When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Once we had the part, Austin installed and patiently waited sitting on the kitchen floor for it to be filled with coolant (I think that's what it was). Came in today to drop of a Dyson air purifier to be diagnosed to estimate cost of repairs…read more The two gentlemen that came to help me weren't rude by any means but they also had no idea how to handle an American Express extended warranty claim. Literally, all they need to do is estimate repair after diagnosing it. Fill out a form, either move forward with the repair or I'd come and pick it up. I'd pay for the diagnosis fee. Simple. The conversations weren't simple and I felt like I was asked many questions that shouldn't be asked. They said they've never ever dealt with a warranty claim through American Express. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to my machine. That's fine. No problem. The second guy even asked how quickly it needs to be handled and he might be able to take care of mine before doing anyone else's, since it's only a diagnosis. He was very nice about it. I asked that they complete the form and email it to me and the First Gentleman raised his voice and said "WE DON'T EMAIL". Literally, chill! Who responds like that? But whatever the issues here are, it became clear that this wasn't going to be a good fit and I don't have time or patience to go through their complicated process. It's 2026, you can email me the darn form. Then I was told their scanner isn't working? I'd rather spend $1,200 for a brand new Dyson than deal with anyone at this location. They had zero clue. Both were nice. Not rude. And likely do a very good job with repairs. But those conversations left me hesitant that they could perform the needed tasks and I felt it would require too much work than what it's worth to me. I decided based off our interactions that I didn't have the energy to work with this location and really don't plan to. Maybe in the future but I'd rather buy a brand new one and not deal with this right now. But that's a one star review. Things should have gone differently.
