    Do not buy from this company. I bought a sectional, and while cleaning underneath it to clean up after my kids and dogs, I discovered the shocking truth about how it's made. The framing is incredibly cheap, lazy, and held together by terrible, knotted wood. This couch is guaranteed to break within a year. Save your money and shop elsewhere. $1200+ down the drain.

    Living Spaces has an incredible selection of furniture!!! I completely transformed my living room with a beautiful fireplace entertainment center, couch, chaise lounge and bookshelf. Their delivery and set up process was completely seamless. The furniture is such high-quality and I love it.

    I bought a small sectional from here recently and everything from the initial purchase in- store to delivery to my place was flawless. I had the best experience with Cassie (I hope I remembered her name!). She was super friendly and wasn't ever pushy. She helped me figure out financing and sealed the deal for me within minutes. I opted for delivery to my door for a fee of $39. Yes ,I had to assemble it myself but it was easy and didn't take long at all. I got a great value for exactly what I wanted. I saw the sectional online, went to take a look in person, and left having purchased it on the spot. When I do that, you KNOW the employees did me right. I appreciate the service, value and quality from Living Spaces. I'd come again for sure if/when I need more furniture.

    9/5/25 It's been a few years since our last visit and purchase. Located on the N/W counter of Williams field Rd & Santan Village Parkway. Parking 5/5 Plenty of parking in private lot. Atmosphere 5/5 Living Spaces store(s) are one of the best furniture showrooms in the Valley. Higher quality products showcased in was well organized and beautifully displayed showroom. Selection 5/5 Great selection. We were looking for two new design element accent chairs for our living room. We visited several different furniture chains but didn't find the build quality or upholstery fabric we were looking for. Living spaces offer many of their furniture offerings with a showroom designer who will assist you with upholstery selection services. I knew I was in trouble because my wife and their showroom designer "Beatriz" are both interior designers (humor). They both did a great job getting two chairs meeting the style requirements for the space they will live. Value 5/5 For us Living Spaces should have been our first choice, we've never been disappointed. The cliche you get what you paid for is absolutely true. This level of quality and fabric options can be pricey. Thank-you Beatriz for your time and talent. Sit well my friends-SYOY!

    Buying furniture is rarely quick or easy. After visiting multiple furniture stores, browsing online options, and touring all the Living Spaces locations near Mesa over the course of a few months, we finally decided on the Kennedy Couch in Mocha and a set of warm, camel-colored bar stools. Originally, we purchased a full living room set that included a coffee table set, but since we're in the middle of remodeling and redecorating, we overestimated the size and realized it didn't quite fit our space. Thankfully, the return process was seamless. Every time we walked into a Living Spaces location, we were greeted almost immediately. The staff let us know they're non-commissioned--so there's no pressure--which we really appreciated. You're free to browse at your own pace, but they check in occasionally in case you need help. When we finally narrowed it down, we chose the Kennedy couch for several reasons: * He's 6 feet tall and wanted a taller, more supportive couch. * Our space is small, and we couldn't fit both a couch and a recliner--but this one offers the best of both. * It's comfortable, wide, and spacious enough to stretch out without touching. * It's modular, so we can add more sections later if our space allows. * The bar stools are soft, supportive, and perfectly sized--they don't overwhelm or block our island. Funny enough, after we bought it, we found out the Kennedy is a TikTok favorite and the new Mocha color was on backorder. After waiting three months already, two more weeks was no big deal. Delivery is a bit cheaper during the week, and we chose to have everything delivered and set up at once. Bonus: They offer a fantastic 5-year warranty, which gave us peace of mind for such a big purchase. A week later, I got a call saying everything had arrived early, and they bumped up our delivery--huge win! All in all, we love the couch, love the bar stools, and had a great experience. We'll definitely be purchasing more furniture from Living Spaces in the future.

    I spent $5,000 on a leather sectional. Cared for it with the products they recommended. Nine months later, it is cracking, peeling, and has faded spots. They declined to honor the one year warranty claim. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! You will be sorry!

    The other day I came in to look for a chair for my home. When I walked in, I saw probably about 25 employees just walking around, yet not ONE greeted me or smiled at me. Every. Single. One acted like I was a waste of time to help. These people created such a terrible feeling that I had to just leave. What sucks is I found a chair I liked, but I refuse to deal with customer service reps who act like a customer is a waste of time and space. Also, in the mattress section of the store, none of them do anything. They seriously just sit on the mattresses on their phones. Every single one of these employees needs a lesson on customer service. It's like it's a requirement at this store to be rude in order to be hired.

    Let me start by saying we've been loyal customers, and our whole house has been furnished from living spaces however, within the past couple of years, we avoid this place. The poor customer service, including the manager Giana and poor quality. We spent thousands of dollars furniture and paid extra to get EVERYTHING insured to not work when needed, insurance they sell you is FAKE! Don't buy it. We used to love shopping here but we will no longer return to at least this specific location.

    Chris, Jesse, Justin, Jackson, Deanne- The Dream Team! I came in at the suggestion of an Interior Designer friend, and left with an order for a reversible chaise Sleeper with a storage ottoman. I'm calling her Sofia! This was my first time designing a sofa made specifically for me- how I live, sit, play, entertain. The design team was great. When it looked as if there might be a challenge getting the pillows I wanted for Sofia, my team pushed through until they found the exact ones I requested. I'm looking forward to my delivery. I will have more to say then.

    The email stating I can return but will only let me return one seat and  then will leave me with an incomplete sectional.

    I will sadly say that Living Spaces has been such a disappointment. I've been dealing with a claim for 6 months since my purchase. They have replaced two separate pieces and each time they replace the one next to it is misaligned and super wobbly. The last piece was replaced a week and a half ago and had just been replaced the day before because it was super bad. The delivery driver was the same one and said he felt bad for me because he knew it wasn't going to fix the issue. Now the piece next to it has so much play and if you hold the top you can make it just go back and forth with no tension to it whatsoever. Before they replaced the piece that one was fine. I called Living Spaces back right when they left and they said they would have a manager call me and let me know what they were going to do because they've done everything they could. I have received NO call back and they are just ignoring me now to get out of having to deal with their faulty product. Now need to look into next steps to take. BBB is going to look at it , also

    I purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress from Cody for $2,106.96 and was told they would hold…read moreit until I could pick it up. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen circumstances, including the death of my father, I was unable to pick it up as quickly as I had planned. Although I acknowledge the delay in picking up the mattress, at no point did anyone from the store contact me to ask me to pick it up or advise me that they would no longer hold it. Had they done so, I would have made arrangements immediately. Instead, I was left with the understanding that they were honoring our original agreement. On May 26, 2026, I called and left a voicemail letting them know I was finally ready to pick up my mattress. I never received a return call and had to make several additional calls before Cody finally contacted me on June 14. At that point, he informed me that the mattress I had purchased had been sold to another customer. He assured me he would work with me to replace the mattress I had purchased and promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, that pattern repeated itself for weeks. I had to continually follow up because promised return calls never came, and each conversation ended with another explanation and another promise that he was still trying to locate a replacement. On July 7, Cody told me he had found the mattress but that it was missing the original outer cover. He said a replacement cover had been ordered, that he would check on its status, and that he would get right back to me. He never did. On July 8, I went to the store in person hoping to finally resolve the situation. Cody was not there, but his wife told me they still had the mattress and had been unable to obtain a replacement cover because it had been out of stock the entire time. This directly conflicted with the explanations I had previously been given. At that point, I told her I simply wanted a refund since they could not provide the mattress as purchased. I even offered to accept a refund minus a reasonable restocking fee because I recognized that my delayed pickup had created an inconvenience. She said only Cody could make that decision and asked for more time. I explained that this matter had already been dragging on for weeks and requested a decision by the end of the next business day. I also informed her that, if necessary, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Ironically, this was the first time Cody called me back promptly. Rather than offering a resolution, he became confrontational and told me he was finished working with me. He said I could dispute the charge if I wanted because, in his opinion, I was not entitled to either the mattress or any refund since I had waited too long to pick it up. I understand that my delayed pickup created an inconvenience, and I was willing to be reasonable by accepting a refund reduced by an appropriate restocking fee. However, I do not believe it is reasonable to sell the mattress I had already paid for without ever notifying me, then refuse to provide either the product or a refund. After paying $2,106.96, I should not lose both the mattress and the money I paid. My disappointment is not simply about the delayed pickup. It is about the lack of communication, the fact that no one ever contacted me to request that I pick up the mattress or warn me that it would no longer be held, the repeated broken promises, the inconsistent explanations, and ultimately being told that neither the product nor a refund would be provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

    On the market for a new mattress and T&N has been on the list. We checked out their Gilbert…read morelocation many years ago when we were considering a new mattress, but held off. We have decided to revisit them during our hunt and really like their offering. They sport three mattresses, which I can really appreciate the simplicity of and not have to worry about getting overwhelmed with endless options. The showroom is beautifully designed and has each one setup They have their OG, Mint and Mint Hybrid (Also order of lowest to most expensive) they are all a variety of memory foam with the last have a hybrid spring/memory foam. In addition to their mattresses they have a variety of sheets from cotton to linen, foam and down alternative pillows, duvets, mattress protectors and pads. The service was great, Tristian helped us out and listed some of the options and various promotions they had going on for the fourth. We haven't pulled the trigger yet but are leaning towards the Mint Hybrid, it was the perfect balance of plush and supportive. They currently offer a 100 day trial period, 10 year limited warranty with feee returns. Overall, we loved our experience and straight forward visit at the store, service was great as well were the options. Will update review if we end up going this direction, on how the mattress holds up!

I found out the Tuft and Needle store was only 25 minutes away from us so off we drove to visit the store on a late Tuesday Arvo. Giuliana welcomed us into the store and gave us a tour. My husband, daughter and I tried all the beds for awhile until the experience was interrupted when my husband received a work call. That left my daughter and I wandering around the store. We checked out the bathrooms and was pleasantly surprised that it was family friendly- change table and diapers at the ready. Big thumbs up from this mama ! Once my husband got off his work call, we were greeted by Noelani. She was confident, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. We threw some pretty tough questions her way and she answered everything effortlessly. She knew her product and you could tell she was proud of her role within the company. Guliana was wonderful as well but Noelani sealed the purchase for us! We decided to purchase a king size mint mattress with additional mattress protector. When I was about to pay, I remembered to check the Rakuten app. The Rakuten app was offering 7% off additional and who can really say no to that on a big purchase! I asked Guliana and Noelani if there was a way to order online but pick up in store. Both ladies didn't make me feel bad for transferring the purchase to online. Noelani helped sort out of the backend and had the mattress ready for us to take home. She also thoughtfully offered a print out of my receipt instead of just an email from online (super helpful since we are documenting all new home costs). What a great experience. We left the store happy! My 3 year old daughter loved the girls and that always gives me happy vibes. Can't wait to use our new mattress tonight!!!

We got almost everything we needed for a 3000 squar§home: rugs, king adjustable bed, paintings, dressers in four bedrooms, multiple accent tables, lamps, bar stools, eight-piece sectional with four adjustable sections, and a 8 foot dinning table. Everything works great. Since we purchased from the outlet we had to provide our own shipping except a dresser and 2 sections in the sectional which all arrived perfect and were brought to the correct room and assembled. The Chandler staff provided a missing remote for the adjustable bed frame and let us know when items were put in the outlet. Great service.

The following morning we returned them and now over a week later we haven't received our refund and all due to the in store manager not completing the return policy as he had promised he did. Finding a resolution to this has taken over a week and multiple calls to customer support. We also could only have one bed sets delivered and installed because one of the beds was delivered broken and required a whole new bed set be delivered and installed several days later. Today the bed set was finally delivered and the white glove installation was not completed as desired and we are being advised that Bob's furniture will lot be coming to remedy the issue they have caused. With all of this in mind, we don't see any reason to be a return customer or refer anyone unless they enjoy using their time to remedy issues caused by Bob's.
