 3 different people. Manager Emmund told me we could have it. Sales Associate Ben said we needed to change the account into husbands name and Manager Bolivar said sorry no discount without cell phones. I have never experienced such bad customer service! Don't waste your time going to this store. They already wasted mine and my husbands. read more

This morning I went into the store for the Iphone 6S launch, and the sale rep Adan made the whole process seamless. He made sure I knew everything about the iphone. The store manager, Alberto even came over to my table to make sure everything was taken care of or if I needed anything. I can't tell you how much I recommend this store, and the interactions I had with the rep and the manager. They get an A+, and I would tell my friends to go to that store because I was properly taken care of. read more

Customer service is horrible, I don't recommend you coming here for your AT&T services take an extra little drive somewhere else. They had 7-10 people working and one of them is the door greeter which apparently can't do anything other than just stand and talk to her coworker at the counter. After 17 years with AT&T (through different iterations and mergers), I took 5 lines on my account to Sprint. AT&T can solely thank "Matt" for his customer service skills. 4 out of 5 lines were no longer under contract. First I asked if AT&T would give me a bogo deal so I can upgrade all four lines. I was denied. Then I asked if they would give me any kind of deal to upgrade 4 lines. Denied...pay monthly fee for all four lines at list price. When I said that I can go across the street to Sprint or T Mobil and get two phones for free, better rate plan and unlimited everything, his response...ready for this..."Nothing I can do if you want lousy service". All this happened on December 24, 2016. I hope someone got on to Santa's naughty list! read more

I sold my iphone 4 to someone and it was stolen from her. I was able to get the phone black listed and obtain info for other efforts to foil reactivation of the stolen phone. I got complete cooperation from this store and highly recommend them. read more
