    Looks like this store in the heart if DC is quite busy and understaffed! There are 3 staff members; all busy helping other customers who are buying something. I came here because my internet and email has not been working for the last week and after three phone calls in the last few days to Att. My last call today lasted an hour and no help. I thought it may be better to come to the store during my lunch hour. Now i am told to wait and it has been 20 minutes and so far no one to help. Feeling frustrated. They seem loke taking their time o livious of other customers present. After another 20 minutes of wait and no one looking at me i am leaving the store !! Sadly I do not recommend ATT to anyone at this point and i have been with them for almost a decade.

    One star I feel is one too many. The employees at this store are rude, insensitive, and couldn't care less about their job or the customers.

I visited this store in person because I had spent over 4 hours on the phone and in online chats with Verizon, trying to buy a phone, with reps who were perfectly nice, but totally ineffective. Won't go into great detail here, but the phone I purchased through the phone rep and delivered by FedEx required a signature. Since nobody was at home, it ended up being sent back to a Verizon warehouse. The phone rep neglected to tell me about the signature requirement. If she had, I would've headed straight to a store to buy the item. I didn't expect much when I made an appointment at this store, but I figured it couldn't be worse than the time I spent on the phone. Moses was a total pro, and I walked out with a new phone. I was there quite a while, but that was because there were technical glitches at Verizon. Moses was so sweet and patient, and listened to my whining about the awful experience I had trying to buy through the phone rep. Another customer was helped by Doreen. He was so unhappy and frustrated with Verizon service, but Doreen helped him in no time at all. He was so thrilled, he came back with a lovely vase of flowers. She deserved it! All the reps in this store were knowledgeable and professional. It looked like every customer was attended to, and got the results they needed. Some older reviews about this location were negative. I'd say give this place a shot; I suspect you won't be disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this experience was it for me. I have not been able to use my service for 3 days. I have spoken with multiple care team reps, tech coach reps and supervisors over this period. I spoke with a supervisor and they advised me to visit a corporate store to reset my ESIM. I left my job and went to 1318 F ST NW around 3:30 PM today. When I got there, two reps were busy helping customers in the back and a lady who stated she was the store manager was available. When I came in she looked at me and looked down at her phone. I had to go to the top of the steps and say hello for her to acknowledge that I was a customer. I greeted her and explained I was having network issues. She asked for my ID right away and did not ask me any questions about the issues I was having. I asked her if I could verify my account with the account pin. She began to respond noticeably irritated and stated that is not allowed. She followed with the process over the phone is separate in store. I provided her with my ID and she gave it back. I stood in silence staring at her while she stared at her phone for about 5 minutes, with no words explaining what was going on or to set expectations. Finally after 5 minutes, I asked what's the hold up. She responded in a noticeably irritated tone, I am waiting to get access to your account. I asked her why the process was taking a while just for access. She just repeated the same thing" I am waiting to get access to your account", which was very condescending. I am completely disgusted by the experience I've had today. As a 3 year customer and a former employee of a full service verizon retailer, This has never been my experience with a corporate store. I called back after I left to get the "manager's" name. I spoked with the same representative who stated her name is Cathy-ann but she claimed there were no store managers available. However, when I was physically in the store some time before she stated she was the store manager. I am currently comparing rates to switch to AT&T. I need a representative from verizon's corporate to reach out to me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. I can be reached at (202) 657-7482.
